My body wasnt used to THAT many carbs and when I carb it tends to put me to sleep. I think I am going to reintroduce some preworkout and postworkout carbs. I didnt workout today because of the zonking out but I plan on lifting fairly early from now on. This is mainly because of the carbs around the workout.

Ok so recently Cassi told me she got a webcam. I hadnt been able to find her on Skype but today I was finallly able to so that should be a nice treat.

Hammer curls
BB curls
Squats: 405*4-6 better be 5 or more then widowmaker(20) with 315
Lying leg curls
Seated calf raises.

Haha I planned on picking up a bottle of Slin Shot with my next order.

you can't go crazy on carbs and expect slinshot to work miracles, but it definitely helps. after i finish the log i am going to get a bottle just for those times when i feel the 'need to pig'.

Hammer curls: 70*14, 8, 6 RP I guess I should up the weight
BB curls: 125*8, 5, 3 RP
Bicep stretch: 40 secs Has anyone ever had shoulder stiffness while doing this?
Squat: 405*7(tied a PR for this weight that I got while on cycle at a heavier weight) then 315*20 PR Previously the most I had done for a widowmaker was 275.
Squat rack stretch after a LONG break. Really felt sick after the widowmaker. 40 sec stretch.
Lying leg curls: 185*11, 5, 3
SLDL hams stretch bar: 6 sets of 10 seconds
Seated calves: 90*9 5 secs negative 15 sec stretch at bottom then explode up

A necessary evil with DC. They do seem to help with recovery so I dont mind them.

Day 27
Was just a lay around day honestly. Ate a bit too well I guess. Will talk about that in my next post.

i had to mow my mom's grass, then dig a garden for her. if i didn't get out of there when i did she would have had me painting her house, lol.

Day 28
Had a great workout today but it was a double edged sword to be honest.
Weight was 229 preworkout with the Chucks on. Obviously weight isnt going in the right direction. I guess I have to work on my diet and cardio a bit more. Less carbs since I guess I added a few too many too quick. I gain too easily while doing DC but I am perfect for it and LOVE it. But gaining isnt my goal and isnt what I need to be doing. I will give it some more time but will be keeping a watchful eye.

Flathammer strength: 230*14, 5, 2
Chest stretch: 55*60secs
Shoulder press machine: 170*8,4,4 I think I will have to sub this out with another shoulder lift. It is just an awkward motion and I need a lift off. It is one of those machines where getting the weight set takes too much out of u.
Shoulder stretch: 65 secs
Ez bar reverse tricep ext: 80*16, 8, 6
1 arm tricep stretch: 25*60secs
Wide grip neutral seated rows: 220*11,7,6
T-Bar rows: 225*16 not including the bar in the weight
Wide grip pull up hang (power rack): 70 secs
Pull on power rack: 60 secs

Had a great facking workout. Would be nice to have a workout partner so I could add a few lifts I wouldnt mind but oh well I guess. It is too damn hard to find one here.

Got a reminded y I like mixed girls today. Was nice to see something decent while working out.
 
whats up bro how you been? This cardio thing is really taking it out of me lol, i've been focused like hell! You have great numbers on all your lifts man, sometimes i wish i was strong as an ox. But as long as i can build muscle right im ok right? lol

Been good like going heavy. I know cardio sucks thats y I hate it so much :damnit: but I will be going to spin class tomorrow. Hopefully the MILF will be teaching or atleast some hot girls in there :sgrin:

Man I wish I was strong but lifting at the FC makes one feel strong. I am about to max out most of the stuff and everyone there is weak and small. Really need to be going to the gym but it is too dead there so I wouldnt have a spotter.

So somehow I still have a few days left. Im not complaining though :)

Worked out at the GYM today. Was 226 preworkout with my chucks on.

Windmills: 75*11/7/5 I need to up the weight next time Im pretty sure
DB curls: 55*11/5/4 Could probably up the weight next time.
Bicep stretch 60 seconds
Leg press: 810*10 (too easy def up it) 540*30 I honestly didnt feel it at all until rep 20 so upping it next time.
Squat rack stretch: 45 seconds of pure pain and pleasure
Seated leg curls: 120*13/8/5 Im thinking I should up this as well
SLDL stretch: 6 sets of 10 sec holds at the bottom. I plan on starting to use the fat bar from now on.
Standing calf raise: 90*7 These are 20 second reps. Idk if I like this machine for this workout because I stop more out of the discomfort it causes my feet than the weight.

I plan on adding more later but I am headed to the FC to doing some cardio. I will even post some pics of the machines I used. Ya I had a little time on my hands in the gym lol.

Id have to say the recomp effects. I have added carbs back into my life and Im still 225 which isnt too bad when I :food:

Oh on day 28 I ripped my already ripped shirt some more especially on the t-bar rows :lol:

Ok I said I would add these sooner but here is some pics of the machines I used.

Seated leg curl:

I HATED all seated leg curl machines and then I tried this 1. It is facking amazing. Straigh smashes my hamstrings.

Leg press:

It is a pretty decent leg press as far as leg press machines go. Plenty of room for weights. As u can see I go SUPER heavy :lol: I really do like the adjustability though. As u can see u can adjust the seat. Plus u can set it up so it wont crush u. Another nice thing is 2 places to put ur feet. Idk how noticable it is in the pic but the foot plate is bent making a distinct area for focusing on different muscle groups more.

Well I havent really slept yet so hopefully I can get some sleep in and then hit the gym. I really want to go in the earlier part of the afternoon when it will be dead. Plus later I can go to the fitness center and do this pool cardio someone told me about since I facking hate running.

Pool cardio will smoke you and make you feel like a woman man...I did it once with my wife back when I was married, and a bunch of old people were in there....I wasn't in bad shape, but damn I was hurting and those old ladies were just knocking it out...

I really want to start doing cardio in a pool, I as well hate running/bike, but I do enjoy swimming.

When I used to be on the track team in High School we ran sprints in the water every once and awhile, you put a bouy belt on and just sprint...your legs would be dying in the water and you get out and it feels like you are floating lol

Just got back from the gym a little while ago. Really thought I was going to have it to myself. Turns out 7 people came lol. It was 2AM.

Chest stretch: 55*65 secs
Behind the head shoulder press hammer strength: 230*9/3/1
Shoulder stretch: 67 secs
Seated overhead tri extension: 140*18/10/7 I def need to up this next time. Felt great though.

1 arm bench over rows: 150*10 Went great with my right arm but then left sucked. Had to keep regripping the weight. Only used chalk.
High rows: 270*14 Felt real good.
Did low rows next. Had never done this before and it felt good. Might continue to do them as a finisher with a real light weight focusing on the movement.
Dead hang: 45 secs real down from last time but it was mainly due to the bar. The one at the FC is grooved where as at the gym they have smooth ones. Will have to set up a lat pulldown bar to fix this next time.
I pulled on a beam in the gym today. Didnt count the time but I got a good stretch.
 
Since you have a camera are you going to post before and after pics? I would love to see how well this product works for a body recomp, pics are the only thing that can really give us a good idea of how well it works.
