ryansm and Purus Labs Smaking the fat off FAT SMACK LOG!

Sounds like you got it down bro, that is pretty much what I had to do with my body, get it down to a science, hell it is never perfect, I learn new tricks with my body and how it reacts to things each and every day, just a matter or remembering all that stuff we learn about our bodies and utilizing it all to make a better body! Anyway, you sound like you got it down. I do have a few little tricks I wanna share with you, you might already know them (3).
1) put cinnamon on top of anything you eat that is sweet, whether it has sugar in it or is artificially sweetened, the cinnamon will help with the insulin response by stabilizing your blood sugar levels.
2) put red pepper, cayenne pepper, or hot sauces on everything salty, it helps raise your body temperature and stimulates the body's thermogenic process (burn more calories).
3) drink more water, I drink 2-3 gallons a day, the more water your body has going through it regularly, the less likely it is to store it for 2 reasons, just like eating multiple meals a day it doesn't feel like it is being deprived so it stores less, second drinking a lot of water flushes the salt out of your body, the less salt in your cells, the less those same cells will store water, sodium is necessary for water retention. Not to mention drinking lots of water is just plain good and healthy for the body as well!

Anyway, I hope those 3 little tricks help you, individually they do not make a world of difference, but put together and with a healthy diet and exercise plan, every little bit helps...

You Got this Bro!

Yes I have read about those tricks, but yet to ever use them. I do need to drink more unadulterated water. I will have to try the cinnamon trick.

Day 22 weight 310, I am holding steady right now where I am at. There has been no adjusting of calories since starting this log. I feel at this point it's time for more cardio as I really don't want to take my cals any lower. So I will be adding in an additional hour of elliptical on Wednesday. So far I am feeling really good, as if I am not in a caloric deficit whatsoever. My energy has been fantastic the entire time without any drop off or crash during the day. The great thing is I have been dosing 1 cap AM and 1 cap PM, and feel that is all that I need. I am sensitive to stims, so I will not change this. As far as I am concerned the Fat Smack is working great at the dosage I am currently taking. I am leaner for sure, and my strength is staying steady, if I can keep this up and get below 300 over the next 4 weeks or so I will be happy.

Orangatang & MidwestBeast,

Thank you so much guys, I do my best to share when I learn little tricks. There is no such thing as a quick fix or magic trick, but the more tools/tricks you have in your repertoire, the better and more efficiently you can take care of and maintain your body! Nothing is going to replace good old fashion hard work (diet & exercise), but some things can make it a little easier or work faster/more efficiently!

By the way, Ryan, have you seen my Blog on "411 on Fat-Burners"??? I have done the research on your product Fat Smack and it appears to follow the same criteria that I did in my research, as to what makes a Fat-Burner effective or not, go check it out! I think you will like it and can use it in further explanations of your product...

Where can I find this blog?

Thanks, you read it before me... Preesh! I wrote that because my company has 2 different fat burners, both equally effective with a little different compounds.

Yes, I am trying to promote those products with that thread, but I was doing so by giving people the raw info, educating them so they can read about my products and other products and make an informed decision, vs. the normal blah..blah.. mines better than yours.. blah!

I guess what I'm really trying to say is, yes there are bull$hit products out there and there are good products out there, and I wrote that thread to help educate people so they can choose between the good ones and the bad ones.

As far as which one of the good ones are better or worse than the other, that is easy my products are way better than all the rest... Nah, just joking around, I say it is different strokes for different folks, if it works for you, then stick with it, and always be open to try something new! Ryan, gotta forgive me with my sayings, but it is relevant with what I just said about different fat burners that work..."There is more than one way to skin a cat!"

Also, just to throw this out there, my friend owns a Nutrition store and he sells "FAT SMACK" and I was lucky enough to get a few samples, I was pleased with it. I felt a good clean energy high, no jitters, good mental focus, and was perspiring for no apparent reason (my typical thermogenic response). Overall opinion... Sound product... "it talk to the talk... & it walked the walk!"

Day 26, so I am down to 308, which is crazy. Thing is I am looking very lean, but the weight loss has been to quick so I know I have lost some muscle mass. My strength is still good, started noticing a slight drop off in performance though. So at this point I will be adding in a slight increase to calories probably 25g carbs, 25g protein. Fat Smack is very effective, in fact I would rank it up there with the Heat stack, which was the best non-stim fat burner I used. Energy is very clean, no crash for me, and lasts all day. I have plenty left in fact I have enough to last me almost another 3 weeks. Hell of a deal here.

