Bro its took me all year as well to get where I am. Just goes to show you cant slack..need fulltime commitment to make drastic changes.

You look excellent Ed, and Im still tryin to lose the backfat, waistline. You have none!

Side Tricep
Front Lat Spread
Rear Lat Spread
Abdomenal and Thigh
Most muscular hands on hips
Most muscular crab

Then some signiture poses

I like side double chest and side obliques, there are a lot of different ones find the ones that work for you.

Take one pose at a time then pratice them every day. Make sure you practice holding them for longer periods (45-60 seconds) it's a real workout.

My GH IGF1 SLIN TRT PCT/Bridge Cycle

PCT/Bridge 3 - 4 months


HG SLIN IGF1 Recovery Cruise
Test Cyp 200mg EW
Proviron 100mg ED pre bed


GOALS

maintain mass on igf/slin/HG PCT/Bridge cycle also help repair left shoulder now 90% normal, bring up lagging body parts (arms)

HGH
7 days a week
as Im on a pct recovery maintenance log, use 4ius gh ED before go to bed, and 6 ius on days I train back, chest and legs. do all shots intra muscular into the damaged shoulder.

IGF1
Igf bilateral 30 mcg 30 mins IM pre WO days bis/shoulders and tris/chest 120mcg total, Legs will pin calves. All pinnng will be done up and down the muscle.

SLIN
Eat half of breakfast Pre WO meal, shoot 5ius then consume 50g dextrose/glucos and creatine glutamine, protein shake. then resume, it peaks in 30 mins so I want carbs in seconds after 10 mins of shot, then shoot 5ius post training with protein, aminos, creatine and obviously 50g fast sugar.dextrose glucose.

Pre Wo Carbs total 90g Pre WO, 110g Post WO both to contain at least 50g fast acting carbs

Will be using Humalog rapid acting insulin

I have done extensive research and i am fully aware of the multiple fifferent protocols and the synergies between these compounds and AAS and this was determined to be the best protocol that suits my goals

new split, body will then grow to adapt to new stress, reason iv grown off

I will be increasing volume on sets but not going to failure, this ensures a full muscle and not too taxing on cns and ill need extra rest day to combat fact i cant synthesis protein as rapidly on 200mg test cyp, cortisol is more rampant off so combat by adding rest day.

Cardio 3 x 40 min steady state EW will try to do AM fasted when possible
 
Flathead checkin in, log looks great. No one puts logs together like you, Tim & Kleen!! You need one more leg day on your split though! If you dedicate one day to squats & one day a week to deads, you would be surprised how much over all growth you'd gain.

With that being said, your before/after pics are top notch!
 
I have to look I have an entire book I made researching posing tips and what not for my first contest. If I can find them i will hook you up. I have a few links in there of some sites that help too. BB.com has a How to pose by Bob Chicharillo which is a good place to start. Just go there and type in Posing in search and tons of articles will come up.

I took my last dose of SLIN SHOT yesterday

and i gotta say i added carbs yet leaned out and thats after coming off og the Tren, definitely a very solid product and i loved the MM

Dunno Whats going on but I just jumped on the bathroom scale and it read 240.7 scales.digital and not that great but ****

Took a phone picture you can still see my abs gotta be a combination of the deca kicking in and 4 days straight suspension at 1 1/2cc ED

Better keep a close eye on my nips coz I'm blowing up, ill get picture up in next 20 minutes it was taken right after weigh in which was 1130pm bare in mind I normally weigh myself in the mornings after breakfast but still WTF

Oh and WO was ok too :) Bis/shoulders infact shoulders were so pumped that Bis were a struggle for first 10 minutes until my shoulders calmed down

Just a question and i ask with good intentions-i was following your original log before. What do you think would have happened if you'd just jumped on the juice from the start before your huge bulk as opposed to bulking up then trimming down?

IMO i did not have any base and i had lost all my natural stregnth due to a prolonged absence of the gym (drugs and alcohol) so i decided that i would take a powerlifting approach to regain as much stregnth as naturally possible in the shortest time frame possible...

I guess here is the question did i need to gain as much weight/fat as i did to achieve the above ? Well i was just getting such good stregnth results that i kept on eating and eating and it was all whole food by the way no junk... Probably did gain more than was necessary infact at the end of december 09 i was in Miami and i measured my waist at 42" and said right there and then in the hotel room enough is enough and went and hit the tread mill that very day.... I planned out my cycle for some 4 months and started my cut 4 months pre cycle on the ECA stack then cycled some clenbuterol and Anavar into my injectable cycle

I was 218lbs at the end of that cycle @ about 10%bf i then went on a cut to cut to 208 7-8%bf in the following 2 months.... Currently at the tail end of my new cycle and in that last picture above i was 240lbs currently about 245 and still got abs some 2years and 1 months later

Last 6 weeks of this cycle should be interesting intent on finishing 240lbs @ 10% bf

Nice work bro! you've clearly been extremely dedicated over the last few years. Putting all that weight on clean bulk is no easy task. Then loosing it! Everytime i cut i always loose 1/4 of my muscle i swear. Your in great shape after cutting so long. Can you give any tips on diet?

Im about to start a small recomp cycle running natadrol >formadrol extreme +ds lean xtreme. Is not the potent stuff but I hope my results are 1/10th as good as yours.

Well i had great success with the ECA stack and carb cycling which is the way i now diet all year round cut or bulk for a more agressive approach i used Anavar,clen and Helios worked very effecticely also of running Anavar u could get away with throwing in T3 which i used on the end of my last cycle to get down to 7-8%bf best used with some sort of AAS as it is def catabolic
 
I'll testify to that, ECA + carb manipulation= amazing results.

Is carb manipulation where for example, on workout days you eat carbs every meal and on non workout days you eat a restricted amount of carbs?

Eating between 50 and 60 grams of carbs, with as much of it consisting of fiber as possible (I also supplemented with Metamucil to keep fiber high ~ your ass will appreciate it)
The rest of calories up to my target consisted of fats.

On the weekend, you can refeed, which will vary from person to person, but basically eat a good amount of carbs and lower fat a bit.

You should return to your baseline weight a few days after your refeed. When I say baseline, i mean what you weighed in at the morning of the refeed. If it takes longer than 4 days for you to return to baseline you over did it.....if it takes less than 3 days for you to return to baseline you under did it
