i was reading the peter north thread the other day and someone said that hes confirmed using a serm, so i guess in one way or another this is a distant relative of a serm. anyway, libido is definitely getting jacked and its usually very high to begin with. i also like the fruity taste of S.A.

Not to be too graphic but my "loads" got bigger along with the libido increase. :wiggle:

I gotta say, Im getting a great overall sense of well being. im usually very happy as it is but now im definitely feeling more alive, more man. libido keeps climbing. still dosing twice a day, once in the morning once at night, both times after meal. tried taking it on an empty stomach and it didnt sit quite well. my stomach can be weird when it comes to supplements.

its been awhile since i lifted all week because of constant BJJ, so im just having fun with it and not following a set program.

shoulder prehab

Tbar (220lbs) superset with around the worlds (45lbs)

DB pullovers (55, 65, 75) superset with backwards wrestling neck bridge (45 lb plate)

facepulls (30, 60, 70)

hypers (bw, +25, +45)

bicep curls

foam rolling legs

workout felt great, endurance and energy are way up!

Do you use a foam roller for the foam rolling? I've used a PVC pipe and it works a lot better... and hurts way more... haha

i have been using a foam roller, they have some pvc pipes at this gym i should try it. nothing better than to torture yourself aftter a good workout haha

oh bro im feeling super man. libido keeps rising, im having a hard time managing it (haha!)

lifting is fun. seeing a lot of douchebaggery at the gym that I always read about. funny groups of 110 lb kids benching 225+ for 1 with full assistance from their dad. colorful bottles of "N.O. BLAST SUPER POWER" sticking out of their bookbags. one tiny kid was arguing with me yesterday after i told him to stop giving wrong advice to people.

Y-T-L-W-I raises with 5 lbs. spent a bunch of time on these, trying to strengthen my upper back to help my AC joints.

stretching

rolled with my girl on the mats at the gym for 8-10 minutes. ive been away from grappling for a week now, starting to really miss it.

wasnt really trying to go heavy last night, im trying to figure out what feels good and what hurts my AC joints.

couldnt focus 100% on lifting, tired from staying up late and having a couple beers at the Strikeforce fight, which was complete bull$hit by the way. it was definitely worth going to but being a huge Fedor fan it broke my heart. wasnt feeling too strong the next day but still got a workout in.

foam rolled with that 30 pound steel bar that Rodja talked about. WOW that thing hurts! the hardest part was keeping my sweatpants from rolling under the bar.

grip training

YTLWI raises (5,5,5,5,5) with 5,8,10 pounds

some supersets with bis and tris


overall im really liking Sustain Alpha. not getting a HUGE libido boost considering mine was already high prior to taking this. DOMS is greatly reduced, i feel great, lots of energy. i also noticed i had gained 2 pounds since starting this. havent seen any fat gain and i dont retain much water because i barely eat any complex carbs.

Funny--It always seems the lean hard guys want to be huge and throw around poundage in the weight room, and then the guys who can throw around the poundage and are huge wish they were lean and hard. I also tend to go back and forth. :ugh2: I guess thats why we are always in the gym.

gotta stay hungry. i definitely have no desire to be huge, i stay and fight at my current weight class. i just wish i was a little bit stronger, which is what im working on right now. moving massive weight + staying lean and hard = win
 
Going tomorrow night to lift. Libido is very high, good thing i have a girl because when im single i try to smash everything in sight and never get any sleep. probably because im still living at college. feeling very strong, im getting so much out of these workouts its ridiculous.

Sustain Alpha is definitely helping my progress. I can tell the difference because my diet hasnt been as good as it usually is. Still eating very clean but the money has been super tight so i end up eating eggs 3 times a day instead of getting red meat. trying to help my girl find a new job so Im paying for pretty much everything. whatever, i love eggs and i can still get beast on poor man's diet. so much $hit going on in my life, just gotta take it one day at at time.
 
Hey what's wrong with eating eggs 3 times a day?!?! Yeatarday my diet was 11 eggs, 4 cans of tuna, a couple handfuls of chopped spinach, a grapefruit, some quinoa, and a little bit of mayo and relish for the tuna. Canned tuna, nuts and eggs are great and cheap!

Good luck helping find her a job bud. Can't wait to hear what the workout is for tomorrow

Times are tough for a lot of people. What baffles me is I still can't believe how much people are still afraid of eggs. They are just so damn incredible!! You should see the looks at work I get when almost everytime I am in the break room I am eating eggs with chicken. They look at me like I'm insane all while they are chomping down on their hamburger, fries, soda, and tastycake.

I really wish I had the time to do BJJ 6 days a week but it is impossible with my job. On my deload week I plan on doing BJJ that entire week with maybe some bodyweight circuit type exercises. I might even do a month of bodyweight / BJJ training with minimal weight training besides some complexes or circuits and see how that is. I still want to build a strong strength foundation first though

Yea he was a substitute teacher and was in school to get his teaching degree. My father inlaw is a teacher a somewhat knew the guy. They worked in the same building at highschool and would talk here and there. Right after he got charged my father inlaw came by my house and couldn't believe it at all. He said they guy always seemed so nice and like a stand up person and would have never imagined he was like that. He was speculating on even if he was innocent he would be screwed and how as a teacher you want to never put yourself in a situation where you are the only adult with kids outside of school. He said he has been approached by the school to take kids on overnight trips by himself and he would refuse because all you need is to get a couple kids pissed at you and say something and your carear is over, but I guess since you said you used to personally get herb off him he prolly was giving then kids licquor and weed.
