Took my first serving last night after dinner, and my second before training today. To early to notice anything as its not really a supplement you'll notice right away. I will say the additional Alcar this morning from the Free Test gave me a little extra focus.​

*Each time i did these it was a bit different but pretty much you shoulder a 150lb sandbag from the ground, run 100ft with it, drop it onto a tire sled, and then backwards drag the tire sled back 100ft.​

Free Test
  • My weight is down about three pounds this week, I'm going to bump my calories up a little but I think its mostly water weight
  • I have been very lethargic the last few days
  • I have noticed a little bit of acne on my chest, may not be directly attributed to the free test but I figure its worth mentioning
  • Joints have been feeling pretty good despite the heavier lifting the past couple days
  • Strength is filling good, no huge improvement but I feel like I am operating at full tilt right now.
  • Focus during my past couple workouts has been great. Sometimes I find it hard to get physced up for a lift because I am a pretty laid back person but this hasn't been a problem the last two workouts.

  • Stomach has been a bit aggeitated the last few days, nothing unbearable.
  • Workouts have been pretty intense
  • Muscle recovery has been good, CNS not so much, but thats because of all the band training.
  • Appetite is way up and despite the fact that calories have been around normal, I have been drying up a little bit and lost some water weight.
 
Have you noticed any increase in aggressiveness/alpha mentality? Hows the libido treating you? Nice log btw, I like how you format it.

Thanks. I haven't noticed any increased aggression and libido hasn't changed either. Both of these could be side effects of my training though, with all the CNS intensive work I have been doing lately you end up kind of feeling like a zombie for a good amount of time after you train just because your so drained.

Thanks Sean, I still have a long way to go but I'm getting there. I'll be doing a meet in October, so hopefully if all goes well I should be pretty close to an elite total.

Final Review of Free Test
Free Test was definitely another quality product put out by AppNut. Some of the biggests things I noticed with Free test was an increased appetite, better muscle density, and better recovery. I did however also notice some lethargy when first starting the product and on a few incidences I had an upset stomach after taking the Free Test but that passed very quickly. Enhanced strength gains on the product were negligible but I did get in some great workouts and did not end up feeling run down despite training at a pretty high relative intensity. All in all I liked the product, it worked better than most of the test boosters I have used and I think it would work great when stacked with products like HGHup or Drive by Appnut.​

Thanks for running FREE TEST for us, Paul :) I concur re the increased appetite and muscle density. I also am getting great strength gains, but I am also stacking it with Drive and IGF-2 - so a small advantage there; but FREE TEST definitely stacks well with either HGHup or IGF-2 and Drive.
