Back and Bis day, a day that should be celebrated throughout the eons of time!!! Day three of Pink and starting to get a little of the Mojo back. I will say this, I can't wait to begin stacking this PM with other great supps!!! :AR15firing: I hate being patient!!!!!!!!!!

Wide grip Pulldowns:
150x12 - 200x10 - 210x8 - 220x6 - 230x4
Bent over BB Rows:
115x12 - 165x10 - 185x8 - 205x5 (actually a PR for reps!) Drop set 165x5
2 hand Cable Rows:
150x12 - 200x10 - 200x8 - 210x6 - 220x4
DB Pullovers:
80x10 - 90x7 - 90x7 (Stopped here because the tris started engaging)
1 Arm HS Standing Rows: (a new machine that simulates DB rows, and the 125s were getting too light)
Weight is each hand - 70x10 - 95x12 - 120x12 - 145x10
Biceps
Alternating DB Curls done slow with a 3-1-3
35s x 10 - 50s x 9 - 50s x 7 - 50s x 6 (arms were gorged with blood and vascularity was pumping and pimping!! :smirk:
Standing EZ curls
75x10 - 95x10 - Decided at this point to drop down and do a 5-1-5 movement to really engage the biceps 45x10 - 45x10 was done sooooooo painfully slow, but felt sooooooo good:Eyecrazy:
Standing close grip cable curls:
90x10 - 150x8 - 150x7 - 150x7
2 arm Cable Hercules Curls:
Weight is per arm - 50x12 - 60x12 - 70x8 - drops 40x12

Was going to do forearms, but using these Fat Gripz made that unnecessary. The arms were completely spent, especially the forearms. Will take some serious getting used to, but the things definitely work
