Week 1 Day 3 Legs day
Status:
190lbs(which is good cause I think my body is becoming stable)
MEAL 1
2 Recompadrol(30 Minutes)
1 serving of fish oil
1 serving of CLA
3 servings of Oat meal
2 serving of PB
MEAL 2
1 cap of Slin Sane(18 minutes)
3 servings of Oat meal
2 serving of PB
Pre/intra/post workout shake
1 serving of fish oil
600mg calcium pill
Biotin
1 serving of waxy maize (40g of carbs)
1 serving of GlycerGrow
10g of BCAA
12 oz of water
3g of Beta-Aline
1.5 serving of Crystal Light
MEAL 3(post-workout)
2 caps of Recompadrol(1:30, read side notes for explanation)
1 serving of fish oil
1 serving of CLA
600mg calcium pill
3 serving of oats
2 serving of cottage cheese(2%)
26g of WPI
2 serving of PB
1 serving of skim milk
12oz of chicken breast
MEAL 4
2 serving of cottage cheese
1 serving of PB
26g of WPI
I only got 4 meals in cause I woke up at like 12:00 P.M.
Side Notes:
Ok today I took 3 scoops of ASGT and one serving of pump(1:10 minutes after I had eaten) and when I took it I felt my stomach turning and I felt this heat coming over me. I got goosebumps all over my body and then I turned super san and fukking flew off into the air. Ok maybe I didn't go super san but I felt like I could. The reason it took me so long to eat after I took Recompadrol was because a friend of mine really needed my help and I can't say no cause...well...his my friend.
Workout:
I hit the gym(with my legs being kinda sore and I don't know why they were sore) but I did 245lbs 3 times and I almost got 265 again. This is with my quads being already sore so that's really good and I don't think I don't think I've lost any strength from the cut. The I did seated calf raises with 4 plates 12 reps and it was way to easy. So I added another plate and did 5-6 reps easily. I also did 12 reps of 295lbs on leg extension but I know I could do 20 but I was in to much pain. I also did lower abs but I'm to tired to type it
My intra-workout:
So today as I was doing the squads this big 40 year old or so guy apporched me and asked me if I was drinking Celltech. Which I responded with "No". I told him that it was GlycerGrow for the pumps, WM to keep me full during my workout, BCAA do feed my body throughout the workout, and crystil light to get a little better taste. So he and his friend started asking me about supplements and I started helping them. There eyes turned wide open and they looked at each other and went "He knows his stuff!"

So they wanted to get bigger arms and lose the belly(like every other guy) and I started telling them about Recompadrol(which they had never heard of and when I told them what it did they got so excited that they looked like little kids learning about Santa clause), TT-33, Alpha T2, and OEP. I also started telling them about ASGT, GlycerGrow, DermaTherm, and every good supplement you could think of. The problem is that they don't have a computer to shop online and they want to order with my next order. My problem is that I have 3 months of supplements here sitting around me. So I'm going to figure something out for them. I also told them that I'll take my supplements up to the gym tomorrow so they could try the intra-workout. I told them is not going to taste that good but they said that they don't care about taste. Anyways I also spend like 30-45minutes talking to the employees in the gym and teaching them about supplements(they sell TT-33, OEP, and couple of other stuff) and I'm also going to talk to the owner to get rid of superpump 250 and NO-Xplode and replace it with ASGT, WF, and WB(WB is uber under rated and some days you just can't go home to take your supplements so it's an amazing to have if your on the go).
Also if you have a per-workout supplement but you want to have pumps all day you could get WB and take 1 pill 3 times a day. I should keep you going all day.
