Could have sworn I posted this, but just a little something I noticed is an increase in urination frequency. Definitely need to keep hydrated on this.
Definitely. Do you notice it bad when you dose pre-training? I was having a short break every ~10 minutes, which got a little annoying sometimes - although more noticeable with two caps than one. Having an increased thirst doesn't help either, but at least you know you're not retaining water, LOL

Weiiiiiird..... Thermogenic effects, diuretic effects, glucose disposal/nutrient partitioning, lbm gains... So, so crazy.. I can't wait to start and see this first hand.

I agree, another couple to add would be an increase in libido and some aggression at least for me...
Anyone noticed considerable fatloss with this too? Or is it too hard to discern the diff between fatloss and increase in lbm creating a more favorable bf%?
As I mentioned in my brief review after my time with it, I wouldn't recommend the AnaBeta-01 for anyone wanting to cut, simply because of the ridiculous increase in appetite. It's more of a recomp or bulking product. Not hard to discern between changes in body composition at all - my added lean mass was definitely noticeable.

I have to agree, no way I could cut on this, in fact I'm having difficulties not eating all the time. Great thing here is AnaBeta-01 is keeping me lean as I have been eating way more than I had with noticeable differences in the mirror pertaining to LBM.
Back to the 10,000 calorie plus days lol, I'm sure Sean will never get used to you eating as much as he does probably.
So I'm having some breakouts, rarely get this, so it's noticeable. Nothing crazy, but I try to note everything in my logs.

So I have decided to lower my carbs back to where I was at before starting this log. Also I took my pre-workout dose on an empty stomach today and wow! It was much more intense in the gym, pump was absurd and I felt strong although I am de-loading this week. Energy is still great, and mood is still enhanced so something in this has effects on dopamine/serotonin.

Sounding more and more like preworkout dose can be taken without food as well. Three agree with this so far!

Today was legs, nothing exciting, but recovery is seriously ridiculous right now. Muscles are firing quick, very quick, and I feel extremely explosive right now.
So I decided to weigh in before my cheat meal and I was 308...then proceeded to eat about 50 wings and for carbs a giant plate of pasta. I took one dose prior to the meal, and one dose post meal, just to see how it went. Well I'm still hungry, strange thing is my stomach doesn't feel full either...strange. Anyway right now my muscles feel like they are going to pop and I now weigh almost 5 pounds heavier![]()

So one thing that I really noticed yesterday with the pre-meal/post meal dosing was a huge increase in vascularity, along with an incredible amount of smooth/natural feeling energy. It was pretty freaking cool to say the least.
So cardio today on the elliptical which=boring, however, we all know that great feeling you get when you bust your ass doing cardio. Well dosing immediately before doing my cardio today enhanced that feeling 2 fold easily. An exponentially great runners high. This stuff just performs and performs, can't wait to see how strength is on Monday!

Just checking in to say that as a guy who is about 200lbs on waking and is barely flat benching my own body weight... this log scares the **** out of me.

Something of importance, I went awhile without proper hydration, and feel extremely tired and lethargic, also skimped a little too much on my last meal with Anabeta. Since lowering back down calories I am noticing an extreme drop in energy. I may just suck it up and eat, but I can see me jumping weight quick...decisions decisions.
Sorry, been trying to follow he log...but my eyes continue to focus on Rosie's avvy.
