Chlorothoxy changing the TD game (sponsored log)

So my goals for this cycle are to recomp. I have been dieting down from about 360 for the last 6 months or so (ballooned up from 320 when I retired from competing) right now as of this morning on an empty stomach I am 305. I know some of you will question my decision not to keep cutting, but I need a break honestly from the low cals, so I really would like to see how well Chlorothoxy works for a recomp.

Measurements are

I haven't measured in years, but I am somewhat smaller than when I was competing, not too mention much weaker.

My diet is pretty simple, and based off of a lot of things I learned from Bobo, AKA Dwight Schrute, lol. Any way my total cals right now are sitting at 3200-3350 a day. 350+ protein a day, and low on carbs.

Training:
Well my training is not typical, I no longer do certain exercises like squats, or heavy pulls (deads). Right now I am doing a variation on westside training along with olympic movements such as cleans, and snatches, I also do some strong man stuff. Really my style has changed from focusing on one aspect to having fun and trying all sorts of different training methods.

My current lifts (which are all much lower than they were)
Bench 525
Squat N\A
Deadlift N\A
Power Clean 165 kilos or 365 lbs
snatch 140 kilos or 308 lbs

Other supplements:
protein
fish oil
multi

Just finished up a run of ERASE, and am only taking those three things right now.

so I started last night and let me give my first impressions on the transdermal. I must say that I am very impressed so far with the TD solution. It smells great, and dries very very fast. The amount needed is very small as well, only about a pee size for every pump (10) required for a full dose. It doesn't leave behind a lot of residue either like old TD solutions.

So I dosed 10 pumps last night before bed, and have dosed another 10 pumps this morning. I am about to go train, so I will update later today. Weight this morning was 302.
 
OK so today's workout was a brief shoulder routine, and some power work.

Started with muscle snatches at 135x3, 185x3, 205x3, and two sets of 225x3

shoulder shrugs (light) 3 of 315x12

Lat raises 2 of 45x8

diet so far today
meal 1
6 egg whites 2 whole eggs
16oz skim milk
1 scoop nitro core protein (24 grams protein)
8oz greek yogurt

pre/intra workout shake consisting of 120 grams of whey and post workout shake of 1 scoop Trutein in 16oz skim milk.

I have my cheat meal later today, so I will probably snack on some almonds, and turkey breast lunch meat until then.
 
In on this for sure bro. Good luck with the goals bro.... Been sittin out a little before this as well so this should def help put the mass back on n trevino at the same time... At least hypothetically

Today is an off day from training, time to watch college football all day, lol.

Anyway I had my cheat meal yesterday, pizza, and I am seeing it on the scale this morning weighing in at 303.5.

So my diet for today will be:
Meal 1
6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
16oz skim milk
8oz greek yogurt
1 scoop nitrocore protein (24 gr)

Meal 2
chicken breast
1/4 cup almonds
1 scoop whey

meal 3
muscle milk shake

meal 4
1 8oz mahi mahi filet
1 cup asparagus (about five spears)
16oz skim milk

meal 5
2scoops nitrocore protein
16oz skim milk

Applied the Chlorothoxy today on the tops of the feet, great place for TD in the past, and so far nothing really to report except slight lethargy already creeping in.
 
Diet today is the same as yesterday,

Gotta amend on the lethargy, it is definitely apparent today. This to me is a good sign as the only other times it has kicked in this quick has been on strong orals like M1T, or SD. So we shall see.

Ok today Monday 10/11 weight 300:hmmm: wasn't expecting this. I have some thoughts though. I have been feeling the androgen induced lethargy, but I am also having a hard time sleeping along with an elevated sed rate. I am feeling warmer, and at times sweating more than normal. My appetite is very strong, hungry all day. So I am going to up my calories about 200 and see how that goes. I did some math and figure that according to the figures that russianstar posted Chlorothoxy is probably converting into 15-25mgs of Turinabol, just thought I would share that.

So I did a chest workout today consisting of speed work on bench with bands, moderately heavy dumbbell work, ans some fly's it looked something like this:
speed bench with yellow bands 50% of max
8 sets 225 x 3 reps
incline dumbbell bench press
160lbs dumbbells for 3 sets of 6
and flat bench fly's
80 x 8
90 x 8
100 x 8

Also did 30 minutes on the elliptical prior to training.
Didn't notice anything significant in strength, but did have slightly better endurance during cardio.

diet was the same as yesterday with 100grams of protein pre/intra workout. Along with 1 scoop Trutein post in 16oz skim milk.
 
