Hey guys,
Ive been training seriously for about a year and a half now. Over the past 2 months i have noticed that my lifts have not been improving at all. I have never been on a test booster but am considering starting one. WHat are your guys favorite test boosters that you would suggest?

HCGenerate and PhytoSerms 347 will do wonders in the testosterone boosting department.

Before you decide to start looking at supplements, check out your NUTRITION AND TRAINING.

If you want strength gains, make sure that you are eating for it.

Also make sure that you adjust your training - this should be changed every 4-8 weeks to ensure that your body does not get used to what you are doing and adapt to it. If you've been doing the same thing for the last 18 months, then chances are your body has gotten used to it. changes don't need to be huge like a complete overhaul of your training programme - although that could also be done - but be as simple as changing the order of your exercises, doing different set and reps, adjusting your recovery periods, etc. If you want strength, then you need to use "strength" reps and longer recovery periods generally help - although shortening your recovery periods, and lifting a lot lower can also help re strength.

Using a Testosterone booster is no guarantee that you will improve and get the results you want. Once you've looked at the basics and sorted them out and you still don't get results, then perhaps consider adding in supplements (and make sure you're using the basic staples - creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein, and BCAAs - as well).

Check out Shawn Wells and William Llewellyns newest formulation, Test Factor. It features RC Pensis and ActeoFIT, two never before seen ingredients.

I agree with Rosie. Do you track your calories and macro nutrients? That's a good starting point in trying to figure out how to accomplish your goals :D

I also agree with Rosie... Use fitday to track ur diet...

After getting everything down, then move on to using supplementation. If you want to stack, consider the different mechanisms through which each product works, IE negative feedback loops, binding to SHBG, increasing LH, mimetics, etc.

Some Current Popular Test Boosters at Nutraplanet:

Activate Xtreme
DAA products (D-Apartic Acid)
Erase
PCT Assist
Stoked (aka Post Cycle Support)
Sustain Alpha
TestoPRO
Triazole

At 20 years old, your biggest focus should be on your diet. There may be a boost at your age, but chances are that there will not because your levels are already very, very high.

The new Mass FX is a great option that ive tried a few times and really liked! All the older versions everyones really liked and this one is even better.

Also the new Triazole by DS is a great product worth looking into as well.

ive tried quite a few, i loved hcgenerate paired with sustain alpha and endoamp max, but that is not ust testosterone boosting it also lowered cortisol

but i also am enjoying the testobolan v2 and phytotestosterone, i would HIGHLY suggest not taking testobolan v2 solo, i think it needs a bit more to it.....

i like the idea of phyto-test bulk divanil, long jack, fadogia and a good cortisol blocker, i just toss a scoop of endoam max in my preworkout for that.....

this is a smart man right here ^^^^

I'm with Rosie and Rodja...there must be something else missing.

how long have you been training in the same manner, how long have you been training?

remember that your body is a adaptive machine, you must always change your training to make improvements.

Wait are you sure forget it I am not even going to go there LMAO.

bro, if u want strength, hop on Prime by USP labs and stack with creatine if u arent on it already. run it at 69 protocol. i promise you will be impressed.

change your workout routine, eat more than u ever have. if this doesnt do it, eat more and take prime.

Name brand stuff is such a waste.. D-aspartic acid is the way to go these days as far as boosters go... But it could be something as simple as increasing a macro.. Test booster are never a bad idea for a natural guy though..

I concur with everyone else about checking on your diet and training, but disagree that test boosters will be ineffective. I personally can attest to the positive effects on mood, well-being, and intensity of a good test booster at a young age, especially those that focus on freeing up bound testosterone (those containing divanil). However, much of the effects I felt probably have nothing to do with actually testosterone increase (even those with impressive bloodwork in older men still have minimal increase in comparison to say doing an actual Test cycle), but more with the effects of adaptogens and other ingredients on my central nervous system. The Designer Supplements formula of Activate did wonders for me (didn't like it when Driven Sports took over, not sure why because it was the exact same, but Driven Sports does make some other GREAT products), Diesel Test Hardcore (a little stim heavy however), and Bioforge v1. If you're looking to gain size though, I'd look more at a good creatine product which if used in conjuction with proper diet and training gave me the best increase in size, strength, etc.

Absolutely time to look at your training IMO. When was the last time you changed up your routine? What's it look like now? I change mine every 6 weeks like clock work. Like everyone else said...don't overlook diet.

After that take your pick and see what works for you. I've used:

HCGenerate
Sustain Alpha
Unleashed
and a couple of other that don't stick in my head. (Which tells you how well they worked)

Creatine will help you increase your strength. Are you using a preworkout?

Exactly diet and proper training will play the biggest part for sure.

Lists are all incomplete without the mention of Applied Nutriceuticals Drive and Free Test... 2 of the best on the market

Nice list... I've never tried unleashed though.

Reading through the recommendations and seeing very few people recomending the supp below is quite a disappointment? Has the AM crowd just not tried Test Factor yet?

How did the logs on that go? Did the Testers get any blood work yet or are their cycles still ongoing?
