Kirkland performance multi for me really cheap and works for me (not really a fan of fancy named multi too)

I actually felt worse on Adam multi while MVP gave me better mood, energy. MVP is more rounded and for athletes. Once I run out I'll probably switch back to prenatal vitamins. Nothing beats free.

When I first started lifting, I took Pre-natals and Calf Starter. Got big quick Lol.

Even though that Calf Starter made me feel like crap.

I picked up a bottle of that OxiOmega (Great Price!) I took two pills and got fish burps like nothing else. They wherent even orange flavored. I wanted to die. I took two of em before my pre-workout meal on Sunday, haven't taken them since. Would a rep help me out please? Thanks.

Damn that sucks, I thought they touted "burp free"

Exactly, so maybe a real serving isn't 2 caps? Idk but thank god I didn't buy four of them.

The most advanced, most complete, and all-time best, in my opinion, is Life Extension Foundation's Life Extension Mix. If one cannot afford it, however, a great alternative is Millennium Sport Technologies' ZMK/MVP-365 stack.

LEF is expensive when i finish Anavite i will try ZMK/MVP-365 stack

6 caps a day of Anavite is sweeet!

Citruline malate used to give me a bit of a rush when I started taking it. I wonder if that feeling people get from MVP/ZMK is just from the krebs cycle intermediates.

What I'm saying is that if the buzz isn't actually coming from the minerals and vitamins, it puts things in perspective. I like to think that the kick of my multi comes from the actual stuff I take a multi for.

none. you dont need a muli. Harvard studies show that people who supp with a multi die younger.

This is unequivocally wrong. With a perfect diet you still cannot get the proper amounts of trace minerals/elements/vitamins that you can with a supplemented multi-v. Unless you can find multiple studies that show this with a large sample size I believe you are misinformed. There is not one doctor or nutritionist that I have ever ran into that recommends not taking one. That is like saying fish oil is bad for you...

this post fails without studies. Post em up nay-sayyer lol

did you take them in the middle of a meal? most people do not get burps from it
I would be all over using this if a months supply was not 1.5 times what I pay for NOW Adam (and I get 60 days of that). Not a bad deal if you can catch it on sale though. Like Oximega, great if you get it on sale otherwise it is a bit steep for a months supply. I do want to try the greens product you guys make, sell it separate!!!!

of courseis it more money, its 3 products in one. try buying a great multi and joint support and it will be the same if not more expensive. orange triad is much more than a multi :)

Controlled, I took it right before my meal, so pretty much the food will like stack ontop of it and prevent the burps. However, It did not work for me. I honestly hate fish with a passion. I never eat it, I don't like it, and I never did. It's the taste I hate the most, second is mustard then pickles. I'm just skeptical of trying it again, because it doesn't last for 5 minutes, it lasts over an hour or so. As much as I love the taste of fish testicles in my mouth, I might have to pass.

I'll give it one more try today during a meal, hopefully this works. Also, my burps wheren't even orange flavored. It tastes the same just like the cheaper ones you get at Wal Mart. Animal Omega is on its way to me so I'll try that one also.

You won't be able to "feel" a difference between vitamins. I've tried them all and never "felt" anything. I now stick to NOW's ADAM in VCap form. It has the best profile out of all the main vitamins and doesn't include any "fluff" like most of the designer companies do.

Chondroitin, MSM, Glucosamine do nothing for me and it seems to be the case with most athletes. If you added an effective joint supplement such as Cissus, I might be swayed.

depends on whether or not they contain just the standard array or have "fluff" as you put it. Most people feel the MVP or animal pak going to work. I take Adam because its cheap and i seem to feel better on them. Ive tried a cheap generic and Adam side by side, because i like to save a buck, i can tell a difference for whatever reason

I used to take those Wal Mart Multi's or Pre-natals. I feel great off Animal Pak until I take two packs a day and my Kidneys hurt.

yeah i guess you feel your multis too lol. yeah that kidney thing sucks.

It's a very odd pain aswell, kinda like a sore lower back. But still, I feel like crap until I take my multi, I love having neon yellow pee too lol...

cissus is great, but we didnt add it because this is a daily supplement. the ingredients you list above are the most science based ingredients for the joints :)

very one is arguing about which one they like. your not gonna feel a difference and people are just saying the ones they take. how about you look at the minerals in them and see which is best. find one that has vitamins for athletes. idn how about you post what minerals you want in the section then rate which multi is better

Opti-Men for me. Adam seems OK too, but it has ZMA which I'm already taking and prefer to do before bedtime.

In the research I did, it just seemed like ADAM had the best form of most stuff.

Most people say they feel a difference with Animal Pak:

John and I are taking by far are taking the best multi on the market. Look at johns video review

In all the research I've done, MST's MVP has double ingredients per serving. If you half MVP's ingredients to try and equal out ADAM's (will be slightly more) it turns out cheaper per month...cheaper anyway you put it...

What other multi's have you used that puts this one at the top? i can't find an ingredient label to compare to anything else either...and how long does it last for a bottle?

I may have to look into this based on your comments. Never too proud to learn I may be wrong.

I may have to amend my comments of MVP being cheaper due to the recent price increase at Nutra, I have found it other places cheaper though.

I picked up a bottle of ADAM recently to compare since they now have a capsulated form (hated the huge tablets) and literally compared label to label and was actually pretty surprised. You can half MVP serving from 4 per day-2 in the am and 2 in the pm - to 1 twice per day and extend a bottle for 2 months. I will try this in August and compare my results. 4 caps per day kicks some serious butt I have to say.

Maybe we will have some stuff on sale for 4th of july.....

Iv done the research. Look at the land mark study . Invalid Link Removed right there alone but if that was not enough If you see the raw materials in the multiple I am taking and John is taking the amount of some of the more expensive vitamins and minerals are a lot higher in dv and IU than other multiples on the market.

MVP is the only MV that I can down, I can't stand super nutrition or Adam tablets, they make me gag everytime.
As for taking MVP I generally do 2 a day to stretch out the bottle and as long as your taking it that's good, I also throw in 4,000-6,000 i.u. of D3 ( chloecalciferol ) Zinc Picolinate and 1-3 grams of Vitamin C

Haven't been sick in a year using this protocol...and I'm pretty certain that MVP is one of the main reasons why, the D3 plays a big role as well, especially in the winter and way more than vit C IMO because the studies coming out have noted individuals that get the flu also had low D-3 levels.

Didn't answer any of my questions

Didn't answer any of my questions

I am not going to use a product that long term showed no benefits. Also look At my YouTube reviews I did on other multiples such as animal pack am/pm etc
