another thing I notices was improved trap developement and great seperation of trap and deltoid.

WOOO WOOO! Yeah im noticing a bit more everyday... i even noticed some more today... cant wait till my pills run out from the first bottle (exactly two weeks from today).. then stand by for pictures and body comp

Muscle Milk RTD (34g Protein/23g Carb)

Meal 5 on Tue/Thur/Fri
4oz Ground Beef mixed with Taco mix
1 High Fiber Tortilla
Lettuce
Cheese
Sour Cream


Meal 6/Pre Bed
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/2scoop whey protein
1 pkt Splenda
Splash of Milk
1 tsp of flax oil



I let that pre bed sit in the freezer tonight and it was like eating ice cream :)

I'm not sure if you have tader joes in wisconsin. but if you do, check out the trader joes brand greek yogurt...great source of real protein, with minimal sugar/carbs:

1cup serving of TJ's 2% greek yogurt:
24g p
9g c
3g f

the macros in it are about perfect :thumbsup:

Notes: HOLY FXCK MY LEGS WERE NOT LIKING THE SQUATS! Apparently they are still sore from 15 reps on monday and today was no good... didnt think i was gonna make all 15 reps... Deadlifts sucked again!

On the upside I had a great pump from being explosive on the up motion of the skull crushers and from squeezing my biceps at the top of the curl motion

Im beginning to obsess with the mirror... wish i could just not look at it! Or not weigh myself for one day lol

Drape a towel over the mirror and put the scale in the closet. You should really only weigh yourself once a week...at the same time of day (preferably morning) so as to minimize frustrations of eating more one day or drinking more one day or not doing 'twosies' yet that day.

Oh for sure. If you do any type of carbing... a saturday is something to look forward to... macaroni grill that ****.

the greek yogurt is 2 servings for $2.79 (here in southern ca), might be a different price there. but, price per gram of protein is cheaper that cottage cheese.

that is also the best deal on greek yogurt around town. Safeway/Vons has ***e brand (only 19g/p and has 12g of carbs) for $2/serving. Ralphs/Fry's doesn't even carry it.

Yeah, TJs is quite expensive... just gotta be selective on what you are getting.

IDK, there are some products there that I save nearly 50% off of supermarket prices...but there are some things you just can't find at TJ's.

2am and 2 afternoon for the last 8 or so days I am on AT2... then I am gonna take a week break and start 30 days of AT2 and a cort supp

I wouldnt say im struggling just yet... we'll see how tomorrow goes... some of these feel like im at my 15 rep max but i could maybe still add more... like bench and rows and bi's

UUUUUPDATE!

Allright definitely a few things I would like to mention.... first off if you looked at my last workout I did 15 reps of 80lbs on skullcrushers... A little over a month ago that was all I could for about 8 reps.... So strength is finally going up and tris are finally getting stronger which I hope will develope size in my arms which is the hardest for me

Ok on to the good stuff! I have about one day left on AT2 but I wanted to post my results asap.

Yesterday was exactly one month of being on this stack and so far you can see it has treated me very well with significant decreases in waist and hip size but yet increased in chest and thigh... im impressed!

I can honestly say that looks wise I am approaching some of the best shape I have ever been in... since Jan/feb of this year I been doing core work and my core is becoming much thicker than its ever been

Let me know what you guys think! Stay tuned! Still 5 more weeks of HST and at least 4 more of AT2!

Thanks brother! Definitely a work in progress but im getting there! Loving that im starting to see all kinds of new stuff in my tummy... especially if i flex i can see some stuff now... maybe i can get a pic

great work! I'm really liking the progress pics...the difference is becoming VERY noticeable and the numbers are looking great! looks like you're consistantly adding to your 15 RM...that's great usable strength!
 
Thanks Rob! Yeah I'm very happy so far... And I'm putting on muscle while cutting... Pretty much unheard of without anabolic help!

I am looking at your measurements and that is some SERIOUS recomp for that amount of time. aT2 is advertised as being targeted fat loss because the receptors it acts upon is predominantly clustered in the abdominal area. It is refreshing to see it actually taking place on some one other than myself or natty! :D

Congrats on the results Grunt... it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to see results like that in a short amount of time.

Now im getting the best shape of life... ive been to this point without as much muscle... so its time to take it to the next level. Thanks to Natty I will be logging a second bottle of AT2 and will be starting a sep log for that

Keep it up and you're going to have enough extra to make a real ninja turtle mask for your pics. lol As far as the "targetted" fat loss, I'd say your start and end of bottle pics are pretty damn good examples, as your chest, arms, etc (basically everywhere you want to keep size) look fuller and your waist is very noticeably smaller. Great job man.

Ok starting tomorrow no stims... gonna rest up these receptors... im not even gonna take my preworkout due to the geranium in it... so i picked up more creatine to keep that rolling and i picked up a new product which i usually dont do without research.

Anyways its called Pure Karbolyn and its supposed to be better than waixy maize, Im gonna take a half scoop preworkout with xtend and creatine and a half scopp after with xtend, creatine, and protein
