Day 30
So somehow I still have a few days left. Im not complaining though
Worked out at the
GYM today. Was 226 preworkout with my chucks on.
Windmills: 75*11/7/5 I need to up the weight next time Im pretty sure
DB curls: 55*11/5/4 Could probably up the weight next time.
Bicep stretch 60 seconds
Leg press: 810*10 (too easy def up it) 540*30 I honestly didnt feel it at all until rep 20 so upping it next time.
Squat rack stretch: 45 seconds of pure pain and pleasure
Seated leg curls: 120*13/8/5 Im thinking I should up this as well
SLDL stretch: 6 sets of 10 sec holds at the bottom. I plan on starting to use the fat bar from now on.
Standing calf raise: 90*7 These are 20 second reps. Idk if I like this machine for this workout because I stop more out of the discomfort it causes my feet than the weight.
I plan on adding more later but I am headed to the FC to doing some cardio. I will even post some pics of the machines I used. Ya I had a little time on my hands in the gym lol.
