Okay I was wrong I think i had it backwards and I am not saying I am right I writing what I have studied and what I comprehend.

Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione has in-vitro evidence as being an AI there is no reason to believe it will have any activity similar to 7-keto though, which 7-keto reduces cortisol.

i agree, it should be a very effective ai-as to the anti-cort, i guess we will have to wait and see. natty seems to think it will have anti-cort abilities to some extinct-and natty has always been straight-up. i really am excited to try it.

ok, this stack is really kickin in, recovery is up enough that i feel ready to take on another full body workout. alpha male is getting good and libido is just insane. at-2 has me sweating like a mofo, and losing bf-will weigh in in the morning but looking/feeling lighter. let me tell you magnum is no joke-libido is way up. testatropin is starting to really take effect-it takes around 10 days for me to start getting full effects from it. so all in all-doing great!!!

Any effect on strength in the gym? My problem with the natty stacks is that they rarely seem to add mass or strength to a greater degree over just eating more and lifting harder.

i usually don't look to add more weight to my lifts, with the exception of occassional ph cycles. natty's usually give me more endurance/stamina to do longer workouts with more reps. plus the fact that they keep me motivated and wanting to hit the gym-recovery is also improved. and being 52 i absolutely love the boost in libido. i also tend to lean out and lose bf at a higher rate on nattys than i do when not on them.




sorry i wasn't clear on my goals-at this point in my life i am just trying to maintain most of my strength while leaning down to my goal of 190.

just wish we had all these great supplements when i was in my 20's-30's. hell, you couldn't even get decent protein then. i remember that liquid predigested protein that weider put out-talk about nasty crap-uuugh.

did legs today at nifs, did 4 sets of squats 10 reps each at 250lbs. then did 4 sets each on 5 different leg machines. after that i did 20 minutes on stairmaster, and 10 on treadmill-overall about an hour and a half. legs are still like rubber. after drinking my postworkout shake i came home and ate like a horse. appetite is enormous.

if you can get used to drinking bulk psyllium husks, have about 10-20grams before your meal (empy stomach is important with husks). it will expand in there and help you feel full, or at least get you feeling fuller quicker at meal time.

didn't go crazy on junk, just ate way more than usual. i will go for a jog with the dog tomorrow and bet my weight is lower than yesterday-strange how that works out. i swear by cheat days!!!

I've enjoyed cheat days so much, I'm on a cycle of cheat meals right now. Works pretty well, gonna be hard to cycle off... :eek5:

i am on a slow/long cut, so i don't try to micro-manage diet. if i endulge in carbs or fats i just throw in extra cardio-i really believe cheat meals actually HELP!



on another note, cutting back to 3 caps erase today. still dosing 2/2 at-2, 2/2/2 testatropin, 2/2 magnum.

today is day 10 on testatropin-i think, last time i ran it best results came after day 15, so best is yet to come.

libido is still cranking, so i don't think there was any drop off going from 3/3 to 2/2 on the magnum.

no workout of any kind today-spent the day at va hospital with my father in law.


gonna hit it hard tomorrow-if everything goes as planned.

at least i stuck to my diet today-i hate hospital food, lol.
 
did 90 minutes on treadmill this morning. down 5lbs, maybe erase had something to do with this, been hearing lot'd of guys reporting water weight loss on erase.

anyways, workout went real well. endurance/stamina/recovery are all much improved. libido is still real high, and load volume is amazing.

Regarding how to take Erase, since Erase is a lipid molecule, taking it with a meal would probably be SLIGHTLY better (especially if it was a meal with fat), but it would not be a significant difference. So whatever works for you!

I am in the same boat T...diet looks like I am bulking but I am still losing woop woop gotta love it, keep it up bro!
