great numbers and love the dog. We had one for 3 years, and when we moved had to give her away. Best dog we ever had and the boys just shed crocodile tears when the new owners took her away...
P.S. I'm a little fustrated with having to back off this week but i'm in this for the long haul so i'm trying to listen to my body.

- absolutely amazed at how fast i healed after these crazy ass workouts. Legs were barely sore the next day.
- been amazed at the strength gains on this stack, I've broken many PR's and i've been recovering incredibly quick
It's funny you guys mention the hammer curls first....I'm way more impressed with the leg presses as it was a fight the whole way to get those done.

Thans gentlemen! You guys in here actually keep me motivated and driven to push myself as hard as i can. This forum has been a blessing for me as it's nice to talk to other driven gym rats.

yah not too many with the kind of dedication we have. I miss working with people around or above my level..
I dont know ever since i started lifting in my garage alone....i only lift with someone at my level...lol :stooges:
Well can't argue with that... as long as the conversation is held to a minimal...onder:
PSHhhh. Those numbers aren't THAT good. You can do better I'm sure
JK, but not really :bigok:
The guys who get caught in in how much they can lift moving a weight from point a to point b are power lifters. As a bodybuilder the bodybuilders job is to stimulate as much muscle as possible.

Notes:
- felt so good to get back in the gym!
- actually have my very first training partner back in the gym with me now. So now that i have a constant training partner we should see some crazy numbers come on again. He's about twenty pounds heavier than me and definitely give me a run for my money.
- sleep continues to be absolutely amazing on HGHpro even while i was sick...Which says a hell of a lot!
- temper has been red hot as of lately
- this so stack so far has absolutely blown my mind in terms of recovery, strength, and change in physique....Really need to post some pics soon.
