- Still want to catch Thundergod on the extensions but i need to be better rested to do it

Strong workouts as always Jason

Take the time off , a few days is better than taking a few months off.

Punskalicious..in late, but I read through..damn workouts keep getting better and better big diggity! Just awesome !

great numbers and love the dog. We had one for 3 years, and when we moved had to give her away. Best dog we ever had and the boys just shed crocodile tears when the new owners took her away...

This reminds me of the AFN radio commercial where a family is PCSing, and they are talking about what to do with the dog. Man is saying someone will take care of it, wife is on the fence. They eventually leave him there, and then it turns out its a baby. Then the radio guys says

"You wouldn't leave your child behind when you PCS would you?"

I find the commercial hilarious, but apparently its a bigger issue than it seems since the commercial exists. Good to see you found an owner though :P

Now that is impressive!!!!!!!!

It's funny you guys mention the hammer curls first....I'm way more impressed with the leg presses as it was a fight the whole way to get those done.

Thanks AZ! Training has been amazing lately!

I just have no concept on what or how one could do that or what would be involved, beyond the realm of my imagination...

Guess we are already amazed at some of your numbers on legs before. All your lifts are eye openers.

Thans gentlemen! You guys in here actually keep me motivated and driven to push myself as hard as i can. This forum has been a blessing for me as it's nice to talk to other driven gym rats.

It is easy to support when we have driven people such as yourself busting ass.

Agreed a support group of people that are on around your level or a higher level than you make you strive for excellence.

Keep up the good work. do you do light rotator cuff work?

The guys who get caught in in how much they can lift moving a weight from point a to point b are power lifters. As a bodybuilder the bodybuilders job is to stimulate as much muscle as possible.

Yah at the end of the day it's how good we look, but I do like to move some weight ....:bigok:

Sorry i haven't been on here lately but i've been dealing with a stomach bug. Just started feeling better today....As far as i'm concerned this week is a wash.

Dude that sucks. You'd think viruses and bacteria would stay away from you, seeing how much weight youre moving around in the gym.

Back in the gym today....Feeling better and raring to go.

Chest

Incline Barbell Presses 135x6 / 185x6 / 235x6 / 285x6 / 135x20 (Could have gone heavier, but i think i'll ease back into the crazy weight)

Flat Dumbbell Presses 100x8 / 110x8 / 90x15

Pec Deck 21's 225x21 / 245x21 / 205x21 (SWOLEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

- actually have my very first training partner back in the gym with me now. So now that i have a constant training partner we should see some crazy numbers come on again. He's about twenty pounds heavier than me and definitely give me a run for my money.
- sleep continues to be absolutely amazing on HGHpro even while i was sick...Which says a hell of a lot!
- temper has been red hot as of lately
- this so stack so far has absolutely blown my mind in terms of recovery, strength, and change in physique....Really need to post some pics soon.
