A truer statement was never made lol. But seriously I workout at an Air Force fitness center. So basically who works out there? Married women... ehh no thanks, daughters of people in the AF... fine line between legal and jailbait there, and females in the AF... not too many pretty girls there lol.

Haha, nope. For this cycle the routine i made up has no deadlifts! My PR last year when I was all about deadlifting was 415, which is weaksauce compare to Toms.... lol..

you're not doing DL in your routine at all? i would say SD/epi plus the other things youre taking will give you insane strength
on back days i put all my effort into heavy ass barbell rows.
i've been following 3on1off/repeat to hit everything twice a week. deads may be pushing it, since i do squats after back day, ya know?
day1 - chest/shoulders
day2 - back/triceps
day3 - legs/biceps
off
repeat
yeah, hitting every major body part twice a week is a lot of volume... i take it you're not going super heavy... better avoiding injury IMO
I'm just doing it this way, cause the anabolics i'm on allows me too.
I don't even get sore when I'm on SD & phera. recover is amazing. when i drop the phera in a few weeks i will prolly go back to hitting everthing once a week and prolly incorporate some deads![]()

thats a good point, recovery on SD is amazing... I was hitting the gym hard in my last cycle, this was after a layoff and I could never get sore, but not for the lack of trying. b/c I didbut never got sore.... I miss SD

I thank God everyday for my blessed endocrine system.
I have to think up of 1 that wont make me blow up too much. This past cycle got me all the way up to 240 at one point lol. Never weighted that much before. Weight came back down, but sh1t got scary. I want as much strength as possible but with as little weight gain :hmmm:
