Serious question...as I have always wondered. At what point can you actually physically see and feel the bar bend? I used to do deads with 415 and I never felt like it was even close to bending

Depends on the lift. With oly movements the amount of torque the bar will bend at a much lower weight. Shoot I have destroyed bars doing p cleans with only 225 pounds on the bar, where as I have used the same bar before bending doing 600 pound deads for reps with no issues.

at 500 on any lift the bar is going to bend to some degree, also if using an oly bar they are supposed to bend so bar quality/type is a factor.

I am very sensitive to any CNS differences be it recovery or quicker/slower firing, and it is definitely noticeable already.
 
Today was an off today besides some boring elliptical cardio ugh. I did notice my endurance has increased somewhat, kind of similar to cordyceps as in my breathing is not as labored and I can push myself harder and longer<that's what she said:)

Also I feel "tight" somewhat of a diuretic effect it seems, vascularity in my forearms is increased even at rest. My appetite has increased, especially more noticeable after exercise, which for me is a change as typically I am not immediately hungry after training.

Mood is still good, and energy is ample. Looking forward to putting this to the test over this weeks training!
this is something I have noticed as well. The vascularity is noticeable even doing nothing.

Whew so today I decided to step on the scale, usually not relevant nor done because Monday is my 1 week weigh in. However, I was feeling...well just big lol, so I decided to see and I am now up to 306, WTF! I have been eating a little more, but this is crazy 6 pounds...Thing is I look just as lean, but bigger. Now I have been on a low-carb/refeed type diet for quite awhile and the extra cals added in are from carbs. Interesting point here is I do not feel bloated.

Training:
today was shoulders, but I went with an all out heavy jerk, which I probably shouldn't but damn do I feel good.

Great workout, certainly did a lot of work as those heavy jerks take a lot out of you. Energy is fantastic, not jittery, no crash, no over stimulation just perfect along with a great uplift in mood. Endurance is up, but what I notice is CNS recovery is very quick. Not sure if this needs to be cycled, but I would like to run this non-stop.
 
One thing I have noticed, if I take a dose within 2-3 hours of my regular bed time it keeps me awake about an hour longer.

I noticed this as well. First night i took it to late i couldnt sleep and when i did i was in and out. So i just adjusted the dose and all was well.

Looks like your enjoying the product like i am! Stuff is legit!

Sounds like this is something really special here though. Giving hormonal anabolic like effects without being so, FOR REALS though, not like every other non hormonal claiming to be the next best thing....

Definitely can't wait to see this released, I need to get ahold of some of this stuff!

Yes. Only this morning/last night I took 2 caps with/during my meal for the nutrient repartitioning effects, since it works so well on that.

So today was my cheat meal, also it was leg day.

I had sushi, and a ton of it seriously I dropped a bill on it tonight because I couldn't stop eating:sad:
It has been an hour or so since I ate, and am having the exact same feeling as last week. Swollen muscle bellies to the point of being almost painful!

Now for training, my leg days are uneventful, so strength isn't something I can ascertain, but endurance is another story. Since I can't go heavy I try to go with a good amount of reps. I noticed a huge difference in recovery for each set, and also the workout was a breeze to complete.

On another note, I have noticed that I need more sleep, 11-12 hours as opposed to my usual 10. I already require a good amount of sleep and back in my competing days 12 hours was the norm. I'm sure this has something to do with anabolism, only time will tell.

Yeppers :) When I was using it, I dosed 2 caps pre-training. For the nutrient repartitioning with a huge meal (and I am talking a couple of thousand calories) 2 caps is better than one, but that's just me.

The extra sleep requirements could be because of the insulin releasing effects of the product or the fact that your training is possibly taking more out of you than it was and you realize.

Energy is intense this morning! Direct effect with carb loading and energy, very strong and makes you feel really damn good. Impressive....

Anyway no weights, but will be tossing some cabers and kegs later for hip speed and cardio!

I know exactly what your talking about and this supplement definitely provides you with that!

We play football a lot which i love to play and watch and noticed that while on this stuff i was all over the field making plays and i was much more precise and cardio was awesome!

How does it feel with medium carb meals rather than full on cheat meals?

Not painful, lol. Right now it feels as if I have just got done training, all day long, a constant "pump" and "tightness."

Hinder as far as painful pumps? No, however I do not do bb'er type workouts, much lower rep/explosive movements.
 
Gotta love PES supps. Simple and effective, no BS supplements like a lot of other companies.
 
Today was some boring elliptical cardio, again great endurance, drive, motivation. One thing I am really noticing is the focusing aspect, very apparent and great for getting things done. There is almost a Zen like quality with this supp:)
