Man, ever since I ran a havoc cycle I havent felt the same, it's been about 3 months since PCT and my sex drive and the way I feel about women in general is just so nonchalant it blows... I got some blood work done, unfortunately I never had a baseline, but my lipids were good, my test was normal 488, my free test was 211.., I'm still lactating not as badly, gyno is still lump still there under my right nip.. I made an appointment with the Endocrinologist next week..hopefully I'll feel my old self again soon **** sucks

you're lactating from havoc?
 
Get some p5p or b6 or something to lower prolactin. and while your at it you might wanna run a test booster/libido stack. What i use and it works like crazy is:

Tribulus: 2 Grams
Maca : 1 Gram
Fenugreek: 2 Grams
Horny Goat Weed: 1 Gram


You take this and within a week or two you wont be able to stop thinking about women, bring you back to when your were 16...in fact even better haha.

Feel the same way man, ever since I took anabolics I started caring less about women; I still want sex, but I'm really nonchalant about it. Nothing is emotional anymore and I feel like a stone rock inside. It's not arrogance or misanthropy but I need to get checked before it ruins my youth. LOL :friday:

And no I never said lactation was normal, I did do my research I ran nolvadex for pct..thats when it all started lol..Although I've read prolactin can limit libido.

Yeah well hopefully the endo will give me something, I dont wanna order dostinex or caba off some shady online site-done with all of those. lol and Yes, havoc did it to me. p5p did nothing for it It seems since i've been out of the gym for two weeks, and off anytime of supplement the lactation is very minimal...odd..I really hope this is fixable.. after the endo I will hop on AIs perform that **** makes me a jack rabbit lol but yeah the emotional like omgg yessss part is way gone lol

I use those but at doses like that it doesn't do much for me. My doses are:

Tribulus: 4g
Maca: 6g
Horny Goat Weed: 5g
 
Went to the endro..I really feel like these people are idiots..just no blank stares and "mmmmmmmhuhs" to what I tell them...basically I need a mammogram..then we'll see where it goes from them...I'm hoping this **** is all in my head, im worried ill go limp during sex and im also just not feeling like that connection of being close with a female its weird like ****ing a...Gunna try mega dosing b6 see how I feel and mega dose prayers lol
 
my drive also took a deep sea dive about 20,0000 leagues after a tren/epi run. and hasn't been the same ever since also

the endocrinologist is the idiot?!?!?!?! you my friend are the IDIOT!!! That doctor is WAY smarter than you will ever be! Its just they dont get educated on steroid use in med school.

you shouldnt lactate from epi... was this your first cyce? how long did u run it? what dose? what was the dose of nolva you used during PCT. More than likely it all in your head like everyone else says.

who knows maybe epi turned you gay since u dont feel close to females... i know on or off cycle i LOVE being close with the ladies!!! j/k man
 
Everyone responds different to substances. PCT was pretty moody on my last Epi cycle. Nolva can have adverse effects on some people. I think the Nolva turned me into a B*tch for about two weeks, but after that I was good. Im gonna use Clomid for my next cycle. I think after 3 months it probably is just "in your head." Gyno can kill a man's self esteem.

This is my guess. Inform your Endo that you want a complete comprehensive hormone panel. Also tell him the truth about your usage, some ppl will disagree with me, but hey it's your body. I will add some of this is psychological, ppl need to understand that another overlooked issue with AAS use is emotional health.
 
You can try using L-dopa to lower prolactin levels too. Could also elevate test levels. Something like powerFULL may help here.

Emotional stability for sure! Broke up with my ex three times all during PCT lol. Then I get done with it and I'm like wtf was I thinking!?
She's still a beotch though, hence "ex" but yeah. Careful with that sh1t.

I'll never be as smart as some young doctor who memorized a text book for 8 years paid for by the money of their indian parents? Blow me. Don't post if you have nothing to contribute other than retarded logic backed with zero scientific evidence or proof
 
Yeah i've informed my regular doc, and the endo of the AAS use and they always get that dumbfounded look lol...Prince how long have you felt that way? Im gunna start taking 400mg of vitamin B6...and HCGenerate see how I feel... maybe i'll just do injectable hcg lol

What was your specific PCT? I'm not trying to be an ass but it sounds like you were gobbling birth control pills instead of Epi.

Also, was your Epistane really Havok? Was it from a reputable supplier? Based on your posts you either took something that aromatized badly and/or you got some crazy rebound gyno.

In my admittedly limited experience, I have not heard that real Epi has much potential for either of those.

