Thanks, bro. It's funny; my arm workouts aren't all that exciting anymore, but since I've found what works, they don't need to be. For biceps, I'm really only concerned with olympic bar curls and anything else is supplemental. For triceps, I want some form of pulldowns and my skull crushers and the rest is just to fine-tune some things.

That being said, it's not the day I look forward to in the gym anymore like it used to be when I was younger, but my triceps are finally catching up to my biceps, so I've got no complaints since effectiveness trumps fun :p

damn-i just looked at my sample pack of plasmagen, and sure enough it lists gplc and no caffeine.
 
That was explained before.They wanted to do a full 4.5 grams of glycocarn and wasn't enough room left given it is a capsule so they created a whole new stackable product called nitrozine that has glycocarn and agmatine sulfate in it.

I wans't informed about it being different and to my understanding it was a caffiene free with gplc, what exactly does your bottle say for ingredients? I'll look into it right now and see whats up.
 
Just took this photo of it.

I really hope this is a misprinted label. The caps are red, if that makes any difference. I've been taking 8 caps pre-workout, so that would be a lot of caffeine, despite the fact that it doesn't feel like I'm stimmed out (I've also been on stims for so long that I wouldn't necessarily know, though. Hence taking 1.75 scoops of Jack3d before every workout leading up to this and not feeling the stims, either.).

This would really suck if that's the case since I have been going completely stim free outside of this and was hoping to get into some fat burners sooner than later.

Okay, so I've been speaking with JD and it looks like I in fact did get a product that includes what the label shown says. That being said, it isn't too ideal for my stim detox (especially at 8 caps per workout). The crazy thing is that I didn't feel stimmed out or any BA tingles, either (which I do feel when I add in 5g to my intra on occasion).

I'll post in the morning, but I'll likely be discontinuing this to ensure that my CNS can actual reset a bit. It really sucks, but this is an awesome product and it'll be used again in the future for sure.

Again, I'll have more details on this whole situation in the morning.
 
Ok so that info was the old formula and that is the new formula MidWestBeast has, we apologize for this mistake, I know he really wanted to try GPLC so we will be sending 2 bottles of Nitrozine as a gift. So I believe MidWestBeast will just be logging Creatine Nitrate so he can take his stim free break. Again my apologies to you and everyone else for this mistake.

Just want to give props again to JD for being so legit about this; and I'd expect nothing less from him given our past experiences and his history.

I want everyone to know I have no hard feelings about this; I'm not angry or anything like that. This sucks, yes, but it's one of those things that you move past. I should have looked at the label from Day 1, but I didn't since I read the label info from the promo. So, I take some responsibility on this, too. The funny thing about it is that I'm a firm believer in God knowing every step we take before we ever take it. So, He knew this would happen, just as He knows every other aspect of my life, so I know there's a reason behind it and I move on.

As a consolation, here's a shot post workout tonight:

That would explain the lack of feeling any stims, then. I used to pop 2 OEP's or multiple 200mg caffeine caps, so I have a pretty screwed up tolerance now.

Also, it's worth mentioning that based on the ingredient profile of Plasmagen, the pumps are fully attributed to the Creatine Nitrate, now. And those are some pretty good pumps. So, that's definitely something cool.
 
Glad to see this got solved Beast. 8 caps at 10mg per was basically just your average cup of joe. Arm(or is that a leg!!) looks thick as does the rest of that frame. Yeah, JD is the real deal too!

Nice workout, never tried 9g of taurine pre-workout, 5g at most, do you feel any better effects dosed 9g say compared to 4-5g? or are you dosing that much to just prevent any back pumps.

That was only to prevent the back pumps. I'll be eliminating it from my use now aside from probably a half dosage on my next back and leg days just to make sure things are back to normal. I started with 6g and noticed that they seemed to hold off much better at 9g.

I really wanted to rock some CM along with the Creatine Nitrate, but I just got a shipment from NP today and my buddy who works at the GNC here says they don't carry any or anything with it in it and minimal other ingredients. Don't want to shell out any cash on more shipping right now, so it'll be the CN and AAKG for the time being. Didn't feel great, but it wasn't bad.

Even though it's just officially Day 1, that first week isn't bad off at all if I was only taking in 80mg caffeine (if that's what it actually broke down to for 8 caps). And last week I was still feeling the drowsiness effects in the mornings, so who knows, maybe I'm further along than I thought.

