this is something I have noticed as well. The vascularity is noticeable even doing nothing.Today was an off today besides some boring elliptical cardio ugh. I did notice my endurance has increased somewhat, kind of similar to cordyceps as in my breathing is not as labored and I can push myself harder and longer<that's what she said
Also I feel "tight" somewhat of a diuretic effect it seems, vascularity in my forearms is increased even at rest. My appetite has increased, especially more noticeable after exercise, which for me is a change as typically I am not immediately hungry after training.
Mood is still good, and energy is ample. Looking forward to putting this to the test over this weeks training!

One thing I have noticed, if I take a dose within 2-3 hours of my regular bed time it keeps me awake about an hour longer.

Funny I was seriously just about to ask if sleep has been effected pos or neg at all.
Sounds like this is something really special here though. Giving hormonal anabolic like effects without being so, FOR REALS though, not like every other non hormonal claiming to be the next best thing....

Yes. Only this morning/last night I took 2 caps with/during my meal for the nutrient repartitioning effects, since it works so well on that.

So today was my cheat meal, also it was leg day.
I had sushi, and a ton of it seriously I dropped a bill on it tonight because I couldn't stop eating:sad:
It has been an hour or so since I ate, and am having the exact same feeling as last week. Swollen muscle bellies to the point of being almost painful!
Now for training, my leg days are uneventful, so strength isn't something I can ascertain, but endurance is another story. Since I can't go heavy I try to go with a good amount of reps. I noticed a huge difference in recovery for each set, and also the workout was a breeze to complete.
On another note, I have noticed that I need more sleep, 11-12 hours as opposed to my usual 10. I already require a good amount of sleep and back in my competing days 12 hours was the norm. I'm sure this has something to do with anabolism, only time will tell.

Felt really athletic today, and what I mean is my speed, coordination, and explosiveness all felt in line and easy to tap. If you have ever been an athlete, or if you have had "on" days or "off" days then this can be explained best as an "on" day when you are just feeling it. Quite honestly I have had nothing but "on" days since starting![]()

How does it feel with medium carb meals rather than full on cheat meals?
Do you think taking one with a medium carb meal prior to hypertrophy training would hinder your workout?
Gotta love PES supps. Simple and effective, no BS supplements like a lot of other companies.