Weight 308, good sign so far, I am hoping to keep it at no more than 2 pounds a week even on Fat Smack. Feeling incredible still, looking good as well.
Shoulders
P Snatch 60kilos x 3
80 x 2
100 x 2
110 x 2
120 x 2
130 x 2
140 x 2 x 2 sets
Split Jerk
100 kilos x 3
120 x 2
140 x 2
160 x 2 for three sets
Upright Rows
225 pounds for 3 sets of 8
That's it, good workout feeling explosive today with less pain, which is always great!

Ya 8 pounds in 28 days, so 2 pounds a week, this week I was beginning to drop too quick so I upped my cals a bit. I still have another few weeks to run this, so if I can get down to 302 I'll be happy. Will have to check my bf% then as well to see where I sit.

^^^By the way that was without any change to my initial diet where I was dropping .5-1 pound a week.

Update! Weight 307.8, this is just fine for now, it's showing a loss still but at a slower rate, which is what I am looking for. Today was legs, nothing to write home about as I can't go very heavy here. But Fat Smack again is showing more of the same, gotta say this is a great fat burner, right up there with some of my favorites.

Well I weighed in yesterday at exactly 307.

Chest
BB Bench
135 x 12
275 x 10
335 x 8
385 x 6
405 x 2
455 x 1
505 x 1
525 x 1

Stopped there
Dips BW 100 reps total 5 x 20
Worked on jerks after this
100 kilos x 2
120 x 2
150 x 2
160 x 2 for two sets
Good workout, focused on a solid 1 rep single, added in a little explosive work with the jerks. Tomorrow will be back, gonna do some stone work, and snatch pulls with explosion.

Wow. thats serious poundage. I would hate to be the guy who pisses you off
:rocketwhore: you could probably pull my entire dome off my shoulders.

nice work on the 9lbs. Do you have a goal in mind??

Thanks guys
My goal now is to keep as much strength and lean mass as possible while getting down to 290 at 10%bf. Crazy goal, but that's it.

Weight has stabilized at 307 over the last couple of days. Still eating the 200cal increase. Going to keep it here and see what kind of recomp I can get with the rest of the bottle. 35 days in I believe at 2 caps a day, so I have about 10 days left.

Same weight, leg day today...went as good as it can. Ate my cheat meal tonight, and we will see what the damage is tomorrow.

I just ate nachos, hamburger (no bun !!) and washed it down with rum! But I did a hour of cardio so I don't feel that bad.

MMMM, nachos I haven't eaten that in years!

Weight today 309, typical, lets see what is on Monday. No training today or tomorrow, however I am always doing something. Today I tossed around the caber, and keg for awhile. Threw a little discuss too for the hell of it.

Well I have dropped back down to 307, however I am looking leaner so will keep it here, almost out of Fat Smack, and don't expect any other changes. I would just like to thank Grambo and Purus for the chance to run this. Fat Smack is now one of my top choices for fat loss supps. I actually have some future plans to stack this with HEAT/DCP using Fat Smack as my stim base. Great product here, and should get more exposure. So for a recap I have lost about 9 pounds over 40 days, initially no cahnge to my diet, actually had to increase calories as I was dropping too quick at one point. Overall I would rank this about an 8 for me, and I would choose this over Recreate which was my last go to for awhile.

hey man looks good in here, nice work!! Just a quick question though, in the Fat Smack it says '2-amino-4-methylhexane (a naturally occuring constituent of Geranium Oil)' - I'm assuming you've tried a product or two containing 1,3 dymeth which is a derivative of Geranium Oil as well, have you noticed similarities? I don't really care for 1,3 and was looking forward to trying fat smack which is why I ask if they are the same?? Thanks, Ryan!

Glad you mentioned that! Yes I have used other 1,3 products and didn't care for them either. I was a little wary at first starting Fat Smack, but it was a completely different experience, no over stimulation, hard crash, or provoked anxiety. Just smooth, clean energy. Probably not a strong enough stim for a lot of folks, but perfect for me.

that's great - exactly what I was looking for, thanks bro!
