An OUTSTANDING Log: The Anabolic Chronicles...

College only clouded and subdued my gallant erudite literary acumen, in all sincerity.

after i got out of the navy i used the old gi bill to go to college at a catholic run school in olonagapo city philipines-st. columban.
got to admit i had a blast posing theoretical questions on theology to the nuns, lol. ever hear of asimov's guide to the bible?

i was overwhelmed to the point of speechlessness [not sure that is a word], lol.

I can relate to how you feel on viewing Inception. Altghough I did enjoy it the first time I saw it, I enjoyed it much more the 2nd time. It may have been over-hyped by some, but it is a solid movie in my opinion. The Matrix series, which happens to be some of personal faves, is more eye-candy and less mind candy. This film had no blue pills, red pills, or "your purpose is the purpose" circular logic found in the Matrix films.

Nice thread and I love it. I don't check it often enough, but that's going to change. I'm a huge fan :)

Thank you very, very much.

I, too, grew weary of the 'There is no spoon,' tired and worn attempts at mind-jobbing the audience perpetrated by Matrix and it's progeny.

You're welcome here at ALL TIMES!

As TLC would say... "It's just one of them days."

I've been working relentlessly, for hours on end, programming a little something I've finally committed to bringing to fruition, and eventually hit a bit of a wall where my forum wherewithal kinks up a bit, and I have to take a break and do some more research.

It doesn't help... ever... that I work around a lot of human beings that are somewhere between Jabba the Hut and Jar-Jar Binks - obese and annoying. How can a mind function at optimal levels when there exists a whole droning cadre of sheeple at my six? I grow weary of these 14+ hours shifts, with no wingman, and no stimulation other than my own pondering while blanketed with the soft enveloping ear-phones that feed rhythm into my Neanderthal skull.

At any given moment... I am on the cusp of foregoing this laughable long-suffered guise I cloak myself in, and snatching the next nay-saying small-talking food-chomping gum-popping diseased flesh sack contrarian by the jugular, and revealing my alpha-wolf innards of self and soul.

Men, were not meant to lazily plop down at the retina scarring LCD glow of a monitor flanked by a cheaply made and food-debris-encrusted germ hot bed known as the keyboard. Civilization, as an idea which has been given locomotion through the ages and an accompanying credence validating its current construct... is flawed, and suffocating.

Life is an endurance sport, pitting one Man against all others so that he must 'endure' their nagging boorish monosyllabic existence.

lcd.....thought for a minute you were trying out lsd, lol.:poke:

I'm trying to find bulk LCLT right now... wanted to order today. Not LSD, BigT, but LCLT! ;)

good luck-take a look at protocol, looks like a nice blend.

to bad lsd would have made an interesting convo, lol.

Protocol is a phenomenal product at a solid price. The new flavor is very tasty.

I found the new version of Protocol with 500mg AS for $19.99 elsewhere, I've used it before and actually still have some of it left. I purchased some of it when I was a rep for Genomyx, but I just want to use LCLT concomitantly with my cycle.

I can't find it anywhere in bulk for some reason, I'll give some of my inside-men a call, haha. There is an overseas site that has it, but that shipping would be way too high.

there is a small grocery store pharmacy that has 500mg 45 tabs for $6.95. that's the cheapest i have found it outside of a online site-it goes fast when you take 2+gms daily.

I'll be taking 3-4g/day while on cycle. Morning, pre/post, and prior to bed.

That's odd you were able to track down LCLT, even in pure encapsulated form, as I have been looking for it for quite some time now online and have come up with NOTHING.

this is a brick and mortar store. puritans pride has it too i think-my mom gets their mag and lots of times they run a buy 1 get 3 free.

puritans pride has it too i think-

Nope... just checked :(

But... Olympia Labs makes a version, as does NOW Foods. NOW actually sells it in powder form, so looks like I found my diamond in the rough after all.

The labels keep saying it's from Carnipure, which is a trademarked form, derived from L-Tartrate? I'm confused now... the front of the label just says L-Carnitine, and a few of the web descriptions all say L-Carnitine (NOT LCLT), but then other websites selling the exact same product say differently.

