I will up the caps to 10 next week and I may have to up my ASGT too now :bigok:
 
Haven't used NO Infuse yet NCAA, but did ASGT+AP and WOW. At your weight, I would suggest 3-4 scoops of ASGT with 4-5 AP.

Respect the power of AS-GT, maybe try 3 scoops but beware of 4, that is pure beast mode reserved for those that are not mortal. 2 AS-GT + 5 AP was my sweet spot. Granted I weight 185 pounds BUT that would be a lot of stims if you went to 4 scoops of AS-GT (600 mg of caffeine at once... wow!).

I am really noticing the recovery now. I put in 1.5 hours in the gym pushing as heavy weights as I ever have before and I find myself in the locker room wondering why Im going home and not back up to the weight room.

Specific Attributes:
Alpha feeling / Confidence - High
Strength - High (added an extra plate to my spider row last night now problem) :buttkick:
Recovery - Pretty awesome :slaphappy:
Aggression - High/Normal
Appetite - Cant tell, I think its a little higher but its not crazy cravings I was expexting from others logs
Libido - Normal
Sleep Quality- Great!
Pump - Good, getting better
Energy levels - High
Endurance - ? IDK most of my lifts are in the 6-8 rep range Good I guess
Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes - 271.8lbs at the gym last night, negligible gain in weight. My muscles seem to feel harder.

Thanks for the first week review. Sounds very familiar to mine though it took me until about day 10 to really feel any gains in strength. Keep crushing it. :deal:
 
Leg day today, natadrol made it bearable. Some kid dropped a db and lost part of his pinky finger. I didnt see it happen but saw the aftermath once i got out of the squat rack and it was hideous

OUCH! The worst I've done was drop a 45 plate on my toe and that sucked pretty hard. I didn't lose anything though.
 
years back, my boss cut his finger off on a cable machine trying to put the cable on the pully while his friend was holding up the weights. His friend droped the weights.

Worst ive done is drop 110 DB on my notebook lol it flattened the metal spiral rendering it unopenable

Also met a guy at the gym who read my log which was cool.

Looking forward to push lifts today trying the reverse grip incline bench ... numbers to come if i finally remember to bring my notebook home from work

I posted a dead lifting video awhile back and a guy on here recognized the gym I was at and then recognized me as the guy he's seen dead lift at that gym, it's kind of cool & weird. We ended up meeting one time cause he lives in the same city as me, and I gave him a free bottle of JungleWarfare cause I wasn't going to use it. His member name was Rolandajoint, but I haven't seen him on here for about a year now.
 
Attempted the reverse grip incline press 3 sets 185x8 my palms were killing me my arms dont bend that way i guess followed by standing military press 4 sets of 205x6 and suddenly my shoulders were in unbearable pain and i couldn't do dips...
so i tried partial Rep bench in the squat rack about the last 8 inches to lock out 3 sets 425x5 awesome pumps

Recovery Recovery Recovery, its kinda a double edged sword. I feel like I can lift forever in the gym and sometimes I do which is sorta the problem. I feel like I am beginning to detract from my ability now because Im overtraining :banghead: (I know its 12 letter word here on AM). Joints are starting to hurt and my numbers are actually going down in some exercises. The problem is that I lift hard when Im at the gym and on my off days I get anxious and end up going to workout anyway.

I know the feeling!! I always end up over training when I'm on PRIME. It's especially hard to stay out the gym when your body feels well recovered, but then one day, severe fatigue and the sense of burned out kicks in. Be mindful of them rest days, not that I listened to anyone's advice on resting when I was told to, but be mindful of it for sure.
 
I am running into the same exact issue of never wanting to take rest days! Its straight up motivation in a bottle. The endurance and recovery on this stuff is amazing. I try and stick to just my routine but its hard to not just keep going because once im done i feel like i can go a full round again. My muscles are definitely fuller and harder to the touch in general but i really cant keep a good pump. So im not experiencing any better pumps but everything else is good though. Where your at right now is where the strength started coming in for me. Glad to see its treating you well thus far man keep killing it!

