I've got a flag that was flown over the Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor on Memorial Day a few years back. I've left it folded and sealed, but pull it out every year on Memorial Day.

How do you get the 40% discount? It doesn't appear to be showing up in the cart or at checkout.

Not working for me, but I'm only taking it as far as entering billing information, but the discount has not been applied going up to there.
