Haven't used NO Infuse yet NCAA, but did ASGT+AP and WOW. At your weight, I would suggest 3-4 scoops of ASGT with 4-5 AP.

I am really noticing the recovery now. I put in 1.5 hours in the gym pushing as heavy weights as I ever have before and I find myself in the locker room wondering why Im going home and not back up to the weight room.
Specific Attributes:
Alpha feeling / Confidence - High
Strength - High (added an extra plate to my spider row last night now problem) :buttkick:
Recovery - Pretty awesome :slaphappy:
Aggression - High/Normal
Appetite - Cant tell, I think its a little higher but its not crazy cravings I was expexting from others logs
Libido - Normal
Sleep Quality- Great!
Pump - Good, getting better
Energy levels - High
Endurance - ? IDK most of my lifts are in the 6-8 rep range Good I guess
Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes - 271.8lbs at the gym last night, negligible gain in weight. My muscles seem to feel harder.

The recovery and reduced DOMS were awesome when I ran Natadrol on a cut. Keep slayin it NC!
Leg day today, natadrol made it bearable. Some kid dropped a db and lost part of his pinky finger. I didnt see it happen but saw the aftermath once i got out of the squat rack and it was hideous
OUCH! The worst I've done was drop a 45 plate on my toe and that sucked pretty hard. I didn't lose anything though.

Recovery Recovery Recovery, its kinda a double edged sword. I feel like I can lift forever in the gym and sometimes I do which is sorta the problem. I feel like I am beginning to detract from my ability now because Im overtraining :banghead: (I know its 12 letter word here on AM). Joints are starting to hurt and my numbers are actually going down in some exercises. The problem is that I lift hard when Im at the gym and on my off days I get anxious and end up going to workout anyway.

I am running into the same exact issue of never wanting to take rest days! Its straight up motivation in a bottle. The endurance and recovery on this stuff is amazing. I try and stick to just my routine but its hard to not just keep going because once im done i feel like i can go a full round again. My muscles are definitely fuller and harder to the touch in general but i really cant keep a good pump. So im not experiencing any better pumps but everything else is good though. Where your at right now is where the strength started coming in for me. Glad to see its treating you well thus far man keep killing it!

Im glad it seems to be treating you as well as it is me. I really wish i wouldve checked my BF in the begining. I think im leaning out a bit. I did weigh myself prior to starting and took body measurements to get a good baseline. Im up 5lbs since the begining maybe a 1lb or so more since i fluctuate a good lb throught the day. And havent remeasured yet but shirts are fitting tighter! Its really hard to tell for sure on the weight with the water intake and loss on this stuff. Are you waking up frequently for bathroom breaks? 2 a night minimum for me! That would be the only negative i can even say about this stuff and its not even a major issue to me really since ghenerate has me sleeping like a baby lol.

Alpha feeling / Confidence - High, lol I smacked two guys at the same time on friday. They were being douchbag jackasses to a buddys gf. I know it sounds like a pansy thing to do but it was more to put them in there place and humiliate them then to start a fight. It worked, they left.

Looks like it is treating you well, love the recovery and would have paid to see you smakck those guys. I have a buddy who is really big and he has smacked a few people in his day too. Not trying to really hurt them so much as remind them where they actually stood.

It was awesome, they were about 5 local college jerkoffs at the bar, so I started walking towards them and I gave them the fonz style Ayyy and they gave it back mockingly so I did it again and I opened my arms and they mimicked me again and right when their hands when down and out which is when I gave 2 of them the kind of smack on the cheek monsignor used to give us in gradeschool, just enough to let you know who the top dog is...
