Absolutely... I made sure to cover all the bases in my earlier post (I'll paste it below).

Something else I never mentioned which MIGHT earn a spot in the list, would be diuretics... but those are SO SEVERELY CRIPPLED by their infamous hit-and-POORLY-miss status, it's like throwing you-know-what at a wall and hoping it sticks. There is a great thread investigating the same topic that is active on another forum, but since I can't link it, to summarize the ultimate arrived at solution: It comes down to hydration, bodyfat levels, GENETICS, and of course a small and select assortment of tried and true products that will volumize and promote intracellular water retention and enhance NOS levels.

In order of importance:
-DNA (Can't supersede that which mom and dad bestowed upon you, which is why even world renowned World Champion Olympia athlete such as Jay Cutler have cycled continually every known anabolic and supplemental aid for DECADES, and gotten into single digit bodyfat countless times and STILL don't exhibit extremely evident vascular tissue)

-Body Fat Levels (While preparing for many 'a contests, I have notice my delts display the most overy vascularity and striations along with my brachial vein, before anything else comes to the surface as I lose body fat. Veins can't push out through adipose tissue)

-Hydration (When you are depleted, you are flat - no matter what. This is the most often encountered plaguing phenomenon that haunts comeptitive bodybuilders on stage after months of preparation and looking like a champion days before the show)

-Nutrition (Carbohydrates... they do a body, and glycogen stores, good)

-Supplements (Last on the list for, obvious, reason. Veg. Glycerine, NTBM BRIDGE, NTBM Need 2 Slin, GPLC, Agmatine Sulfate, and L-Norvaline are choice selections, as of course Arginine and other impostor NOS up-regulator wannabees have been redundantly uncovered clinically, to do nothing)

-Outstanding :)

Although I firmly believe in and have witnessed supplements ability to enhance the effects of vascularity to a small degree, I'm always reminded of the contest prep I went through earlier this year, using NO/Zero/Nada supplements. I relied, solely, on cardio and nutrition, as my catalyst of recompositioning. Within weeks my delts became feathered and my waist shrunk to to the point of needing to use my training partner's size-small Schiek.

It still comes down to my enumerated primary list of contributing factors in descending order: DNA, Body Fat, Nutrition, Hydration.................... Supplements.
 
im still losing fat and getting in shape, but i seen my veins last nite for first tim in long, long time......mesomorph, creatine nitrate, slin sane, and powershock are supps im using besides the basics

i am jealous-that looks great.
 
would mixing L-Citrulline and L-Arginine AKG 2:1 for an intra-workout be a good idea?
 
Leanness, and veins close to the skin... Everything else just aids a bit. One way to get vascular is to carry a huge amount of bady mass around so that the veins have to expand to increase blood flow to the excessive body mass. You ever notive how people who have lap band procedures have ridiculous vascularity. All you need to do is gain an extra 100-150 lbs then diet it off and your veins will be ridiculous. (Sarcasm and truth all in one)

No honestly increased muscle muss does increase the size of the veins feeding them. However short of that if already lean enough to be vascular then glycerol, wine / alchohal, a snickers bar prejudging. Drinking plenty of water so always hydrated so the viens really pop. Taking in timed carbs. You need to be plenty hydrated so the water is not being stored under your skin masking the vascularity. Bottom line get into shape where you should be vascular first then worry about taking supps to help increase blood volume.

thebigt recommended that to me but I had sadly place the order already. I always give some of my favorite supplements to my friends to try, only the serious lifter though, and I think this is going to be one them :)

I talk people into trying new diets and supplements at my gym all the time :D

tried it with ASGT and yeah it was good. But apparently taking CM has shown to increase blood arginine more than taking arginine itself.
 
Absolutely, CM and BA will increase Carnosine more than straight up arginine any day. You have to have the ample amounts of carnosine to make use of the arginine if I remember correctly.

20 minutes today(going to do 10-20 more after workout today), 30 minutes yesterday, 30 minutes day before...see where I'm going with this?

I'm not even on a cut yet but I'm getting ready for it but still that shouldn't matter a lot for vasculirity in my forearm. How much fat can my arm hold?

it depends-i know a lot of 'fat heads' and the head is mostly bone.

Many people report the vascularity on X-Factor to be quite intense along with the leaning out effect.

Thanks bro but trust me when I say that counter top is a huge pain in a ass when you have to cook 5-6 meal a day. You can't spill squat on it or it'll mess it up. The iphone only has a 2MP camera and no focus :( so all my photos look weired since day one

I ordered 2lbs of Arginine and I was thinking 5g in the morning, mesomorph pre-workout, 5g of arg. intra workout, and another 5g post-workout. Too much?
In the bathroom I could see a bunch of blue lines in my forearm but I just got to get them to popped out. and I'm working on the BF thing :D

15g a day should do something...I hope! I wonder how much consumption of citruline malate 2:1 was compared to L-arginine that had better results