------------------------------

FROM THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE
(which I won't link, don't want to get in trouble)

Serving Size: Two 1/4 Level Teaspoons (1.9 g)
Servings Per Container: 44

Amount Per Serving % Daily Value
L-Carnitine (Carnipure™) (from L-Carnitine Tartrate) 1.27 g (1,270 mg)*
* Percent Daily Values are based on 2,000 calorie diet.
† Daily Value not established.

------------------------------

So............ is it or isn't it!? Is Carnipure 100% PURE LCLT?

I contacted their Product Info Department:

I was wondering if your L-Carnitine Pure Powder 3oz (Found here on your site: ww...... omitted for AM Forum rules) is 100% pure L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, and NOT merely base/free-form L-Carnitine powder?

I need to double confirm, please, that it is in fact 100% pure bulk-powder LCLT, and not simply L-Carnitine. Thank you.

I contacted their Product Info Department for clarification... we shall see!

Updates about the LCLT 'quest' posted above :)

If, and only if, the powder from NOW does turn out to be true 100% LCLT in bulk form (3oz container - sold by weight, not volume) then if my calculations are correct, every ounce is equivalent to 28.3 grams, so this single container for around $20 online plus shipping would be 84.9, or just under 85 grams of pure LCLT.

This small container would last nearly 17 days at 5g/day, a very high dosage.

So, 2 contains would last over a month, for $40, at VERY high dosages to keep my ARs fully charged and sensitized.
LESS than one quarter (23 cents) a gram... a WORTHY investment to potentiate Anabolic activity!

Note: After a couple more hours of searching... I also found Carnipure (LCLT) from NOW Foods already encapsulated in 1,000mg (1 gram) servings per pill. The bottles ranges from $38-45 at all retailers... so for 100g its about $45 with all shipping. TERRIBLE price difference, especially when I can just cap it myself at home, and enjoy doing so! Size 000 capsules baby! I bet I could fit nearly 2g PER CAP!

BUT... after even MORE research online, I found one sole site, that not only offers free shipping, they also for some inexplicable reason, offer a (1) for $39, or (2) for $56 deal! HA, what!? This is crazy, that puts the total cost RIGHT BACK in line with the free-form raw powder pricing, and saves me a few hours capping it! 28 cents a gram, WITH shipping!

i hate it when label just says l-carnitine. but andrew says carnipure is best, so.....i trust andrew on it.

hey outstanding, hit andrew up for best place to buy lclt, i know he swears by it-he is the one who got me on it.

LCLT really wakes things up for us older gents

You know what's worst than getting kicked in the nuts?!?!

It's falling behind on your log. Sadly I must go get some sleep due to the fact that I have technical physics 2 tomorrow morning and then I have to go **** on a teacher for being a...I promise to be caught up by tomorrow afternoon.

P.S. I left you a little gift on NTBM's forum section :D

FLASH UPDATE:

-I found the best source, version, and price for L-Carnitine L-Tartrate! Actually, you can take that statement to the bizzank, because ole' Outstanding here just purchased himself over 500 grams of it; and it's already been shipped I see :)

I didn't fall behind on my log, what did I do, pull a Houdini for maybe 48 hours? Well, excu-uuu-se me for working 9am-midnight yesterday (might have been the longest shift of my life, I'm not sure) and doing almost the same the day before. As the Black Eyed Peas would say.... GOTTA GET THAT, THAT THAT (money)

-Back for more soon all you needle junkies and pill punks... I'll detail what NOW Foods said back to me regarding Carnipure being or not being LCLT (the suspense!) as well as share some awesome news with the Outstanding-Chronicles-Family here about a contest I just received word that I won - CASH SUCKAS! BOOYAH BABY.

PS: Also, Liam Neeson is coming out with a new movie... life probably does get a whole lot better than this, but you could fool me! Liam Neeson, let me count thy ways.............

LOOK AT THAT GUY..... JUST LOOK AT HIM!!!!! When will the bad guys learn? You tell me! I mean, yeah sure the movie poster looks like Taken, but no way, I'm sure he'll chop even MORE jugulars in this one! :) Wooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIAM FO LIFE!!!!

Haha you're AM name fits you very well!

My mother gave it to me, BEFORE I was conceived! ;)

Oh, also.... I updated the post above with juicy pictures.

Lastly... here's a little known fact about Liam Neeson:

God did NOT create the Universe in six days, as religious text and dogmatic doctrine would have you believe. He, in stead, of his own accord spent a full SIX DAYS creating Liam Neeson, and lazily threw the rest of the galaxies together with clumsy halfheartedness on the seventh day.

Looks like Liam has found his niche...Taken really opened some eyes to his "Skill Set"!
BigO, there is a thread in the IForce section that needs your attention...Ecdymorph issue.

been a fan of liam neeson since the original darkman-great movie, btw.

You know, you would have just made my day, except I just found out about an hour ago I won $200 in CASH for entering a writing contest (already received the funds via Paypal)!

Wait, I just gave away the good news! Oh well... now I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHERE TO SPEND THIS NEW-FOUND TWO CENTURIES?

Anyway, where was I... oh yes, Liam Neeson! Arizona Midlife, you are a new favorite of mine - anyone who comes here to my log and makes a pun including one of Liam's most famous lines/scenes is A-OK IN MY BOOK!

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you let my daughter go now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.

Now, about these hundreds of grams of LCLT I found and purchased for ONLY 22 CENTS PER GRAM - SHIPPED!!! You read that right ;) A little know-how and hours of computer based research can give you some BIG TIME SAVINGS. My Androgen Receptors, REJOICE.

been a fan of liam neeson since the original darkman-great movie, btw.

Ohhh my, a true fan eh? Yes, those were the days... not good days, but days ;)

Darkman was a tad hard for me to watch, only because I felt it attempted to chip away at the amazingness that is Liam Neeson by offering him a sub-par script and less-than-stunning visual effects based around a flimsy supporting cast. Luckily, I'll pretty much watch ANYTHING that stars the man-of-the-millennium (I say 'almost' because, well, Pilgrim's Progress.... oh my, wow not so much). I don't expect anyone to know what I'm talking about, but it was Liam's foray into 'Hollywood,' if you can even call it that. Excalibur is next on my Netflix Queue!

Anyway, long story short where LCLT is concerned, and we bring those Androgen Receptors (AR) back into the mix... NOW Foods contacted me back, TWICE, regarding my questions whether or not there L-Carnitine derived from Carnipure, was in fact true 100% LCLT (since the front of the bottle would have you to be believe base, but the label cited it as LCLT).

They told me on both occasions, it was in fact pure LCLT! The went on to explain it couldn't be base, because base cannot properly function as a raw powder, it would not arrive to the end consumer as a fine blend but rather a gooey mess.

So, there you have it! We've covered everything from LCLT (that can be found from NOW Foods for 22 CENTS per gram online if you look hard enough) to Liam Neeson's all encompassing imminence.

I bid you adieu, for the time being, with this... NEW MOVIE TRAILER!

Did the YouTube Video appear above? I have all images blocked by default since I'm always at work - I don't believe this Official Trailer can be 'embedded.'

Remember when I used to post in my journal a lot.

I gave two solid posts and no e-applause or pats on the back. Shameful. I won money, I got to the bottom of an investigation, I spoke on Liam Neeson.

This is GOLD I tell ya! GOLD!

Awe man! I feel like a jack ass posting a one line response to your 50 liners lol

DUDE... I'm not coming in here to post just so I can amuse myself (well, not totally anyway), so post away! I'm like a soft pillow to sleep on at night. Wait, that was weird.

I read your posts man! What benefits would a young natty guy like myself get from supplementing with LCLT?

yea liam in that new movie looks like its going to be good.I'll have to remember to go see this one.

I have almost 2 tubs of RPN's LCLT, about 200g's and a buttload of GPLC from superior nutraceuticals. The stuff works great stacked with N2KTS for prewo.

It would be awesome if NTBM picks up LCLT powder before I run out!!!

I recently became interested in LCLT and ALCAR...

L-carnatine L-Tartrate
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (LCLT) is a combination of the amino acid L-Carnitine and the salt of tartaric acid, with numerous potential benefits for those looking to improve body composition, performance and overall health.