It doesn't matter if a steroid can aromatize or not... your own testosterone can be converted to estrogen once you introduce androgens. So you can still get gyno symptoms from non-aromatizing compounds

But either way, taking a SERM doesn't automatically mean your good to go. We take every precaution we can when formulating a PCT, but that doesn't mean what works for one person will work for another.

elevated prolactin can be caused by a variety of things, among which high cortisol is one. Cortisol is elevated after steroid cycles as most know, and can remain so depending on your lifestyle. If your under alot of psychological stress, not getting enough sleep, training too hard etc... this could be you issue.

Also, SERMS are known to decrease IGF-1 levels and disrupt growth hormone levels. Increases in GH are known to increase prolactin and cortisol levels as well, so you could be experiencing a rebound effect from using a SERM.

Or you could be simply playing with your nipples too much, which also can stimulate prolactin secretion and cause you to lactate.

While your endo is very knowledgable and can help you, his first concern is going to be to make sure you don't have breast cancer, which is why he ordered the mamogram. You need to ask him to schedule blood work for cortisol and prolactin to determine if thats truly the culprit, especially before you look into jumping on drugs to lower prolactin.

If you do go the drug route, pramipexole or cabergoline are two used for this issue. Prami would be your best bet b/c it has a shorter half life, and you can stop quickly if you get negative side effects. Dopamine agonists are nothing to play with, and can have nasty sides if you dose them too high or too long.

I take MAJOR OFFENSE to you calling a doctor an idiot because I myself and a doctor. Its not there fault they have no idea how to deal with aas because doctors are never taught much about them. Especially if problems occur. 8 years?!!?!? are u joking? try this...Typical training for a endocrinologist involves 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, 3 years of residency, and 3 years of fellowship. So by my count that actually 14 years of school. Get your facts straight my friend.

So now on to you being the idiot... Did you get blood work done pre cycle? If not how do you know if you have recovered or not.... Your post cycle numbers mean NOTHING if you dont know where you were before you started. Plus you only mention free and tot test numbers... there are so many other factors at play here than just your test numbers. But like I said before... if you have no idea where you should be, how do you know you have recovered? Or know how to fix the numbers that are not normal for you?

You also left out a bunch of info, which i asked and you never said anything... How long were you on epi? was it 4wks? 6wks? 8+??? What about the dosage you ran? Was it 20mg? 50mg? or more?

And are your nipple freely lactating a clear liquid? Or do they lactate when you squeeze them? If your squeezing them STOP!!!

Now about your sex drive... I highly doubt with proper PCT and after 3 months your sex drive hasnt recovered? I mean i just ran 800mg/wk test and 600mg/wk deca for 20 wks and after 6wk PCT my boys are def rocking again and have no issues. Hence why I think its more mental. Yeah at first it my have been lower than before, but now its more mental... ie you keep thinking there is a problem and anxiety starts to build which makes it worse and worse.

So what I am saying is stop playing your boobs and go play with your girlfriends' and go do her!

To the OP; If you are not comfortable with your doctor, switch. Some doctors are inept. I have had friends and relatives die because of doctors actions or lack thereof. You need to take control of the situation yourself.

No I didn't get blood work done pre cycle. It was a mistake yes, we all make mistakes, e.g your parents not getting that abortion and now they have a 30 year living in the attic old posing as a doctor on bodybuilding forums which hes only on in the first place to learn things he can tell chicks on his facebook with stolen pictures, in an attempt to make them fall in love and hope once they see your hideous-sloth-from-the-goonies facial structure it won't matter and you'll finally be held. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT the rest of your fan club of whopping 5'8 and 180 pounded self proclaimed "steriod pros" can have their mothers suck me off. Finitoo

Anyway, the post cycle was nolvadex, recycle, and cortisol control..the problems started pct, yeah I will do that with the prolactin and cortisol tests. One of my concerns is..although my test is in normal range, what if it was higher pre-cycle than it is now..could that cause a discrepancy in how I feel? Now that i'm on 500mgs a day of b6 i feel a tad different.. HCGenerate is a natty test booster, I dont think it would do any harm, and worth a shot?

Never knew grammar and spelling was important in becoming a doctor... hmmm must have missed those classes during med school... how about you come by my office today and see the diplomas hanging in the hall, all with my name on it.

That being said, where are my ideas or observations inane? I asked a bunch of questions that the OP has NEVER responded too and still hasn't. How is that inane? Yes I have poked some fun at him but it was due to what he said.

If you going to get anything why not get DAA... I mean it was proven in real clinical study to raise test. Its not just prolactin and cortisol you need to know.

Where did you get our test levels measured. Usually when they run a panel like that they will check a bunch of other levels also.

Cortisol
Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate (DHEA)
Estradiol
Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)
Testosterone (free) Serum with Total
Thyroxine-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

Usually whats included, some vary. You need to know all the above especially estradiol. It very important in sexual function and reproduction. Hence why certain AIs can kill your sex drive.

