Day 12

This was my day back as I had woke up this last friday in an awful mood. . . So i made an executive decision to do a shoulder and bicep work. I thought this would be a good test to see how my mid back would feel. I have never injured my mid back before. . .This is a very tricky area because this muscle group is involved in at least 60% of your movements if not 80% :yeah:

This was a fantastic chest workout!!! I had woke up and Smashed 4 egg + 4 egg white omelet - 4 pieces of bacon + 4 pieces of french toast!! muhahah than. . . .As I planned on taking it fairly easy. . . I just wanted to go heavy on Decline Bench and see how my mid back would respond. . .I Listen to my body and if I felt any Unnecessary tension i would stop. .

I've been having a lower back problem too this month, pulled it 4 times in 4 weeks. First it was bent over barbell rows, week later squats, week later almost fell and as I stopped I pulled it again AND today inbetween a set during chest I bent over and put a 10lbs plate down and pulled it bad :| So now it is killing, once it starts feeling better I'm really gonna have to take my time and strengthen it before I really mess it up.

Damn injuries!

I will say that my back was feeling close to one hundred percent but not quite. . . With this being said I'm a HUGE advocate of squatting but I know when to and when not too. . . I'm trying to go heavy for the next month and with out a one hundred percent feeling MID back. . no front squats today. .

Thanks. ya I'm stubborn to rest tho lol, but at this point the way it feels I have no choice. I just ordered some Super Cissus and Joint force so I'm hoping that with some light lower back exercises will strengthen it.

Ahhh Shizzle. . .Well I was dissapointed yesterday because it was a back day which is one of my favorite days and my back is still not one hundred percent. . .I should be good by next week. . .soo I just worked all the back muscles around the area that hurt in hopes of bringing some blood to that area. . . :dump:

Here's a tip from ol' Thunder. Get you some emu oil for that back bro. It's the best stuff I have ever used for muscle and joint pain. It blows Icy Hot and shit like that outta the friggin' water!!! :thumbsup:

The cream works fine for me. I get mine at Wal-Mart. It's called Blue Goo. It really works. :yup:

I use it an hour before training. If I'm training chest, I'll put some on my elbows. If I'm training delts, I put some on my shoulders. If I'm training legs, I'll put some on my knees.

haha Although it didn't make him puke it did make him get DOMS for 4 day shahah. . .he couldn't walk 2 days after and his GF had to pick up the kids when he was suppose to. . .she thought I seriously hurt him :dunno: was pretty funny and just spoke with her and she says that he is o.k. now :fing02:
