Ran out of TCF-1 Only had a half dose. Postponing my workout till tomorrow. Too hot today and long day at work. This will be the last week to this log.

Well that is it the last workout of this log. I really Liked the TCF-1. NO sides and I ran it for 24 strait day not the 12 on 12 off. I plan on running it again.
