Thank you for the vote of confidence. I will compete, but when i do I want truly be a competitor and not the newbie who needs to do more homework.

This is the time in my life where i need to place my ego aside, do my homework, pay my dues, and when I am truly ready Go toe to toe with the best in the world as their equal and not their step stool.

Its not competing if i dont give them a run for their money.
 
Ok guys exciting news!!!

Next week I will start prepping for my cut. Start my diet slowly, acclimate my body to the new routine. And once my diet and routine are str8 I will start...yes....I will start MY SWOLE STACK!!! WOOOOOOHHH. BABY I"M GONNA GET SWOLE DURING MY CUT!!

Why half reps? To start acclimating my body to this weight. I wasnt trying to blow out a shoulder but i do want to slowly introduce this weight and not just try it without every having felt it. So I will slowly start pushing half reps and quarter reps so when its time for me to hit this weight, the chance of injury is minimal.

Standing Dumbell Press:
35x10
45x10
50x8x8x6

Side Lateral:
30x10x10x10

Dips: to failure



This weekend im doing a little cheating. Starting Monday...DIET BABY!!! WOOOOOO.

Finny its good to be back in the cutting club!! I think ill be a member for abotu 8-12 weeks. And a good 1-2 weeks will be without supplementation to establish baseline then in comes the SWOLE!

Well hopefully Kleen ill hit the single digits with this cut. Ive been floating at about the same composition since my last cut with no noticeable gain of fat. If anything i have lost some fat since my last cut.

I agree I look and just say to myself holy crap!!!!

Consider that I am the same weight, though 4" taller, and move half of what GH does most of the time. He is crazy strong and will surely be a force in the power lifting arena in short order.

Note about bench day: I wasnt really trying, i just wanted to workout before bed so i wouldnt miss a day. That was a very long day. My dad was thoroughly shocked the way i was controlling 315. Bringing it to my chest and back up real easy. The rest of the workout he couldnt believe how i was playing with the weight. Noted i have never been so strong....and this was an off day. Cant wait to start getting SWOLE!

I have my EMT final on tuesday(still got the highest average and being class leader is time consuming),my first big orgo test on the same day. This week ive been cranking out orgo lab reports, studying for EMT exams(had one this tuesday), quizzes in lab and homework for orgo lecture etc etc...not mentioning all my other duties for my household. So im sorry but hopefully ill have a free minute. Gotta run, study and get in a quick bicep workout.

Guys keep lifting hard Ill be around!

Oh and i have already started my diet. Im going keto for this cut so im just re-arranging my macro profil without cutting calories just yet. Ill be doing this for at least 2 weeks before i start cutting and cycling calories systematically.

All im taking in is some whey and a little pre-workout boost.

The stack I will start is the following:

BIG GUNS: First time cutting with these products so I will see how effect my second cut
Stoked!- 4 caps a day
TestoPro- 4 caps a day
Glycobol- taken with carbs

Fat shredding matrix(Supporting supps that i know what to expect):
DCP-2 bottles
OEP- 8 weeks
Fish Oil- 6g+ a day
CLA- 6g+ a day
Prime- simple 69 nothing crazy
Sesamin- 3 g
EVOO- varied depending on macro profile


I will probably achieve a baseline of the supporting supplements before adding the BIG GUNS. The focus of the next log will be to analyze the effects of SWOLE stack in a very intense cut. The synergy between the test releasing and anabolic abilities of Testopro, combined with the anti-aromatase/health benefits of Stoked all ampified by the nutrient partitioning/anabolic nature of Glycobol should ensure consistent strength gains despite a caloric deficit.

We shall see.

Good luck on that test man I know its stressful I just got my basic here in ohio a few months ago, I was in the top of my class too so you should have no problem good luck and keep throwin up those big numbers!

He probably meant a staple within his yearly cycling regiments. probably cycling it 2-4x a year depending on the duration of each cycle.

I was tempted to go higher but decided to keep it light. Im trying to take these workouts as a deload/transition peroid where the weight is light and the reps are mod/high to set up for my next routine.

It can be run ED for 60 days if you continue after 60 go to a 5 on and 2 off dosing protocol.:)

You are almost annoyingly modest GH, don't cut yourself short. You are a 1% without a doubt. Not many of us even dream about moving some of the weight you do on squat and your other lifts. I won't even consider loading a bar with more than 315 where as you can rep that 21 times!

Haha well given I have a long way to go and there are guys out there that make me look like a biatch, i have no room for an ego...only room to grow. Don't get me wrong, I understand I am relatively strong and realize that i am starting to rise above the norm, but i need keep my heart humble and my head level in order for me to continue to grow.

Better to be annoyingly humble then unbearable C*cky right?

True and to be honest if you worked out at a regular gym you would have people humping your leg over what you lift on a regular basis. Working out at home probably helps with the humility.

I remember wheni use to work out in the gym i wasnt anything special. I was easily overshadowed by my monster lifting partners. Now that i lift in my gym alone i guess i just kept that tone where I am the runt of the group that needs to catch up. Keeps me hunrgy, keeps me aggressive, keeps me humble(the humility is more with christianity but everything helps).
