ok well this log is coming to a close- my ostarine is about out- i wager ehhh 5 days left of it max

so my conclusions about ostarine
Suppressive? No
Does it aid in building mass? Yes
Does it aid in fat burning? Yes
Side effects? None

all around a nice product i will more than likely be adding this to my pct for my next cycle

well today is my cheat day- going to go have a bouble cheesburger and a small ice creme- reset the metabolism and keep myself sane- it is also an off day, if i have enough energy will do cardio but i didnt sleep well i feel like crap soooo yeah

im quite certain my liver values are screwed but beginning today up until jan 1 i will by using lots of milkthistle at least 1g daily

i may switch to NAC because i hear milkthislt can downregulate androgen recpetors


oooo adding in phytoserms and formastanzol- but ohyto first forma in a couple of weeks

should make for some good cutting hope to loose another 1.5 inches on the waist by jan

Yeah dude, great log. Not many on the Osta yet so this is helpful.

You should try a thermo to cut some of that weight. Up the cardio too.
 
i am using a thermo and cardio 3x a week
using ECA stacked with alpha t2 and GHRP_6 and CJC1295 dac

both are synthetic peptides that force the body to disperes large amounts of HGH
 
Keep it up dog. You're doing a great job documenting this. You can here people talk about results all day, seeing them is a different story.

I wouldn't mind trying the GHRP but really want to stay away from the pin. Some bad memories here too.
 
Looking great brotha. Can't wait to see how you progress. Though IMO you should push the cycle to feb and go for 15 more lbs loss instead of ten pre cycle.

Zama I will reasess where im at but remember the cycle is bulkj then recomp then cut
as its

1-24 test(bulk)
1-5 dbol(bulk)
9-15 trenavar(recomp)
19-26 anavar (cut)

so i will pack on some good mass from dbol and lean back out but again i will assess where im at in jan, but i think i can loose 10-12 by jan 1rst we shall see!

I lost another half inch on my waist tooo down to 39' started at 41' so two inches in about 5 weeks is quite good
 
well IM done with osta has been a great run i highly reccomend this compound

Call it a revival of a lost thread, But look at the sticky thread called "my thoughts on IGF". Its a wonderful thread with great info. Maybe look into running igf-1 next time your off cycle? Great way to maintain
