Training
45 minutes of muscle pump class followed by 15 minute core. Did a lot of upper body work today and I have to say my shoulders and bi's felt like they were going to pop out. Class revolved around supersetting 3 different exercises for 3 sets then 1 min rest, then right back into it.
Diet
Breakfast - 1 scoop of choc protein pwdr, cinnamon, 3tsp of natty pb and an banana, 1/2 cucumber
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad, fish oil
Post W/O - BBQ, fried squash, orange
Dinner - Grilled Chicken, asparagus, fish oil
Night - Non Fat Greek Yogurt with cinnamon, natty pb and splenda to taste, multi
Notes - Another sweat fest today. The combo of CN + Plasmagen and Meso really produces the sweat. I'm also pretty sore from yesterday's workout, my mid-back especially. On another note, kind of funny thing in the gym today. Had this new guy (I'm guessing a resolutioner) come in and workout. He was about 6'5, 6'6 and I'd guess between 275 and 300 but he wasn't fat. Just a big dude. I kept noticing him looking at me but the funny thing was I was looking at him too (non homo way), wishing I had his base to work with. I was like, man if I had his size I'd be a monster and he was probably thinking man I wish I was as skinny as that guy. Moral of the story is we bodybuilders are never satisfied. When I have a 6 pack, I'm always thinking I'm to skinny and need some more meat on my bones, and when I'm bulking and got good strength I'm wishing I had my 6 pack back. Oh well, here's to finding a happy median in the future.

Notes - Felt better in the gym today than I have in a long time. Just had that fire deep down inside where I just wanted to kill it. Pushed harder today on bench presses than I have in probably a year. Pumps were awesome. One of those days where I couldn't even button the top of my shirt because my forearms were so pumped. Loved it....

with the kind of activities you do it looks like you would really benefit from mesomorph-4 gms of ba per scoop and tons of good clean energy......just saying.:biggthumpup:
damn, looks like your lifestyle is very active-this is great for keeping the body 'young', lol. i play tennis every sunday in winter, plan to play more often this summer-one of the bennies of working nights.

Notes - Bi's and Back were pumped pretty good after the chin-ups. Was kind of surprised at the pump I had when I didn't lift that long. Work has been hectic lately and I'm lucky to get 30 - 45 minutes to work out.
Thats a bummer to have no time to workout.