Wtf, just got finished posting on my log about a noted increase in endurance in cardio!

Its almost like we are taking the same thing! :D ...... Oh wait......
 
Today is off from weights, but I did do some plyo, and explosive work.
Weight today was 301.

15 40 yard sprints

200lbs tire flip for 50 yards

prowler sled 50 yards

vertical jump work

and some cone drills

Diet again was the same as yesterday, with an added 1/2 whole grain bagel at meal 1. I will keep it this way unless I feel the need to drop it, or add more depending on results.

Nothing new to report on the Chlorothoxy, but it is still week 1 expect to see gains in the weight room as well as in the mirror soon though.

I am still having a hard time falling asleep at night, yet lethargic all day.
 
Ok so today I weighed in at 303. Which means I am still down two pounds from when I started. This is really crazy, because before starting Chlorothoxy I was pretty stagnant in losing weight. I had been on ERASE which allowed me to start dropping about 1-2 pounds a week, but as soon as I got off of it my weight loss stabilized again. So I decided to measure my waist again, and believe it or not I'm reading a 43 3/4. Which means I have lost a quarter inch off of my waist, and I have even added calories on this cycle so far!

Well today I did back:
power cleans 60 kilos x 3

140 x 3
150 x 3
Close grip neutral grip pull-ups BW 3 sets of 8
Dumbbell row 200lbs x 6
seated cable row (machine) whole stack plus 45lbs plate added for 2 x 12
Reverse hypers with 40 pound dumbbell in between feet 2 x 12

Felt strong today. and had a really good pump, recovery from workouts this week have been very quick, little DOMS.

Diet same as yesterday with the added whole grain bagel.

I think I am going to keep cals where they are and ride this fat loss.
 
Weighed in today at 303.5 up half a pound from yesterday. I am definitely starting to get some positive effects from Chlorothoxy, got a sick pump today training!

My last previous max on close grip was 455, and today I didn't plan on going that heavy, but I could have done 465-470 for sure. My PR on close grip is 505, so it seems I am working back up to that weight on a cut!

Actually I need to take a break from doing them, my left elbow is starting to hurt pretty bad.

I will post up my workout and diet later, but for now I would like to give some thoughts thus far on Chlorothoxy.

When I first started the bottle it was about 2/3 full, and I would say now on day 8 I have gone through what appears to be more than half of that.

The first few days of the cycle I was very lethargic, yet having a hard time sleeping. The last couple of days however, I have been very energized, no lethargy, and sleeping like a baby. I have started getting very nice pumps in the gym, and my appetite is through the roof. Best of yet my weight this morning was 305!:cheers:

Today I am 307 still, but I usually drop back down after my cheat meal, not this time. So I am up 5 pounds, and today is day ten on Chlorothoxy.

It will be another off day for me, except I will be stretching and rolling on a foam roller.

I think tomorrow when I train I should notice some strength gains, it will be a chest workout.

Looking in the mirror I definitely look fuller.
 
That's a great explanation of how I feel, fuller...

Funny thing is all of us were on a cal deficit diet and losing right before starting this... Don't think any have changed diet much, right? And now gaining... This chlorothoxy is def effective.... Hopefully we get the chance to run it the rec time :(
 
My diet is pretty much the same I added in half a whole grain bagel in the morning, but I am still below maintenance in cals.
 
Ya a single bagel def wouldn't cause that kind of weight gain in a week and a half, lol.

Especially for big guy pushing weight like you do!
 
Ya definitely would not cause weight gain like I am having.

Well the mirror doesn't lie I went ahead and re-measured my right bicep and it now reads 21.3

But you guys are positive there's not enough for the full run? I know Jbry got a bottle and is going to log, I'll try and get a hold of him to to see what he thinks.

thirty days no, I have probably a little less than half left, and this morning would be equivalent to 10 days.

Ya I know for a fact I'm already half way through with mine, had mentioned from my very first post in my initial observations that yet was an awkwardly small amount in an already small container at 2/3 full, its def now below 1/3.... My lady even agrees its going fast...

Def sucks, the combo def showing promise n would love to see where it can go in a full 30 days...
