i was joking i was actually kidnapped by a crazy blonde that was super hot...I think her name was Marzia Prince, something like that. I forgot all about linux, from what ive seen and 'experienced' linux/ubuntu computers are ok, theyre towers are pretty sick tho, priced is cheaper than a mac, OS system is ubuntu, sort of mac-esque look, agreed its security interface like mac wont have virus bs.

Alright guys quick update.
So far scale hasnt moved much either way, however strength is still going up slightly every day, im leaning out nicely, and i added + 0.12 inches to my arm. Gotta be honest i was expecting something similar to SD though where rapid gains come in a matter of days cant complain though. Also strangely enough Thermogenesis effect is there all day--IDK if its the DMZ doing this but im sweating pretty crazy all day even when im not being active. I just feel hot all day--its weird. Vascularity is coming along awesome, DMZ is giving me amazing vascularity, my veins look so fat and wide and my arms are like a roadmap . Aggression, lol, man im usually pretty easy going but man i have days where if you say something that hits a nerve i will more than likely blow up in your face, ive even told some chicks off that pissed me off, lol. Cardio has suffered a lil bit, shortness or breathe, horrible back pumps force me to walk once in a while during cardio. Libido is officially dead though. Also i ran out of furuza yesterday. and got about 11 days worth of DMZ. Everything else is going great. I want to see if DMZ really starts to kick into full gear this upcoming week or will gains come slowly but surely IDK but we'll find out...So thats what has been going on these few days i was out.

No new logs, been alright, just running some Erase and Sustain Alpha right now til I end up running another cycle. I'm gonna run a 2 weeker with this clen I have as soon as I can figure out how to dose it, it's in spanish and has no clear dosing instructions except that it says .02 mcg lol.

Yesterdays Cardio
Yesterday i did do cardio a i killed 2 miles and to top it off i did 10 hill sprints in the end of those miles. The hill was medium sized not too big but not too small but i was def sweating, tired and huffin and puffin by the 6 sprint and i did 10 without break so i was exhausted yestersay. Yesterday was also cheat day did a lil cheating with some whole wheat pasta and chicken with a bit of alfredo sauce [[yum]]. i couldnt resist. today diet was clean enough. did nothing but run errands and did some school stuff.
my peepee doesnt work anymore. i do seem to be getting stronger but one thing im noticing is that nips are getting puffy. IDK why. sometimes they are really puffy and sometimes they are not so i started formestane on friday just cuz and its going away, so hopefully i dont run into problems with that down the road. I will see how strength gains go tomorrow. BTW i made my own preworkout consisting of of 4 different arginines, creapure, quercetin, vitamin c, and i will be taking it with hemavol tomorrow.
