Right now just multivitamin and vitamins C & D. On training days I always take whey protein, maltodextrin and l-glutamine too.

Quick question though actually, I heard it would be very beneficial to take calcium citrate with Vitamin D3 to help absorption, is this true? Would like to know the best way to handle that, bc my Vitamin D is on the low side of the acceptable range.
 
i personally dont see the point, if i need it ill add extra magnesium before bed, thats about it

The point that I see, personally, is the fact that I will fall asleep fast and sleep like a baby...
