I think what he is calling a lean bulk is what you would consider a bulk by the way you describe it. I have always considered a lean bulk trying to put on only lean mass with lots of clean calories, while a regular bulk you add fat as well as muscle mass without real regard for the excess weight you gain.

I tend to believe in a perpetual recomp more than a bulk/cut. Most people don't have it in them to be disciplined for a few months and then relax on eating... I mean, sure if you are on some roids, go into full on bulk mode, but it gets really irritating trying to lose a bunch of fat after the third or fourth cut down to single digit bodyfat. I'd much rather gain the weight slower, look better all year long, and never have to buckle down on my diet from one extreme to the other. It's too much back and forth for me, and I think for most people. If you are Lee Priest... sure, why not. But for the avg. joe, it's much healthier to stick to a moderate-low bf% all the time, and gain by making good choices with a healthy work ethic.

spoken like a true ecto! lol just kiddin GM. Yea I know what you mean though and I have had my best yearly gains doing something similar to that. I will recomp if you will for about 8-10 weeks or so then bulk hard for about 6 weeks then recomp and then cut. It's hard for me to keep lean.

I found with doing things the DC way, I added a lot of size while eating pretty freely and keeping BF down. High calories, 6 solid meals a day with a cheat meal every 3 days or so.

Man you are going to like that stack. Really good sleep, the ingredient profile in HGHpro is great for sleep and obviously GH output. HGHpro definitely adds a little kick to the sleepiness over other GH products. On the Ghen I get as good of sleep but it does not hit me as fast as HGHpro. It shares some common ingredients with Seditol a good sleep aid. Make sure to link me on that Bro! I know I am not in here daily but I do my best to follow up or catch up on your logs.
