Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Ive tried test boosters, proteins, tonnes of preworkouts. pre post and intra supps. I have tried stuff like maca, libido boosters, rpm and drive, which have icrain in it, Im a big fan of those type of products, and ginsing ofcoarse.

Lunch ‘wild card’, if I don’t have a left over dinner that is roughly 30-40 g’s protein & mod carb/fat, then I’ll go with a tuna sandwhich (on whole wheat bread), pretzel stix (or small serving of chips) and an Apple....if leftover has these qualities, then I’ll usually always toss in a med sized apple in the mix, so usually looking at anywhere from roughly 45g – 70g carbs.

Dinner ‘wild card’, wife will normally plan dinner knowing I like a lot of protein & not loaded with a ton of cals, so dinners vary, anything from a chicken dish to turkey meatload/baked potato to tilapia/rice...but will (usually ‘try’ to) go easy on the carbs...usually stuff some broccoli/cauliflower/salad down regardless...but might wind up with anywhere from 40g -80g carbs.



Short Term Goal: Add some lbm while minimizing (or even losing) some BF.

Long Term Goal: Bigger/leaner (see some Abs)..trying to get to a Ryan Reynolds (Blade:Trinity) type build.

Caveat: Due to current log obligations, I wouldn’t be able to start this log until April-ish.

I would say thats a pretty good estimate!

that is what astonishes me about nutraplanet being so slow to pick up APS. with so few e-tailers carrying APS, they would have an almost exclusive deal to carry one of the hottest lines going right now.

Sorry I didn't see this til now, bro. I'm in Florida and my schedule is all sorts of screwed up :lol:. I saw a thread regarding bulk CN and then custom said that wasn't going to happen, but they did pick up APS's CN. So it sounded like it's legit.