These are inane. You HAVE to have good spelling and grammar as a doctor to pass courses and get credits to even get into the courses leading to any kind of doctorate. You do not seem to have passed high school.
You are lying on a public forum for no reason besides proving that you have a reason to defend doctors and act like an ass.

I personally am friends with doctors and their families here in my town. THEY don't even have the time to check their e-mail consistently. So you must be either the ****tiest, slowest doctor that ever lived, so that no one uses him and allows you time to post on this thread or you are not a doctor.

How about you post a vid of you in your office with your "diplomas" and of your clinic,hospital and co-workers so I can warn everybody to stay away from the "doctor" who might have misspelled their prescription,drug dose or scheduled surgery etc. :smashfreakB:

Just because I dont spend time going over my post looking for miss spelled words or checking my grammar you feel I couldnt be a doctor. I asked a few questions of the OP yet he never addressed any of these. Guess I fund it quite amusing how everyone is so eager to jump on aas but when they have a problem they come crying to the forums looking for help... "OHHH MY GOSH I HAVE GYNO!!! HELP!" Take some responsibility for your actions. The OP jumped into using aas and messing with his hormones and had no idea what he baseline levels were. Then he expects to come here or go to an endocrine dr and get help.

To the OP heres what has worked many times to shrink gyno...
You sex drive my take a hit while on letro because if the dramatic drop of estrogen that will occur. Using Epi I doubt it is progestin related, because this compound has no activity that way. The epi would displace test from SHBG and this test could aromatize to estrogen and cause gyno. But epi has no conversion to estrogen. It also doesnt have the ability to covert to a strong androgen like DHT to antagonize the effects of the released estrogen from SHBG... So what to do:
Get some letro and nolva
Start the letro dose very low 0.5mg for a 3 days then bump to 1.0mg for 3 days then bump up to 1.5mg for few days then bump to 2mg for a few days then bump up to the 2.5mg dose. You dont have to go all the way up to 2.5mg dose if it starts to shrink. Just keep it at the dose if it starts shrinking. And when it is totally gone add in 20mg of nolva and start to slowly ramp down the dosage of the letro. But keep going everyday with the 20mg of novla. And when you finish the last dose of letro say on 20mg of nolva for 3-4wks. Hopefully this makes sense. You can find it in another thread here but wants going to search for it.

As for your sex drive. After this is over see how you feel. If still you dont feel back to normal go on PP Test recover stack and add there DAA supplement. Works like charm, trust me.

GAWD almighty.... when I read the things you write, I want to rip out my own eyes. You have no idea WHAT a run-on sentence entails. I am most certainly NOT a doctor and my job will not kill people with any grammar problems I possess. So its a moot point.

He did the right thing going to a doctor. He should have done that from the start yes. He did not however need your BB.com attitude interjecting on what is and can be a serious problem both physically and mentally. Kind of odd for a doctor to try and harm someone emotionally for kicks. Don't you have better and more important things to do then spend your time on here?

Sure when I start my work day, I have better things to do but because I am doctor I didnt know I couldnt be on an internet forum. Hmmm must have missed that in the rules. I have been here forever my friend and with both my medical and the knowledge I learned here over the years I know what I am talking about. Funny how you think I would get kick pretending to be a doctor. And you dont even ask what kind of doc. Being a doc, please tell me how my run on sentences kill people or bad grammar will cause them to die? Obviously I was never a gifted writer but I def know science and understand the disease processes that I manage with my job. That has nothing to do with grammar or run on sentences.

What I have tried to say is doctors today do not know how to deal with aas use, proper PCT and what to do if problems arise. They do not teach this in med school. So if he goes to a doc and says "I used steriods and now I dont have a sex drive or have these lumps under my nipples." They will run certain tests. If blood hormone levels come back in a normal range then they will do nothing because in there eyes you are fine. Then they will recommend you go get your gyno cut out by a plastic surgeon.

So I picked on him a bit, but its what he said. Just struck me as funny esp when he said he doesnt feel close to woman. Yes it is a serious issue but so are screwing with your hormones with aas especially if you dont take the proper precautions to start. And that is his fault. But not just his, lots of people never get blood work done pre and post cycle and think they are fine. But obviously issues arise and then they come here and complain and want help. I mean what if his test was suppose to be 600 or 650 and he is at only 400 and something... has he recovered? NO. But when a doctor sees this test level it looks fine because he is still within the normal range.

Noone is gay you giant doof, 6'5 and 225? You have no right to critique anyone lol..I think you're just angry because you leave a piece of your scalp on every doorway you walk through ****in frankenstien.


ANYWAY, the endo ordered a prolactin,estrogen, and I forgot the letter but it was a HCG test I wanna say Ghcg..but I really don't remember..waiting for the results on those though..off and on still has been a little better the past week

Who's Noone and how do you know he's gay? Did you check?
