DAY 5 - OFF DAY

This day off is killing me. I want to go to the gym so bad. boooo overtraining.

UPDATES -
-Seriously lethargic earlier today. it took me nearly six hours to get off the couch and pick up my insulin.
-Insulin injections start tomorrow. hooray!
-Thats all for now. i must go pee
 
DAY 7 - BIs / TRIs

-I have started the slin at 8iu first thing in the am and a 2nd 8iu post WO
-i am a lethargic piece of ****. i cant get hard, i havent even bothered to put on pants today. and i seem somewhat irritable. yesterday i kinda flipped out cause the phone kept cutting in and out. long story short i owe my 12 year old brother an apology haha.
-i definitely have a "fuller" look to me but im also bloating... the slin will most likely not help that. but such is life.

Re the Test you wont regret it

Just thimk no PCT solidify those gains on the SD and hitting another orasl at the end and dont forget your first run woith test will be the best.

yeah i really want to add a test to this. im pretty sure i will and let it bridge me into another cycle. this SD just doesnt feel right without having a test base. i dont really like how it makes me feel. it feels alot like when i was on tren ace a few years back and my test ratio was not high enough.
 
wait WTF u shot slin 2x a day? i thought when some1 uses slin and AAS only post workout?????? BTW i might dance with lady SLIN and M1T on winter bulk.

yeah you can do it up three times a day really. post workout is the most conservative time. im not really a conservative guy so im doing that and morning shots. why not? i eat the required food anyway in the morning.

your first time on slin will be unlike anything you've ever done before. its doesnt give you any sort of on feeling, actually i find the feeling to be rather ****ty, cause i worry about my blood sugar constantly... but people BLOW UP there first time. ive had friends who on a slin n test cycle gain like 40 lbs in 12 weeks.

i work at a supp store so i got resources :) i was thinkin of carb drink with around 35g of BCAA :) with the slin in winter

now i understand why you always have so many supps. lucky bastard. i load my post insulin drink with creatine, glutamine and bcaa's. and i mean LOAD it.

i worked at a GNC when i was like 19 for all of three weeks haha.

PROP: 100mg. on Saturdays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
CYP: 200mg. on Saturdays.

That's 500mg. of Test each week and when you consider the short ester of Prop, it really equates to more like 600mg. of Test in total.

The short ester will kick in quick and allow you to catch up to your SD cycle

This isn't hurting anytone jsut making me happy and those around me are all reaping the benefits. Anyway consider it HRT in the words of my doctor "your well being is my only concern" and he subsequently wrote be a script for Test

yeah i follow the same train of thought. its my saving grace as well. i wont go drink or party cause ive worked to hard to get back into shape. coke shrunk me from 237 down to 176 and ill be damned if im gonna let it to that to me again.

thanks for the kind words and advice bro... i really think i will start up on test,. i always believed that test was the base of ANY and ALL cycles and i dont think these compounds are any different.

anywyas ill keep the log updated as i go and what i decide. but for now... time to eat.

i follow your logic here, but ive run alot of test cycles in the past and used sust on multiple occasions and never had acne problems with it. i always pinned 2cc every third day.
 
DAY 8 -

UPDATES -
-back pumps have subsided for the most part, post workout is the only time they really effect me now.
-appetite is fairly normal
-im getting headaches like a mofo.. so im going to assume this is BP though ive never had a problem here before. but ill up the BP supps to be safe.
-overall things are going well. i feel good and happy with the early goings.

-im at 30mg/ day of MDrol
-8iu twice a day of slin (am and post WO)

WORKOUT -
-i worked out shoulders again, i dont really know why but i did. well really i went during peak hours and i hate everyone in the gym and it seems the military racks are always open so i did shoulders.i had a great workout, threw 255x5 on military, 5 days ago i did 235x6.

UPDATES -
-im kinda red in the face
-headaches
-my ears feel totally plugged, i dunno what that is all about.
- the guy i look up to in the gym noticed i was "looking huge" so thats good lol
 
yeah your military is so amazing, my shoulders are my weakest body part by far, my overhead press is retarded, I have problems doing anything over 200.
 
DAY 9 -

So i took my slin shot this morning, then had my shake... then fell back asleep. NOT GOOD, actually quite bad. i woke up luckily bout 90 minutes later and felt like a bag of ****, real light headed and blurred vission. so i slammed some malto ASAP and i was good to go. i think i need to make sure i dont let that happen again. oh well, problem averted and im still awesome.

