Notes:
- these last few workouts have been amazing in terms of pump, strength and stamina
- i've been sore as hell after every workout!!!!
- sleep continues to be absolutely amazing while on HGHpro....Always feel refreshed and very well rested even after a low amount of sleep
- going to be getting my one training partner Craig on here soon hopefully
