Quick weight update
I was 194 this morning! :woohoo:
Thats a 4lb drop in 10 days with about no cardio done. Looking to start adding in my BJJ days again for the next 2 weeks, this should help speed up the fat loss a bit.
So, I'm assuming the caffeine in the Fat Smack isn't all that bad? I'm pretty sensitive to stims myself...for instance....OXYEPRO @ 1 cap gives me the jitters pretty bad, more than 1 and I feel like I'm going to vomit.
You can try CLR for the chains, but they look like they have heavy surface rust...so I'm not 100% sure it will work. Then paint them. If you want to spend the extra money, look into powder coating, it's really tough.
Good luck.
I LOOOOOOOVE bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers with cream cheese!!! My wife and I used to make those all the time when we had company over. Always a hit, but had to worry about the "ring of fire" sometimes...
bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers with cream cheese...........you had me at BACON!!!!!!!!:wink1:

Lookin good in here, bud!
And glad you liked the Woodchuck! I worked at a liquor store when I was in grad school and we stocked that stuff in our specialty section pretty frequently; never tried it, myself.
Awesome results man!! I've always just used a bench for my box squats, but then again, I don't do squats too often. I love the power it gives you outta the hole after you've done them for a few weeks. Lots of benefits to peepers, so eat up!! How's the little oned oing bud?

When are we switching your avatar over to Jim Gaffigan?![]()
Wait, you gained 9lbs. stats say you're 185, lol
j/k, great job JJ.
thats my dude!!! ive been going thru 2 dozen a day lol
jim gaffigan-bacon!!!
that guy gets it.:wink1:
have NEVER eaten avocado before but want to start.
Just picked up some eggs for next week :food:
I was running paleo for a bit after reading some info about it interacting with hypothyroidism well. I felt great while I was on it. It was nice because you had a steady intake of carbs that you don't get on keto, but it's a very natural diet. I felt hungrier more often, though, that's for sure.

Ha, I love avocados, I can literally cut them open and eat them as is.
I always get weird looks for buying 4 18 packs at a time.
Those peppers look bomb btw.
I don't know about all these fancy diets... I just eat like a cave man!
Meat and veggies FTW!
 Damn dude. You might actually turn into a f'n chicken eating that many.
You should try out for that egg eating contest.
josh if you are hardcore cutting, ditch the potatoes. the glycogen issue is wayyy overrated for us non professional athletes. i eat them maybe once or twice a week and my BF is super low
I agree, I'm cutting hardcore now, and my only carb source is oats and veggies, no starch.
ditch the oats too, theres no vitamins/nutrients in there. its highly acidic and has a high GI. useless food.
Oats have a high GI? That is seriously the first I've ever heard of that!
I've noticed that I've put on the most muscle when I eat more oats, more muscle than increasing anything else (assuming already high protein diet).
It just doesn't make sense to me, don't all the big bodybuilders pretty much eat oats as their primary carb source (and sweet potatoes)...?
From what I saw on the low end Steel cut oats rate 42 on the glycemic index, old fashioned rolled oats rate at 50. Some other sites have oats at 48, others sites at 58. Seems to be a wide range there.
I use just old fashioned steel cut oats post workout, so regardless of insulin spike or not, it's a good time IMO.
You seem to have a lot of info on different foods, a lot of restrictions for you. Are you strict paleo Anton?

Yams are a much better alternative here.

not too strict. i eat cheese and take whey. but i do avoid grains/processed sugars and other dairy. my whole thing with food is if you are gonna eat something then it better have vitamins/minerals. oatmeal is just empty calories. another thing is the acidity of foods. oatmeal and other grains are super acidic and therefore should be eaten less and in combination with vegetables to achieve a more alkaline state. check this out:

Or sweet potatoes. With skin FTW!
I like
reds too, but not during a cut.
Last few post were a good read. Isn't the fat loss without any effort awesome? Fat smack was the only fat burner / stim that leaned me out when I was doing little cardio and a bulking diet. Try taking 3 caps before fasted cardio.
Have you experienced any heart burn from FS?
I liked 3/3 or on long days at work (16 hours plus) I would do 2/2/2 for a steady flow of crime fighting energy lol :cop: license meow, sir license give it meow!!!!
Really great info being put on display here guys, thanks to all!! I agree with the whole "acidity" thing, when I'm dieting I add in quite a bit of spinach, it's high alkaline content helps buffer the extra acidity from increased protein. If I don't I notice I stagnate after about 3 weeks.
Those blue diamond almonds are a staple of mine, but I buy the flavored ones, lots of one s to choose from, I recommend the Habenero Barbeque.
Log is lookin' great bud, adn the results are showing. Seems like this is a very solid supp.
Lime and chili, wasabi and soy for me!!