I actually used to use XTEND for my intras and then switched over to bulk BCAAs since I got a great deal on it. Then I stocked up on USP's ModernBCAAs when they had their inner circle deal, so I'm good on aminos for a while.

If I get real hard up, I may break down and buy some, but I'll probably just buy some bulk CM whenever I do make my next online purchase and stash it away for a rainy day ;)

I really didn't like BC+EAA. I really like USP ModernBCAA, mixes good and tastes natural, refreshing and not full of fillers.

I have a few tubs of BC+EAA still that I picked up on sale a ways back. I like them for first thing in the morning or before bed or between meals (or during cardio sessions). The ones I have had some mixability issues and didn't taste too great, but I know they revamped them. Not a bad product, but not what I like intra-workout.

I really like ModernBCAA. I mix 3 scoops into 1/2 a gallon of water (instead of 30 oz) and sip throughout workout. Tastes great and mixes just fine after a few minutes and after I take about 2 drinks (then everything settles).

The one thing that bothers me, is the label says a serving is 2 scoops and there is 10g per serving. Well, one of their scoops is about the size of 2.5 or 3 XTEND scoops. And the bulk BCAAs I had would fit 2 scoops (6g / scoop) into an XTEND scoop. So, I was getting 12g BCAA (8:2:2) per XTEND scoop. That being said, I'd get somewhere between 24 and 36g BCAA for every 5g of USP's...:bigeyes:

Granted, they have the flavoring in there and the sustamine (which is great), but it still is off to me. When they first advertised it, I assumed one of those scoops would be 10g, but apparently not.

It's great and I'll use what I have for sure (and enjoy it), but I"ll likely go back to bulk after that simply for that mathematical reason.

Felt great in there today. Good pump, nice veins showing up in my delts and traps.

The Overhead Press machine isn't something I do often at all, but a couple months ago I was only able to hit 200x8 or so. Pretty happy to see that strength increase, especially after hitting military press first.

(*As always, whatever weight is part of the Smith Machine isn't factored in - same for leg press - just the plates)

Tomorrow is an off day.

And it's not bad. I've done it before, so I'm used to it now. And oddly enough, I think the last week just "mentally" thinking I wasn't getting stims already helped. I had a few sluggish moments, but nothing as bad as what I had at the beginning of last week.

And btw, I'm gonna have to keep giving you a hard time with the "real Day __" comments ;) haha

I used to do more to work them, but anymore, I don't really need them to grow all that much. I usually just hit them on back or delts day for 2 lifts now. Go real heavy for moderate reps on barbell (or Smith) shrugs (front or behind; varying each week) and then hit an isolated movement on just one side (like the Smith solo shrugs, where I stand parallel to the bar, with it on my side).

I also have been doing the seated rear delt DB lateral raises for the past several months and they've obviously brought up my lagging rear delts, but they hit traps a bit, too.

My traps have been lagging for years, never used to train them when I was young, but now that I do train them they just dont seem to grow anyways.

I do shrugs between the cross cables to pull my shoulders appart at the bottom and get a nice stretch, I also strap 30kg dumbells to the handles for the last two sets and drop the dumbells on the last set and bang out 10-15 more with the cable stacks (45kg ea side)

Then I use DB's 10 behind and usually about 8 infront with 46kg's. Then I do an sort of upright row at a 90deg angle with the 20's and pump it up. By then I simply CANNOT hold onto anything anymore even with the straps.

Im gona use your one side at a time thing with the smithy now.

I do laterals to the rear aswell on shoulder day, then I pump it up with one DB swinging it one side to the other alternating. Then I do Supinated BD front raise and curl my little fingers up at the top, and that pumps the traps up some more too.

So its not like Im not telling the Mofo's to grow, theyre just stubborn beggers!

I'd been searching for my pre-workout during stim breaks for quite a while and I think I found it. Creatine Nitrate alone was giving me those effects, so I want to see just what Nitrozine brings to the table in the next few workouts.

Also props on the Detox, I failed today, I gave in, had 2 scoops of Jack3d pre-workout, wish it was meso, but I'm all out :( . So again I'm gonna try real hard to not cave in, back to day 1 lol
