Not quite, there are many studies showing people that used exogenous T3/T4 for years straight through were able to return to normal thyroid function after ceasing use. I'm not sure if that's the case with HPTA?

Perhaps if you go overboard you could do some damage, but if you use it responsibly then there shouldn't be any issue with thyroid recovery. Same goes for HPTA or anything else for that matter.

However, the therapeutic doses are much different than the typical BB'er usage. I have no problem pinning anything, but I will not take T3 under any circumstance.

Again, not quite. Therapeutic doses range from 5 mcg - 100 mcg as the maintenance dose. Typical BBer dose goes from 12.5 - 100 mcg, I personally keep it under 75mcg. People who screw themselves up go over 100mcg and don't taper down afterwards and have a rebound weight gain and symptoms of hypothyroidism.

Check out this article written a while ago, it's really quite good for T3 (and some mentions of T2 and T4). Good overall interpretation, everything from Increased Oxidative Energy Metabolism, Mitochondrial Uncoupling, Andregenic Receptor Modulation, Decreased Phosphodiesterase Expression, Increased Growth Hormone Secretion, and Decreased Insulin Secretion.

Thanks. I'm still toggling at 204, 204.5 and 205, I've hit all three of those numbers in a rollercoaster fashion. Granted, weight isn't everything, but I still have room to be losing poundages, I'm fairly confident that I'm not at the point where I could not be losing weight, but still dropping BF%, imho.

Id rather mess with my balls believe it or not than mess with my thyroid. Clomid is good to me : )

I've never tried Clomid, but Ephed has been good to me in the past. The only problem is I can only go about 2 weeks on ECA before my adrenals are fried and I start with the 2hr ECA stim effect and severe lethargy until my next dose. Once ECA lasts only 1hr for me, I know its time to stop and that's usually the two week mark for me.

Day 13

When it comes to legs training, I'm a 3-5 reps kind of guy. My primary goal with legs lean much more toward strength then hypertrophy, however, today I decided to try my efforts toward higher volume, lower intensity.... my legs aren't built for volume, as far as adaptation is concerned, so todays workout about killed me.

Pre-Lift Cardio: 20 min Stairclimber

Back Squats
225lbs x 15 reps
245lbs x 15 reps [not fun!]
275lbs x 10 reps
315lbs x 10 reps [......]

Front Squats
185lbs x 15 reps
205lbs x 10 reps
225lbs x 10 reps

As small as that list appears to be, the effort it took for me to do it was really, really challenging. I got nauseous, dizzy and I looked spent & drenched in sweat. Volume on legs is not my cup of tea, but the guy I was lifting with is on a high volume program, so I said eff it, why not, I like switching things up now & then.

When I got home I got a bunch of muscle spasms in my quads for a couple hours and I thought for sure I'd be toast the next day.

However, I'm posting this "the next day," and zero DOMS to my utter shock. I don't get muscle spasms from high intensity/low volume squatting, but my quads were twitching last night, so I thought for sure I'd break the DOMS threshold in my legs this time, but no, I'm suspecting the ANDROSeries, but I couln't say for 100% certain.
 
Vol, what rest time do you use between the sets? I can relate with you as far as the volume method for legs. Mine don't take kindly to it, except for my hammies.

I was working out with someone, so about the time to complete a set; 1.5-2min average I'd say. We used the same weight, so it was a real robotic pace of I go, you go, I go, you go. I'm not a proper rester. Even withe O-lifts where i really, really shoud be resting until I'm fairlly recuperated, I still take the more brief 1-2min bodybuilder type of rest.
 
Thanks Vol. I'm very impatient and 2 mins is about the most I can stand waiting before I need to get back in it. I love working out with someone who lifts the same weights. It just makes the tempo great and the intensity stay high!

Definitely. Best drive in the world for me is some friendly competition. Even more fun when you pass someone up who was once stronger.

It's cool, but given that my results are going to be more aesthetics based then performance based, I can only judge so much at this point. The thermogensis is off the charts though. I sweat much more excessively on this stuff.

[I see my workout partner walk in, I get off the stair-climber (drenched) and the first thing he says to me is, "I have 45min to workout, I have to meet Michelle (his fiancee) for dinner..."

So the workout I had initially intended to do was out the window, but I knew of a good way to blast the back in under 45min.

Back was pumped beyond life. We were moving in & out, as fast as you can count 8-10 reps and switch. I think we finished in 30min.

ANDROLean is probably the most thermogenic supp I've ever been on. I've never had the circular, bib like sweat stains beneath my neck my whole life and its become a common occurrence if I open even with a little bit of cardio.

Most recently, when I'm on the stair-climber at level 8, I start to sweat down my face around 12 min avg., since being on my ANDRO stack, I observed that I start to sweat down my face at around 8 min avg.

Anyway, a surprisingly great workout in such a limited amount of time.

i can see this being ridiculously good and non-hormonal (yeah yeah yeah, androlean is technically a ph, but i doubt pct is needed for 4wks, and that combo is all it would take for someone in shape)

You'd have to rotate the clenvis with regular evis, but, yeah, fat apocalypse.

He's not bull****ting. The thermogenic effect from this is crazy. Really reminding me of clen in terms of being drenched. I think AL might even make me sweat more...

I agree! going for a jog or walk home has become the equivalent of taking a bath. Sweaty palms and feet all day!

Just like any other thermo, it takes some revving up (with some form of exercise), but once it gets going, I sweat like no other. Again, the bib sweat stains are new to me.

Update

Down to 203lbs this morning, from my starting weight of 220lbs. I started AH/AL at 205lbs. My diet is good, my cardio could use more effort, I'm doing it, but not like I was at the beginning of my cut 50 some-odd days ago, hitting two-a-days.

I lost 17 also but I know I have lost more than that, as there was a period I was still losing but not seeing it on the scales. You have probably experienced somethng similar. With the dieting techniques I have been using I would have normally lost about 25 lbs instead of 17. I know for a fact that at 215 I will be leaner than I was last year at under 200. Not that I think I will get to 215 int the next 4 weeks, 220 is doable but I can't predict with all the anabolic products I have been using.

Historically, I don't hit a weight loss sludge point until 197lbs or so and that sludge point seemd to have come at around 207lbs this time around. I haven't been on anything anabolic until now, nonetheless, back at the grind.

Yah when you hit sticking points you can make adjustments in diet and or add cardio... I have opted for both as I am in a fire fight... 15 weeks is just not a lot of time for me..

I've adjusted my diet more then my cardio, but I could certainly afford to do both.

Between my cardio and reduced calorie diet, the only thing keeping muscle on me is anabolics (and lots of protein / BCAA)! Gotta go for the gusto!
