This is a bit of a leap. It's possible, but I think your trying to say that a young persons test is like theat of a juicer. The average teen male's test is between 100 and 150. Still less than what a juicer injects...... It's still possible to do this, but I just whanted to clear up that test comment.
 
it isnt possible for me because i do not wish to be benching 450 and i already am on the close watch for injury because i have a small frame and are working with more weight than guys that are a good size bigger than me. i have hurt my shoulder before benching more weight then i should of been trying to bench due to my smaller frame i thought that being able to get it up and down was good enough back then i didnt realize that i should of spent more time building the mass and the muscle to support my body while benching higher weights, i weigh 190 195 ( just weighed yesterday ) as far as benching i warm up with 170 and then do 7 reps at 6 sets with 210 and then add additional weight and strength boost i do maybe 3 or 4 reps of 240 to 250 on a good day this goes to say that these are comfertable weights for me to use i maxed out at 270 like 3 weeks ago but i could tell i wasnt ready for it by the soreness in my wrist and left shoulder. so ive neglected to try my max for a while. i might give it another shot in about a week and see if ive gotten any stronger. my diet is not completely dialed in the way that i would like it to be but im not a chubby person right now so im not too concerned with my eating habbits. this winter ill probably get a little belly going on but thats nothing to worry about cutting up is easy for me honestly its the gains that are tough
 
Proper diet will aid the gains more than anything else tbh. Its when you have your diet down and the gains stop that you start throwing other stuff in the mix.

Also it looks liek you aren't getting a good warmup, may be part of your wrist/shoulder pain. Well wrist is probably a weak grip, but shoulder could be because of a warmup. Maybe add in 2 more sets with lower weight for the warmup

Went to the gym earlier today to superset the legs. So when I arrive an ambulance is there carting out a guy on the stretcher because he went to do single high cable bicep curls and thought he had the proper weight set but instead it was at 5 lbs, so he goes for his first rep full strength and cracks open his skull. lmao

On the way out of the gym, I'm shaking up my watermelon Xtend and walking in is some new guy I have never seen before, 6'2" tall and MAYBE 120 lbs soaking wet carrying a giant tub of nanovapor. I just started laughing my a$$ off thinking about this thread. The guy must have thought I was psycho.

are your sure only 120 lbs? did you mean 1,200lbs? yeah i think 1200 is more likely since he was carrying that nano vapor unless it wasnt legit MT approved.

Well he was carrying it in his right arm and it was at least twice the size of his left arm. The power of the nano must have been surging through the container directly into his arm.
 
bud came over today to work out, had a spotter so i tried my max on the bench and ive got 10 ppounds of strength added since the last time i maxed out at 270, today i got 280 ( bar not added ) is this good gains? 10 pounds to my bench in 3 or so weeks, or am i moving slower than i should be considering i am taking supplements ?

I used to have weaknesses until I started purchasing Muscletech supps. Then I began smashing cars for a living with my bare hands. I work out by bending steel, and pulling locomotives.

Boxmeman used to warm up in a similar way..

Jogging 26 miles and swimming 10 more before he hit the weight room. He was truly an inspiration.

Got alot of hell about GNC shopping on this thread, yet i was preffered USP labs PRIME. and yesterday i went and bought 150 capsule size bottle of PRIME from GNC for 39.99. considering prices ive seen on the internet id like to share this deal with you guys even the GNC haters should look into it, later

Deals a deal man, we don't care where from :)

I've never bought anything at a GNC, because the few times I've been in there I ask specific questions and get a crappy one size fits all answer, like the people went to the GNC training course but don't actually know anything about supplements. I think thats the cause of a lot of hate. That and they carry ****ty brands a lot of the time :D
 
I remember when Muscletech had ANOTESTEN, and NORTESTEN, ACETOBOLAN III, and CREATINE 6000. EAS actually Made EAS. EAS made SYNTHEVOL. I loved that stuff, and was so pumped on it. It tasted good too. Muscle tech then actually printed and put the actual amounts of each ingredient in the bottle, and we knew what the ingredients were. Not anymore. Those days are gone.

With Nano Vapor, it didn't even feel like the ingredients were well distributed throughout the jug. LIke some scoops would have to much melatonin etc...

i tried vapor when it was my only choice last deployment.

The taste made me not finish my first serving, and give away the rest of the bottle.

I wish there was a product that had the same ingredient profile, but with effective doses of everything.

But then you'd be ingesting a pound of powder a day, or like 250 caps.

im a hardgainer and as most suckers out there i turned to muscletech. I've used Leukic and Mass-tech and the only results i've gotten from using mass-tech is the runs. i've been trying for years to gain mass. Im looking for a good weight-gainer and a "good pump" supplements. I was thinking about Universal/Animalpak. Any suggestions?

IMO animal pump. animal stack, and some torrent will do you good (if you wanna go universal)

These were the days when i was stupid, and hadn't started buying off the internet or bulk ingredients or any of that. Muscle Tech is downright bad for you. A bigger guy cant really up the dosage because they always have stuff that can be overdosed on, like all the yohimbine products they have. Mix Cryotest with Nano Vapor and Halo, you will have a heart attack. I cant even talk about their new stuff, because I dont even visit their website anymore.
 
Muscle Tech is actually much more potent than steriods. They Will out preform anything you have ever taken. If you don't believe me read there ads!!!

yup their vitakic will pack on more muscle than dbol. but vitakic easily aromatases aesily though so you can expect 50lbs of water but you will get atleast 100 lbs of muscle if you want to cancel the bloating just add the shirt hardcore and cell tech HARDCORE PRO SERIES and your good to go but your pct should consist of many different animal sperms, like horse sperm, bull sperm, elephant sperm, and last but not least tiger sperm. you MUST use all these sperms as your pct otherwise you will loose all your gains of vitakic.
 
you guys ive heard millions of guys are getting their genitals removed and replacing them with a tub of cell tech. i cant for the operation. gonna have a bottle of cell tech between my legs 24/7, and the ladies are gonna taste nothing but fruit punch when i bust on their faces and they are gonna feel the anabolic activity on their face muscles are gonna grow huge
