nice do you plan on adding something for thyroid maybe something like shift or t2? or hell why not t3. ECA is solid though but i think for me clen takes the cake.

I was thinking about Shift :think: Can't get a hold of T3 that easilly, but Clen might be another option if my friend still got his stash ;)

True that. Man people talked fear into me for T3 so I didn't ordered but after some studying I found out that it's not as bad as they made it to be.

I think the horror stories about t3 come from people using body builder doses. I forget where I saw a guide on it but it seemed less scary than how some people make it out to be.
 
t3 isnt bad when its used properly and on a proper dosing protocol one such woujld be
25/50/75/75/50/25
or
50/75/75/50/50/25

im using a higher dose because im on trenbolone- which suppresses the metabolism.

yes i know trenbolone is known for ripping fat off of people- but it does this through a method other than the metabolism

instead of starting my dose at 25 for 2 wks i started at 50 for one week rampes to 75


just dont over do it, and watch your muscle mass- i WILL NOT TOUCH t3 off anabolics- it eats tissue, and it doesnt care if its muscle OR fat

Day 51 (yesterday)

Workout
Yesterday was cardio and abs. Cardio was through plyometrics since it was freaking horrendous outside. We had a storm over here, thunder, hail, and rain was falling down hard. I maybe be dedicated to run in a light rain day but im sorry guys im staying home when its this bad lol. anyways had an awesome plyomestrics and ab day actually. Im so freaking athletic already i can notice how much more im able to jump and how much higher im jumping. Abs were dead cuz i havent been focusing on them as much as i should but im getting back on track. ill Try and update later on today on my workout, which by the some of my strength has dipped a lil not a whole lot but it has definitely dipped so i will start lower t3 from 100 to 75 for the remainder of cycle.

  • ive been loosing like a lb daily sometimes a lil more

  • strength is staying pretty good but it has dropped
  • size is actually staying on better than i would have predicted
  • speed has increased so much, i feel like an nfl player or something
  • the weird thing that epistane does to me its almost like an Anabolic Test Booster for me. let me explain. when i was on DMZ i was supressed quiet a bit but on Epi my balls are hanging very low and are at full swing although i gotta say i have no libido at times my boys look like they are elephants balls or something anyways i dont think PCT will be that hard to recover from. just a prediction though, in fact i feel confident enough to run it till the bottle runs out which isnt a lot maybe another week after this.

its 30ml @ 200 mcg/ml clen and t3 is still the pills
but since im loving the quality of this clen i think i might order some t3 from them for future cuts.

Yea i actually just ordered there clen and t3, it's deffiently legit and way cheaper, but Man the ID clen heats me up like krazy

  • i started noticing since im not eating a lot, i was eating 3xday with very small meals but now without intention my meals have been growing bigger which isnt good so im gonna start eating more meals but smaller protions i might make 3 meals and cut them in half and consume them through the whole day.
  • weirdly enough my biceps feel bigger...yay
  • chest...not so good though
  • i also feel less cravings for carbs, in fact im kinda repulsed by them now.
  • temperature is up all day, clen has not lost its edge
  • also ive noticed my nipples are super hard and my neck is skinnier
  • libido comes and goes, sometimes i have a stiffy for 10 mins straight and other times--well not a whole lot.

speaking relative to my t3 dose and calories id say yes.
 
I couldn't imagine taking my cals below 2k a day and being able to bench 275 lol

idk if it'll stay like that since its been dropping fast. and its the only part of my body that has really suffered to a significant amount. my other muscle groups have dropped too but not as bad as bench.

Yeah should have seen that, used Epi in November and wasn't to fond of it....should have given it another go....im going to shoot with a lean bulk....maybe incorporate cardio 3X a week of HIIT....think thats alright?

Clen isn't that expensive...Not sure if you can name labs here but I was able to pick up some for about 40 that lasted me for a long time....great results too...

didnt do anything except cheat a lil bit...(story time) okay so there was a reason why today i cheated instead of tomorrow. i was spitting game at this chick with nice boobies, mexican, shes aight i mean i would hit it. so we talked out of nowhere she said she works at KFC so i was like "cool" then she suggested i should stop by so thats what i did today to say wazzup and she introduced me to one of her fine azz friends that also works there (but she has a kid...stil though she is in very good shape and i would have never guessed she had a kid) the manager wasnt there so i was there flirting with them for a while since they didnt have many customers, so im trying to get a 3-sum over here so wish me luck guys. so anyways i went in with $3 and came out with about $20 worth of food. lol its awesome, except im cutting :( .

anyways im working up on that hopefully i get a fun night. so i did absolutely nothing except read and eat, not too bad i think cals were about 1800 or so but i still have alot of kfc leftover im gonna kill it tomorrow.
