Times are tough for a lot of people. What baffles me is I still can't believe how much people are still afraid of eggs. They are just so damn incredible!! You should see the looks at work I get when almost everytime I am in the break room I am eating eggs with chicken. They look at me like I'm insane all while they are chomping down on their hamburger, fries, soda, and tastycake.
I really wish I had the time to do BJJ 6 days a week but it is impossible with my job. On my deload week I plan on doing BJJ that entire week with maybe some bodyweight circuit type exercises. I might even do a month of bodyweight / BJJ training with minimal weight training besides some complexes or circuits and see how that is. I still want to build a strong strength foundation first though