UPDATES -

-i still get this congested feeling in my head, i feel like it might be from the slin but im not sure. i gotta go check my bp anyways.
-i feel pretty good and do not want to take a day off. i hate off days.

no offence but when i run insulin, i will harrass the **** out of u with questions! even thought i supervised someone who ran it and knwo the protocols i am a big beliver in learning from the past mistakes and IMO ill take urs over mine. NICE NICE LOG!!!!

i pounded my carb shake immediately after pinning the slin, but you need to put more fast acting carbs in your system 45-60 minutes after. at that point i was fast asleep haha.

first time with slin should def be during a bulk when you arent afraid to add a couple extra pounds.
 
yah the guy i was supervising he took i belive 5-7 iu something like that with around 130g of carbs FAST ACTTING. then went home and ate a big as bowl of WHOLE GRAIN pasta 80-100g carbs

thats a **** ton of carbs.

my procedure:

-8iu slin
-80 g dextrose / malto, 50g isolate, 20g creatine

45-60 minutes later:
-20g dextrose, 5g creatine
-2/3 cup white rice
-2 cans tuna

60-90 minutes later
-8oz chicken breast
-1 cup brown rice

so basically i go for 10g fast acting carbs per iu immediately, then 5g carb per iu an hour later, then 5g/ iu of complex carb an hour after that.

and feel free to ask away when you do decide to take it. slin is one of those things its real nice to ask questions about.
 
Looks like a good cycle. I was thinking of running the Epi/SD cycle too. Either that or Tren/SD..

the sd/epi bridge has shown lots of good results on this board. right now im contemplating adding x-tren to my cycle when i come off the SD. We'll see how it goes. but its an idea circulating in my head right now.
 
yah i told the kid its better to have too much carbs on slin then too little

Alright i debated and i decided im gonna share my absolute retard moment of the day:

Earlier today i realized i needed to go grocery shopping so off i head to Whole Foods... I grab a cart and i head to the butcher man at the back, i end up with 25lbs of chicken breasts, 15 lbs of ground beef and 10 tbones... i go to the front, i pay the cashier sl*t who i act incredibly arrogant towards and then head out the door... Now Im thinking where the hell did i park (i live in manhattan so there is no parking lot), i think i remember what street i parked on but i cant find my whip... so there i am with 45 pounds of meat looking lost like a re-tard... when it hits me... i rode my chopper... how in the hell am i gonna get this meat home?.. so i had to go back into the store to the girl i was an ass to and explain to her im such a damn meathead that i forgot to drive my car here. haha yes.

as far as the cycle goes i feel great. i really am feeling no sides at the moment except having a hell of a time sleeping at night but thats no biggie

trust me i sat there with my bike trying to figure out a way with my giant paper bags. it was impossible. the mental picture of this is pretty funny tho

HAHAHAHA awesome mental picture!! i can remember riding my bicycle as a kid and trying to ride it with bags of whatever on the handlebars....i can only imagine what that would have been like if u actually attempted it on ur chopper :lol:

haha im a sh!tty rider as it is so it would have been bad... especially through manhattan, people dont tend to be very forgiving.

it was such a hastle though. it takes like 20 minutes to get my car out of the underground parking at my spot then i gotta find parking when i get back... so ridiculous.

u dont have to tell me about it....i was on a flat, open area, farm riding a 50cc dirtbike and somehow managed to run into a barbwire fence....guess it didnt help that my knees were higher than the handlebars....oooo the memories...

Guys i swear by smoking weed every night, I never have trouble sleeping in the first place, but that always makes me nice and sleepy. I'm not saying it's for everybody but for most people i know, you just can't stay up into the morning when you're baked, it's impossible.

If you get anxiety or anger or frustration in life and the cycle compounds it, this methods relaxes your body and helps your mind forget the problems (literally forget them lol) and appreciate the little things that you've got. Or that's how it works for me anyway.

BTW I post here baked all the time :)

yeah this may work... but i definitely cannot subscribe to this method.

i honestly feel great. i have no packpumps, the headaches have subsided for the most part. The only thing is that im having some troubles sleeping. i cant wait to get to the gym later today.