Thanks yea you put it exactly the way I feel, the muscle hardness is there the pumps werent coming so I added ASGT and AAKG to my preworkout :dance:. I am starting 10caps/day today and feel great.
 
Nice im going to have to look into something else to throw in with my ASGT as well. The wifes starting to get fed up with all my supplements shes loosing her cabinet and counter space haha.
 
Man, you pretty much sold me on this stack.
My fall training regime should just be called '8 week guide to overtraining' but its mandatory and theres not much I can do. Last 2 years my body has gotten beaten up bad, but if your so anxious to lift on your off days, thats just what I need!
I'm always one for working hard, just watch those joints!!!

Alpha feeling / Confidence - High, lol I smacked two guys at the same time on friday. They were being douchbag jackasses to a buddys gf. I know it sounds like a pansy thing to do but it was more to put them in there place and humiliate them then to start a fight. It worked, they left.

I ran Natadrol/MMv3 and honestly, i think i gave too much credit to MMv3 and not enough to natadrol. I haven't run either compound solo.
 
Im glad it seems to be treating you as well as it is me. I really wish i wouldve checked my BF in the begining. I think im leaning out a bit. I did weigh myself prior to starting and took body measurements to get a good baseline. Im up 5lbs since the begining maybe a 1lb or so more since i fluctuate a good lb throught the day. And havent remeasured yet but shirts are fitting tighter! Its really hard to tell for sure on the weight with the water intake and loss on this stuff. Are you waking up frequently for bathroom breaks? 2 a night minimum for me! That would be the only negative i can even say about this stuff and its not even a major issue to me really since ghenerate has me sleeping like a baby lol.

I have from time to time woken up a little earlier like 6am instead of 7 because I have to go to the bathroom, but it hasn't been a problem for me. I noticed taking more leaks when I started like 8-10x a day, but now its like 3-4. Normally odd cycle I piss 2-3x a day. I hear you on the weight thing, I use the gym scale nearly everyday and its been between 268 and 272, and really not following any pattern as far as going up or down.

Push day today and after reading AGs log I think Im gonna try drop sets today, :thinkerg: but Im considering them on skull crushers, same idea as the bench ones but dropping 10lb plates. Start with 5 and work down to the bar, should either go really good, or horribly wrong (just how I like it) :firedevil:

It was awesome, they were about 5 local college jerkoffs at the bar, so I started walking towards them and I gave them the fonz style Ayyy and they gave it back mockingly so I did it again and I opened my arms and they mimicked me again and right when their hands when down and out which is when I gave 2 of them the kind of smack on the cheek monsignor used to give us in gradeschool, just enough to let you know who the top dog is...

One of them ran up to the female bartender to tell on me. Then they told her they were gonna kick my ass, and honestly they might have tried it until they saw the 6 guys I was with all 6'+ 230lb+ to their 5'8" 185lb avg

LOL. I have a similar story but not quite as cool, cause I never got to smack anybody down.

We were at some late night food place after Tha Club and some drunk group of dudes (i was a college guy at the time, too) started talking drunken **** to me. I ignored them. The more I ignored them, the more aggravated they seemed to get, until one of them threatened to kick my ass or something to that I extent. I turned to him and said, "are you sure you want to do this, I'm with them" and I pointed at my friends at another table. I was with my friend Fletcher 6'4, 260lbs, starting line backer for UCLA at the time, my friend Tiny, 6'2, 280lbs Somoan O-lineman, Tug, another 6'2, 260 D-lineman and my Hawaiian friend Keoni, 6'0, 230 amateur boxer and the smallest guy there, my other Hawaiian friend, Jensen, 180 tops. I was the smallest guy by far, next to Jensen.

Of all the people to get rowdy, my friend Jensen slugs the guy who actually threatened me, Keoni, the amateur boxer guy starts pouncing on him and the drunken idiot now getting jumped in his seat, has his three friends sort of watched in horror on the other side of the booth until Jensen and Keoni finished with him.