One of LCLT’s major benefits stems from its ability to directly enhance recovery from exercise, allowing for faster muscle building and fat loss. Studies have shown supplementation with LCLT can reduce the metabolic stress of exercise, enhance ammonia clearance at the muscle causing a favorable shift in pH, speed recovery, and even reduce muscle soreness (15,17,19,21). Reduced soreness may not be a big seller for some people that don’t mind a little post training pain, but looking at it in big picture terms, this may allow you to train again sooner and get more effective and frequent training sessions in throughout the week, month, or year leading to accelerated progress.

In a placebo controlled study published in 2008 by the big dogs William Kraemer and Jeff Volek (among others), the researchers found that ingestion of 2g/day of LCLT favorably shifted muscle cell oxygenation, (the balance between oxygen delivery and oxygen consumption) by enhancing oxygen consumption at the muscle cell (16). This can have favorable effects in anaerobic as well as aerobic training.

LCLT has also gained recent attention due to its ability to favorably affect anabolic hormone signaling through multiple mechanisms. In a groundbreaking study published in Med Sci Sports Exerc., researchers found LCLT was able to increase muscle cell androgen receptor density which gives testosterone more sites to “dock”, and therefore could potentially kick start a large anabolic cascade (18). This is extremely beneficial for athletes choosing to use exogenous sources of testosterone as well as natural trainees. Aside from optimizing endogenous and exogenous testosterone binding ability, ingestion of 2g/day of LCLT for 3 weeks also significantly elevated IGF-1 levels in study subjects, another key anabolic hormone which aids in muscle gain (19).

Aside from the numerous exciting benefits, LCLT has also been deemed to be safe, researchers finding no adverse effects from daily supplementation (20).

I read your posts man! What benefits would a young natty guy like myself get from supplementing with LCLT?

Recovery and enhanced anabolic response to OTC Hormone Modulators.

yea liam in that new movie looks like its going to be good.I'll have to remember to go see this one.

February 18th is "Unknown," and "Next Three Days" might already be out... I'm not sure. All I know is, February 18th is an important day for me! H-U-G-E William Neeson fan here! :)

I always forget about Superior, awesome site. I hope you don't get an Infraction for mentioning them, but you didn't link to them so maybe that's alright? I love the bulk Na-R-ALA! :)

As far as LCLT, NOW is what I went with... after hours and hours of rummaging through the World Wide Web, I somehow found a site that offered Buy One, Get One half-off! I was very happy. I bought a LOT.

Also, someone PMd me and mentioned over on NTBM's forum, that a place called Chemx has it at an awesome price with a CoA (supposedly), and they also have SARMS. I've never purchased from them though.

x2???

I recently became interested in LCLT and ALCAR...

Please see about it Arizona Mid Life's post - GREAT STUFF, thanks AZ! :)

Now... TIME TO GO PICK OUT MY MONTHLY NTBM TROVE OF BOTTLES.

Let's get down to brass tacks...

I cut HCA dosages back to 5g/day max... felt it was depleting my glycogen stores, and perhaps came close to eventuating a catabolic state.

Just ordered a few bottles of Need 2 Slin, along with a container of Super Plasma Protein. Going to cap the SPP and take between meals along with some Bromelain.

Other than that friends, just been capping pills like a mad man, and finally made ALL MY ORDERS this week for the conversion products needed for um, my 'experiment' forthcoming. Ahem. What, who said 2g of Test a week? ;) Why not, right?

I feel like I had something else to talk about - OH YEAH, something H-U-G-E has developed over the past few months that is FINALLY being brought to life (JUST TODAY actually) that I'm very proud of and have worked tirelessly on! I don't think I'm allowed to talk about it in the forum here though .

Ready to catch up on some badass logging now!

so, correct me if i am wrong-but from what i got from your correspondence with now foods is that all l-carnitine that is in powder form is going to be lclt. either that or it will be gooey, is this right? this would make it much easier in identifying what is and isn't lclt. great job bigO.:28:

Well, Carnipure is LCLT... however, I believe perhaps Fumarate would also be possible to ship in powdered form without it congealing.

NOW Food's response confused me a little bit, so I can't really answer. They DID say, that Carnitine BASE would congeal and being gooey. But, we also know GPLC and other forms can be shipped in powder.

but and this is a big but-bertha butt big, gplc and fumarate would be considerably more expensive.

imho-for the price gplc is way overrated, i am happy with the much cheaper lclt-actually i like lclt much better.
