Army Guy goes Destruction Mode clothed in PINK!!

My daughter was the QB lol yah she wasn't big but really strong and had an arm like a cannon... First girl QB in the league.. Had to stop when she was 12 though as the boys started to get too big and safety become too much of a factor. Then she started playing Rugby which didn't seem much less dangerous, cuz those girls play hard and they're full of fight.

Hearing about both your son and daughter DW, seems you have quite the stud athletes in the family that are tough! Female QB, I love it.

1 Arm HS Standing Rows: (a new machine that simulates DB rows, and the 125s were getting too light)

Alternating DB Curls done slow with a 3-1-3
35s x 10 - 50s x 9 - 50s x 7 - 50s x 6 (arms were gorged with blood and vascularity was pumping and pimping!! :smirk:
Standing EZ curls
75x10 - 95x10 - Decided at this point to drop down and do a 5-1-5 movement to really engage the biceps 45x10 - 45x10 was done sooooooo painfully slow, but felt sooooooo good:Eyecrazy:
Standing close grip cable curls:

2 arm Cable Hercules Curls:
Weight is per arm - 50x12 - 60x12 - 70x8 - drops 40x12

Was going to do forearms, but using these Fat Gripz made that unnecessary. The arms were completely spent, especially the forearms. Will take some serious getting used to, but the things definitely work
 
This workout reminds me of some of my original GoHard work outs where I would be in the gym for 2 hours minimum and just go to town on whatever body part im doing that day.

I think i may go back to that one day to mix thing ups b/c i just enjoy lifting for hours on end. There are few things i like doing for hours....lifting, fighting, medicine, reading are the more appropriate ones. The other stuff is more on the lines of....
yeah this one take about 90 minutes... I love the burn I get from it!

Alright my friends, going to take the next 24 hours off because it is my 16th wedding anniversary on Thursday. I have missed more than half because of the Army and all these deployments, to include the last 3. So the wife put the smack down on and said I am all hers. I was SOO mad to get punished for the indiscretion, AG I highly suggest you do it, the results are quite enjoyable, trust me. Went into this one excited because it was my first Leg Day in... well let's just say a long time!!!
the Lift:
Shoulders
Seated DB Press:
40s x 12 - 70s x 10 - 75s x 7 (lost the grip on the 8th) 75s x 6 - Drops 45s x 12 - 35s x 10 (shoulders were on FIRE!!!!:shocked: )
Cable upright rows: Went from the last set of presses right into these without a break... pre-exhaust at its finest!!
60x10 - waited 10 sec and then 120x10 - waited 30 - 150x8 waited 1 min - 170x6 (holy cowbells batman!!! I was cursing TGs name by that last set!!! LOL)
This next one I have no idea what the name is. Saw a guy do it once and studied the form. one raises the DB up like a front raise, but instead of lowering it back down, one rotates it to the side and it come down as a side raise. Switch arms, and then repeat, but starting from the side rotating to the front. It felt awesome but had to be done light. Holding that DB out there like that was killer
15s x 10 - 20s x 8 - 25s x 6 Immediate Drop 15s x 8 (holy crap those hurt so GOOOOOOOOD)
HS behind the neck press:
90x12 - 180x10 - 230x5-3-1 (9 total) want to get 15 next time
Reverse peck deck:
120x10 - 135x8 - 150x6 Immediate Drop 90x10 real slow
Quads
Warm up the legs with Leg extensions
120x15 - 240x10 - 255x10 - 255x10 wanted to go higher, but the machine was racked out and it was JUST a warm up
Squats: wanted to go by 5s this time
135x10 - 185x5 - 225x3 Knee gave out :thinking: really pissed about that too. Stupid rebuilt knee!!! I WILL get back to the mid 300's!!!
Leg press: had to be careful because the knee gave out once already
300x10 - things felt ok so I went up - 500x8 - 600x3 (ok the knee started shaking again... I got the hint - 500x5
Hamstrings
Stiff leg deads
135x10 - 225x5 - 275x3 - 315x3 (Grip gave out already being fatigued from using the FGs on shoulders, but still happy. Didn't have the wraps to continue on
Hamstring Curls:
90x10 - 125x10 - 155x10 - 155x10
Calves
Seated calf raises:
200x20 - 300x15 - 300x15 - 200x15
I know there was nothing fancy about the legs, but was still happy with the lift... it was hard walking out of there too :biglaugh: The knee is coming a long nicely. not fast, but there is def movement in the right direction

yes I wrap my left knee. Its funny because the muscles were begging for more, but had to keep the reps and weight low for now. And the leg extensions are the only thing that don't hurt the knee... :thinking: When I get on my summer stack I will blow those numbers out of the water. there will be no survivors!!!

As far as the shoulders go, I will be happy once I get into the 100lb DB range. You are pretty close to that yourself my friend. It's hard pressing without a spotter though.
 
AG, have you thought of using something like a knee sleeve instead of a wrap? It may help to keep everything where it's supposed to be.

actually my shoulder presses aren't very strong at all. Inarius's shoulder presses are right around there though :006:
 
to be honest I use them both for squats. I have a brace the Dr. gave me, which looks a lot like the braces Orbit posted. and I will wrap a few times a little loosely just in case. On the warm up sets I go solo though. Wish there was a way to build the knee back up faster... the muscles are just aching for the weight!!
 
Looking good and lifting hard! Dont push that knee of urs too hard buddy. Give it some time to get use to ur intensity.

All in all looking might good up in dis thread!

VEry nice first review. I believe the bottle only lets you run around 22 days if you take it 6 days on 1 day off.

I put PM through the ringer this weekend. 24 hours of camping with boy scouts and eating the worst food god ever allowed to be created!! It's over now, thank goodness, and it looks that the PM has come through. I was actually more vascular at the end of Saturday than when I started, and there was NO exercise in there at all. +1 to PM!!!! can't wait to finally get the full force this week.!!

I agree. My son lives with his mom and sucked his teeth at me one time a couple years ago when I told him to do something. That was QUICKLY solved! After I, um, corrected him, I told him that only GIRLS suck their teeth...unless he was trying to tell me something. He immediately "caught my drift" and I haven't had any problems since. Matter of fact, he's in the ROTC program at his school. I'm not raising any girls/wusses/pussies.

Yah the carbs you ate would have been a catalyst for PM... now if you go back to a regular diet you should lose a bunch of fat...
