Hey guys I have been busy with school stuff and been logging into AM on my phone. So as soon as I have some time I'll write a review on here and there is going to be before and after picture. I'll might make another thread just for the review after I post it on here.
 
The Diet Depends of the person for me works best with CKD but everyone is diferent!


Glucagon and cortisol participate in the reduction of thyroid activity while IGF-1 and insulin increase this activity. The act of resuming a normal diet will lower the level of cortisol. In contrast, restarting the secretions of IGF-1 and insulin demands a special strategy. The best thing is to plan meals that will increase the secretion of insulin (which will itself reduce the secretion of glucagon). It is still necessary to take care that this insulin secretion should not be too extreme. It is most valuable when prolonged as opposed to a short burst. It is necessary therefore to prefer duration to intensity.
An example of a meal would be whey protein plus rice. One must absolutely avoid all fats; these slow the secretion of insulin by slowing digestion. Two meals of this type per day are enough (in addition to the others). The ideal would be that one of them would be taken after training. The essential fatty acids will be taken in other meals. One meal rich in omega 3, another in omega 6. It takes about one and a half to two weeks in order for the restarting of the thyroid gland to be strong and lasting. More, if your gland already tended to be slow before the diet

Oh thank you very much man. If I would up my fat and carb just a little bit(like one serving of oats and PB) I would of kept a lot more muscle. But only the last two weeks is what was going bad. Also to everybody Animal Pak really fukking helps! I'll tell you more in the final review.

Its 11 but big pills. Yeah I had more energy and was less sore after taking it. Also try not taking it(or any other animal product) front of other people. Cause you'll get hit with stupid questions like "are that steroids?!" Also parents kinda freak out when they see you take that many pills.

I try to condense things down into the fewest amount of bottles too. It makes me feel less ashamed when people see inside of my cabinets and spot my stash, lol.

Oh man my dad freaks the fukk out every time he opens up the cabinets. But 95% of them is protein, N.O., Multi-V, BCAA, and Glutamine but it still freaks people out. But this year I'm going for different supplements and couple of them are from AI :D
 
There was a while there in which I had a bunch of bulk powders and capped/mixed my own stuff. It made it look like I had a ton of stuff, but it was really the equivalent of just having a few pre-made/manufactured products (albeit, quite a lot of each, lol).

Glycobol, HGHpro, Motivate, Cycle Support 2.0, and post cycle support. The last two is if I do my first cycle :D but right now i'm sadly broke! :(

I actually usually answer Black as well, to which most people reply that Black is the lack of color. ****ing aristocrats.

See I've always loved black but I started trying everything in different colors rather than black(or any dark colors) and I still love black cause it makes everything look fukking amazing. Everything. But my computer room is like kinda all blacked out :D Black computer, xbox(and the 360), receiver, speakers, black light posters,..., and I even got 3 black light(there cool). The only thing that is not black is the drum set and that is because they couldn't get me the jet black one so I got it in master chief's color :D

Oh wow... lol.

I dress in alot of black, in fact 90 of times I am out I am in dark dark jeans and a black button up. I really need to work on that lol.

Macys and JCpenney have shirts that are like the ones from the bukel but they won't cost $200. The shirts are colorful(a little douchbaggy) and thin. The reason I like the thin ones better is cause if my arms grow and waist stays the same the shirts stretch easier :D but I don't ware like red shoes and stuff like that.

Great Log Lue Congrats!!!

Thanks bud :D but next time I'm going to up my carbs and fats so I won't lose as much muscles. Right now I got my mom on Alpha T2 and OEP and she loves it. I can't wait to see what they'll do for her.

Yeah I got my mom on OEP and Alpha T2, my brother on TT-33 and when his done with the diet/training that he signed up for through his company I'm going to put him on AndroHard and DERMACRINE, couple of the guys in the gym on Blue up and GlycerGrow, bunch of other people on ASGT, and I talked my gym owner into carrying different supplements. All that in two weeks :D
