I am right now at 120lbs, 5ft 4in tall my in are::10 ¾ both arms, legs are at 19in, waist is 27.5in and hips are 31in chest 34in.

I am 5 weeks out right now form my next bikini show and looking to gain muscle from here and tone lower Ab’s as well. I hope to be figure ready by next year. I am also looking at improving my max weights for a small local competition we will be hosting here at our gym they are 210lbs dead lift, 210lbs squat, 125lbs bench right now all my max lifts.

I will take progress photos every 2 weeks to show how this stack is working for me. I am on the eat clean diet as well ;)

So day 2 down all is well no side Effects to report, and I am doing well! Bench press today didn’t max kept it at 85lbs 10 reps and 5 sets, pull ups, dumb bell curls and hammer curls 10lbs, 15lbs and 20lbs all 3 sets and 10 to 15 reps, over head press 45lbs 10 reps 5sets feeling great after not sore yet no cardio though today ;0 my calves hurt from yesterday but other than that I am feeling great! The Stack isn’t effecting my sleep which is a blessing as I have enough issues with my snoring husband with out adding to it haha

Whoo, day 4 of the New stack knocked out! I can lift more too btw! I am feeling leaner when I feel my sides and I did arms today, got up to 80lbs bench for rep weight which I am super happy with working on 90lbs! I did military press 15reps at 45lbs 3 sets, pull up which I am happy with too 5 of them all the way and 3 sets of that too!!! I am getting stronger, and making good progress as far as leaning out in al the right places while maintaining my booty lol 4 weeks out now till my 2nd show too! I am really excited I am training cardio am and weights on 2nd gym trip I did the stair stepper today, & at the end of the day 30min to 1hr walk with my boxer/lab mix on level ground about a 4mph steady speed daily ;)
I haven’t felt any side effects yet taking this stack, and I have even felt that I sleep better and more soundly then I did in the past! I have noticed decreased appetite which also helps seeing as for the last show by 4 weeks out I had huge cravings and this time none to speak of thank goodness! I really am loving this one!!!!! NEEDTOBUILDMUSCLE.COM rocks!! Nuf saif ;)
