Gonzo 8 Week Prohormone And Insulin Cycle

ONE thing you should know whoever is reading this, MASTERDROL has that pesky yohimbine in it and taking this much you better be ready for some freaked out side effects. Dont try this unless you are very very advanced in taking lots of crap and cycles. personally maybe Iam always looking for adventure but taking yohimbine w no explode and drinking a starbucks coffee then drinking 2 liters of coke in one day,,,well you get the idea . many times I was like geezzzzzz I forgot about the damn caffiene intake!!! sometimes I had to take my prescription klonipin to calm down. kinda like zanaxs
or valiums. So to any beginner reading this, stick to what the bottle says. Iam diagnosed as obssesive compulsive and if its not steroids, I used to drink 10 to 20 beers a day and smoke tons of mary jane. I really think anabolics help you quit drinking by the way. the desire for food overwhelms alcohol.

Despite if this post is real or not, the individual in it (bald guy) I am 99.9999% positive goes to the college I used to go to. I've seen him around campus and at the gym many times prior to my graduation. If I get around to seeing him again I will try and look for the tattoo on the arm.

But the person I've seen is exactly like him, earrings and all.

The Return Of The Grim Yessssssss

It seems that my friends have informed me that my one year ban is over. I actually got banned from this site for like a year lol something I said? well the past year has been good. To sum it all up and make things short, i got a new source for real gear and trained hard and heavy. Most used was testosterone. I dropped the insulin because I was making great gains with just the real anabolics. My poundages at the peak of my bulk phase got pretty good, bench 315 for 6 reps bentover row 315 for 9 reps single arm db row 180 for 7 squat 405 for 8 (back holds me back) leg press 1350 for 15. I got up to 247 before my si jint starting hurting alot. I wil admit I got pretty carried away during my bulk phase and yes the insulin can make you fat if your not very very careful. Iam right now 221 and 15 weeks out from a show I want to do. I hate that I got banned because I was enjoying telling you guys all the crazy things I was doing. iam looking foreward to spilling the beans about the cycles I did do this year getting some real competition worthy muscle ready. At my peak i was using 1350mg a week of test and maybe 7ius of slin 4 times a week. couldent find any growth but I have now so it should make my precontest days fun. I did have to do some serious cardio even 2 hours a day for like 4 weeks but hey, I wouldent be gonzo if I didnt. Happy to see my thread got so much attention I never thought it would. its just prohormone lol
i will post some pics soon as for now I have went from 247 to 221 and have been slowly reducing and keeping the most muscle I can. I did a few mini insulin cycles w more calories for maybe 2 or 3 weeks at a time this past year w m1t and m1d masterdrol sus250 and trenbalone acetate. Ill have to say nothing and I mean nothing beats 1000mg test and 200mg tren a week. wow. here was my best mass cycle this year

TESTOSTERONE (CYPIONATE ETHANATE AND SUS250)
WEEKS 1-12 500CYP 500ETH WEEK
WEEKS 16-26 1000MG SUS250 WEEK

I ADDED tren a few times a week but I find 100mg really makes my temper bad the next few days so its hard to handle w 1000 a week of test. dbol was used once at 50mg a day for 6 weeks . and of course arimidex and nolvadex were used as needed and adjusted as need but yeah i need alot ususally about 1mg a day arimi.

A 10 week clenbuterol cycle was done max of 125mcg a day, with last 6 weeks t3 at max of 25mgs day. I got real lean and started mackn so many girls I got side tracked and sterted to miss days in the gym.

High Dose Testosterone And Prohormones / Orals

Here is a peek into the details of my testosterone stack.
This combination worked and keeps you extremly pumped.

deca durabolin TOTAL 300 WEEK
test cyp and ethanate TOTAL 700MG WEEK
ARIMIDEX .5 TO 1MG DAY

I used orals such as anadrol and dianabol sparingly
as I had to use more antiestrogens with them. Usually after ramping up the test to 800 to 1000 I would add orals for 4 weeks max. for example

i must credit this thread with bringing me back to AM after a long hiatus...Go Pirate! i just love the weight you're pushing. it makes me feel like I'm pushing gearhead weight b/c i do pretty much the same (some a little more, some a little less) rockin on espresso, Fish Oil, B12, Flax Seed and a Multi.
 
I just read this thing from start to finish. I bet he posted a years worth of stuff on another forum while he was banned from here and it is my mission to find it.

Nope Iam alive and just ahd a check up with a doctor and some blood tests. I will admit I have experienced some wierd side effects and a number of them the past year. As for the weight comment, I know lots of guys who lift heavy weights and look terrible and vice versa. I got really into the weight mentality for a little but but after some injuries starting to appear I really focused on feeling the muscle and working it hard through the proper range. A lot of guys use and dont use, lift heavy and light, but what do thay look like? For instance I looked great at 232 and juiced out to the max but lighter and much more conditioned and 220. Its great to look huge in clothes but what Iam really digging now is seeing my seperation in my quads and hams from the side. I know some guys who take no more than 600 to 700 a week because more and they get flu like symptoms, and he looks unreal. genetics training and nutrition play a huge part but I think genetics are a huge part that you have to consider.
 
On A Funnier Note

Probably the coolest thing this year, not to mention a little embarassing was meeting dennis james in las vegas, caught an elevator w the guy and spoke to him a minute. The guy is HUGE chest just seemed to grow from his neck out. I had just woken up after a great night with this gal on the other end of the Venetian, and I was hung over and to top it all off holding a pizza box lol what an idiot!
 
MENTZER HEAVY DUTY - basics and

I still base my training and mindset around the MENTZER guidelines. for instance I always keep a mental note of my 6 to 10 rep max as a good guide of my progress. When using anabolics and when Iam clean, I usually add sets and movements in my program as long as the mirror shows me good results. I have as many do slipped into severe overtraining where I was eating the same, keeping doses the same but my volume kept going up and then my 10rep max started to fade. for instance I was doing 225 for ten on the incline followed by 255 for 5. Whenever I broke below ten reps, I knew I was doing to many sets, not resting enough. I took almost three weeks off and came back to ten. Alot of guys fear that youll breakdown and lose muscle but if your working your ass off and your losing strength, you need a break. Ill have to say that I STILL base my workouts on one or two sets to failure then go from there. of couse when using anabolics sometimes you feel invincible and can workout twice a day for weeks at a time. but you need rest and overtraining is easy to do. more is not better. At the same time I dont mentally stress over if i always make those reps or not. Sometimes Iam a little weaker from varying my carbs but Iam leaner, fuller and look great, AND thats always better to me than being at tip top strength and looking like a hot air ballon. Creatine, arginine , glutamine, lots of good carbs, lots of protein keeps you full and strong. Cell volume has alot to do with apperance, remember if your a bodybuilder its more about keeping a constant "look" other than being the strongest guy on bench row. The exception to menzter training is if my knee is hurting or an injury dictates that you just cant load the joint or softtissues at that point. in that case ill go as heavy as I can without causing further damage, and do like 25rep sets until the muscle is pumped and burning. You might not get your 10reps to failure, but youll be training year round and not laid up at home w ice and pain pills while the other guy using his brain makes steady progress.
 
october 5th 2010 The Pirate returns. I am currently at an off season weight of 245. I plan on bulking up now that the winter is here.
