Going to be a Freaky Summer starting with Swole/HGHPro

I just watched sly do clean and presses in the newest Rocky. That is a motivational movie right thur. I wonder if he was really cleaning 3 plates on each side o.O

I believe that all those weights used were real. I think Sly has too much personal pride to use plastic fake movie prop weights.

It was a very inspirational training segment to that movie!!

 
Ok time to catch up on the weekend events...

Close grip bench (declined) up 10 lbs 10 on the first set 9 on the second 7 on the third 45 seconds rest...

Curls 3X10 45 sec rest up 5 lbs

Weighed ab work then 45 minutes cardio

Yesterday 10 X 3 45 sec rest tried to go up another 10 lbs on bench did one rep did not like the way my shoulder felt so I went back to last weeks weight and finished about the same as I did last week. So looks like I hit a roadblock...

Not so on bent over rows the increase of 10 lbs was held accross the board.

45 minutes cardio.

The increases are slowing down, still have not received my cissus yet, I ordered Xpress and it left Miami at 7pm wednesday night and there is no updates since. I hate USPS and I have been ordering less from Nutraplanet cuz of USPS services and prices.

I notice a lot of misplaced aggression lately, for example I was walking down the sidewalk in Montreal near the loches when I hear some woman saying something in French, now I know she is probably telling me to move but I turn around and she runs into me all be it at a very low speed. She just as easily could have gone around me like he other cyclists did and It was not the bike path. I tell her to get off the sidewalk and when i turn around her boyfriend is coming toward us. I stared at him and he was smart enough to know that it wise not wise to start trouble with me as I'm all alpha. Now I know if he would have started something I would have crushed him. This is just a bad mental additude for me to be walking around with. I'm going to get myself in a lot of trouble if I don't check some of my alpha male behavior... I am becoming too confrontational lately. Have to nip that in the bud.

Haha, now you see what I go through on an almost-daily basis...

I have nowhere's near that kind of good technique, which would add a lot to my lifts, plus that's a clean and jerk I believe. Yah he did it for sure. Why wouldn't he, he was on enough stuff...

man DW I would have loved to see that guys face!!! A similar thing happened to me yesterday except it was a guy in a truck rushing my car because he wanted to go faster then me I guess. I hit the breaks and he started telling me I was number 1 with his middle finger!!! I pulled over and he saw my size and looked the other way while slowly driving away. I was more upset with myself though. I haven't done that in a while.

Well I was ravenous when I got home from work yesterday which caused me to overeat...

I was feeling like crap going to the gym, could hardly breath... that didn't last long, I added another 20 lbs to leg press (Yah that's 90 lbs up from start) and cranked out 5 X 5

Calf lever was also up 20 for a total of 90 and no problems...

Then I added 10 lbs to clean and press, I was very afraid of this one but I wanted to see what I could do, I only got 3 reps but I swear if it weren't for my bad elbow I would have cranked all 5, I lowered the weight to last weeks mark and did two sets of 5 and my elbow was really bad so I backed off. This exercise has less control than some and it's too hard on the joints. Left elbow and wrist are very tender. I have a big arm night with close grip tonight and did not want to completely blow up my elbow when I'm facing 10 reps of close grip. It's a more controlled movement and won't be as risky.

Oh and fug USPS for their ultra slow dilivery!! Express my asss!! Must have meant pony Express!!

On a more positive not I have gained some major sizage on this run. I'm up 7 lbs (may be only 5 or 6 as the pig out may have given me a inflated number) The general consensus is that I look a little leaner. I am just loving the way my arms are looking, defined and huge, not ripped but nicely shaped. Triceps are bulging. There has also been some chest development now that I am pushing more weight. Fuggin injuries are threatening to ruin my party and it pisses me off!!
 
Glad to hear the workouts are going well. I totally know what you mean about elbow problems and how they can totally screw with a workout.
 
Ah, yes, the old elbow problems (elbows cracking as I type).

I second this thought... mine have been screaming at me for the last four months. Luckily doing full body has kept the abuse to a minimum and I can pick and choose exercises to avoid the painful movements. Stay strong DW and once you get that SCRx you know things will start to improve. Did you ever think of picking up that liniment that Kleen was using a while back to help with the elbow/wrist inflammation? I still need to get on that but since NO Infuse has actually helped a lot I have not had to pursue it lately.
 
Ya, I need to order some cissus as well....Left elbow has been flaring up like no other.

I got home and my Cissus was there, immediately too 4 caps went upstairs rubbed some of my Trameel cream on from the chiro, and the combination brought almost instant relief.

So with less pain I was able to got up 10 lbs on close grip for 10X3 45 seconds rest and up 5 on obar curls the same rep scheme..

Leg press up 90 lbs
Calf Lever up 90 lbs
Clean and press up 20 lbs

I seem to be leaning out a bit recently and .. I am getting big...

I have to say DW you are really pushing me to want to do a run of the Swole Stack for 8 weeks sometime this year. It seems to work wonders for everyone, now where do I fit it in?

It's very solid and very consistant. I am really pushing to get these numbers though. That's what's paying off size wise...
 
My only problem with testopro is I only have one bottle... I think two is the sweet spot for me

I am doing some math in my head, it may not be feesible to run it this year, maybe start it in mid January next year for a solid 8 weeks since I am planing on a 6-8 week Methyl 1-D run here in mid August, PCT, 1 month off, then 8 weeks on Pink Magic/Prime. So many good things out there it makes it hard to run everything you want to without trying to stack too much at one.

I am sure you are working your a** off to get the gains you are DW, there is no magic pill!

Day off yesterday... I am wolfing down 9 Cissus a day for the first week so the joints are feeling a bit better. I continue to get bigger and my libido is just fuggin nasty!!

DW I picked up some Blue Emu from the pharmacy yesterday and put it on my shoulders that were barking at me; relief in 15 minutes and I have to say no pain today at all.

I know you can order from Amazon but I wanted to try the 4 oz one before I spent $30 on a big 12 oz jar. So far I am thrilled by it :). We shall see what it does for my elbows over the next few weeks and I will report back.

Myoflex always has worked well for myself the ingredient myoflex has been proven.

I bet your strength levels are up now that carbs, and calories are up?

do you sleep better on higher calories than lower calories(precontest calories)?

I am sleeping very well right now that is certain, but I am taking HGHPro.

Yah strength has increased for sure, as well as size but I was hoping for a bit more but the joints slow me down.

Oh, by the way, Doug, I have a question: You're always eating parboiled rice. Whats the difference between that and regular, long-grain rice? Is it more nutritious? Is there a taste difference?
