Notes:
- these last few workouts have been amazing in terms of pump, strength and stamina
- i've been sore as hell after every workout!!!!
- sleep continues to be absolutely amazing while on HGHpro....Always feel refreshed and very well rested even after a low amount of sleep

nice!!! I can only hit that for about 5 reps. Need to get that number up. But I usually do it first... not middle end like you did... man I have a lot of work to do!!

- absolutely amazing aggression in the gym yesterday
- shoulders were swolen to all bloody hell after this workout
- today is my last workout on this stack so my review will be up sometime tomorrow

One would thing the 275 X 6 would have had you more worn out lol...

I used to be like this at squats I'd do 425 for 5 reps then on my rep out set I could not find my limit. It's like if I have this much left why can I not lift more on my heavy set...
 
Ya, i can't really understand it either Dream. I thought that my delts wouldn't be able to handle the high reps after that but they were able to just rip through the reps.

there are two kinds of muscle fibers, power and endurance, and it may be genetic

(different type muscle fibers. type 1 and type 2 a and 2b) I think this is right I am going my memory it has been a couple months since I studied that stuff

Punthra is a beast and has a good 50lbs on me...it'll take some time if i can have enough strength to be compared to that animal especially since only see him getting stronger and stonger.

But it does make for great motivation seeing my fellow teammates making great gains!

Here's yesterdays Leg workout....

Front Squats 135x10 / 205x10 / 255x10 / 305x7

Deadlifts 155x10 / 245x10 / 335x10 / 425x7 (Gassed right out!!!)

HS Hack Squats 180x10 / 270x10 / 360x10 / 450x10

One Leg Presses 90x10 / 180x10 / 270x8

Seated Leg Curls 165x10 / 195x10 / 225x8

Notes:
- really tried to annihilate myself yesterday as it was my last workout on the stack
- it was nice to have a killer workout and then relax for a few hours floating down the river
- as i said before i will try to get my final review up before the end of the weekend
- forgot how much i enjoy summer time...Joints don't hurt that much when they can stay warm

Young joints maybe :ponder: Heavy dose of cissus and a deload and I'll be ok though. Another thing is the humdity in the east is hard on joints too.

Final Review:

Strength: Well, this has been the strongest i've ever been easily. I was throwing up poundages i've been gunning for years. PR's were set such as 405 for flat bench, 275-285 shoulder presses, and heavy ass front squats. I felt i kept getting stronger due to being able to recover so well and i'm positive my test levels were through the damn roof.

Stamina: I felt like i could power through brutal dropsets and FST like it was no big deal. The elevated T and Maniac allowed me to keep focused and made me want to go continually heavier.

Pumps: In the gym they were absolutely amazing! Felt full and vascular outside of the gym as well, which impressed me alot as well. Glycobol and Maniac! worked awesome for this.

Sleep: I took HGHpro for two months and i can honestly tell you that i slept like a damn baby! I open the gym up at 5am so i'm up at 4am and don't go to bed until 10 or 10:30 and i still wake up feeling completely rested and ready to take on the world.

Weight Gain / Weight Loss: I ended up going down about 8lbs on this run and i can't honestly complain. It ended up being a bit of a recomp as my abs started to show more and the bumps and lumps in my back became more pronounced. This all happened while gaining amazing strength!!!

Sense Of Well Being: I felt amazing on this stack! The swole muscles and high T made me feel great for the last two months. I felt like i could destroy any weights i tried and i also felt like i could accomplish anything i tried.

Overall: I found this stack to be absolutely amazing for strength, pumps, stamina, and recovery. I know some people will look at this as a sponsored athlete just bragging for his company...but this stack damn well worked for me and my numbers show it!! I thank AI once again for producing supplements that actually deliver!!

The most impressive thing for me is size gain on this run. I know I was supposed to recomp but my appetite was just nuts in the evening. I do feel I am getting some recomp just lately. Strength increases are there as well but I'm getting so damn huge. Getting a lot of look at that freak looks lately. I am upping the dose of testopro to 6 ed for the last 4 weeks.

Oh and how can I forget, libido is wayyy.. out of control...
 
Yeah, the libido was definitely out of control!!! Thank god my wife is starting to feel better....LOL!

I got a weeks worth of workouts to post up here....With some crazy ass numbers!!! I've had a crew of guys i'm training with so there has been alot of friendly competition.
