Nice lift. Keep it up. You have a hell of a stack so really push yourself to get the most out of it. I have no doubt your gonna continue to tear it up!

Ive yet to try TCF-1 or any form of DAA....but im very interested....the enantiomer of an amino acid that increases test level via increases cholesterol conversion...something i have my eye on.

Ya it is a hell of a stack. I just wish I could run it the way I wanted but with no testopro right now I will have to bring out some other goodies I got kicking around here. Maybe try the old Psarm again and see if I can keep my Bp in check.

Great work, some of it may be the fact you added calories back too. Or did you not? IDK either way it's bad ass work.

Didn't really add any calories. I did add some carbs but I cut back on the fat to get me back at about the same amount of calories.

Dont worry buddy, hard work goes a very long way. Stay consistent, you will surpass ur old PR with time.

Why the choice of a lean bulk? With your build now, I think it would be more beneficial to put on some mass. Have to play devils advocate here, not digging your workout routine. Has some one said that's a good routine to you or something? Specifically the shoulder routine. Don't mean to offend, I am just seeing you getting better results going a different way.

The lean bulk is because I still got a lot of fat to get rid of. And when it comes to the workouts. That was just to get me back going after a month of cardio only. I'm going to be changing thing up in this week and next.

If this is the one you are talking about. I was dead. i had a ****ty day at work just wanted to hit shoulder lite and fast and call it good. On a normal day that workout wouldn't pass for me.

I only believe in bulk and cuts. I am not into the in between(lean bulk) stuff. You will get much better results that way. I personally think you need to put on muscle. As you build the muscle, I wouldn't be surprised as the fat starts to melt off. To me, that's a 2 for one deal that will help you reach your goals a lot faster.

Ya thats the one. I was just wondering. Those are just what I call accessory exercises to the compound movement for shoulders. :)

The week you where talking about was the one year mark of my brothers death. My head is more focused now. When I get the fat down a little more. I will be doing a big bulk stack. This month is just a warm up to it. Feel free to follow me with every one else.

You'll be back mate, two steps fwd one back, you'll be back and even stronger!! Heart and mind mate, heart and mind, you will conquer...

People often ask why I choose taekwondo out of all the martial arts, simple it has five tenants at the core and i truly believe that if you apply them to anything in life you can't help but taste success. They are Courtesy, Integrity, Perserverance, Self-Control & Indominable Spirit, weirdly they are the values my dad instilled in me, so it was an easy choice but also they have served me well to date.

I think what he is calling a lean bulk is what you would consider a bulk by the way you describe it. I have always considered a lean bulk trying to put on only lean mass with lots of clean calories, while a regular bulk you add fat as well as muscle mass without real regard for the excess weight you gain.

I tend to believe in a perpetual recomp more than a bulk/cut. Most people don't have it in them to be disciplined for a few months and then relax on eating... I mean, sure if you are on some roids, go into full on bulk mode, but it gets really irritating trying to lose a bunch of fat after the third or fourth cut down to single digit bodyfat. I'd much rather gain the weight slower, look better all year long, and never have to buckle down on my diet from one extreme to the other. It's too much back and forth for me, and I think for most people. If you are Lee Priest... sure, why not. But for the avg. joe, it's much healthier to stick to a moderate-low bf% all the time, and gain by making good choices with a healthy work ethic.
