I'm looking to come up with a playlist that will make me sling weights across the gym. I know we all have a thousand songs, but what 1 would you say pumps you up the most? All genre's included.

I'm going with Jay Z's Cashmere Thoughts. Jay Z and my good friend the legendary DJ Clark Kent (Brooklyn's Finest-ATF) produced it.

Iron Man by Ozzy
99 problems by Jay-z
Till I Collapse and Cinderella Man by Eminem
Beat It by Fallout Boy

Oh man where do I begin..

Five finger death punch-Monster I've become, burn it down, white knuckles, Any song by them basically will make you rage.

Hail the Villain-Mission control, Blackout, Pyro.

Killswitch Engage-Reckoning, Light in a darkened world, my curse

Yeaaa killswitch. Few others that make me go nuts:
slipknot- pulse of the maggots
Chevelle- Family System

Carcrash-Powerman 5000
Killing in he name of- Rage against the Machine
Last Resort-Papa Roach

If I had to choose one song from my play list to listen to for every heavy lift for the rest of my life it would be "Face:Face" by Norma Jean. So much intensity. Hardcore song.

Papa Roach - Getting Away With Murder
Sevendust - Black

Bring Me The Horizon - Chelsea Smile
Greeley Estates - Desperate Times Call For Desperate Housewives

Some parts are kinda hard for me but the main melody is amazing and puts me in a zone that I have a hard time to get by myself. I play it several times a workout, I think sometimes it allows me that extra rep just cause I get so pumped. Srs

voices- disturbed

Suffocation - "Bloodchurn" or "Immortally condemned"

Cannibal Corpse "They Deserve to Die"

Way too hard to name just one, but these come to mind.

Trapped Under Ice - TUI
Winds of Plague - The Great Stone War
Throwdown - Headed South
Municipal Waste - Beer Pressure
Bitter End - The Hand That Feeds
