No doubt AG! I would throw in a box of Samoa Girl Scout cookies for good measure; no matter how full I can tear those apart. Must have been why I got up to 235 and 30% body fat... NEVER AGAIN! DW enjoy your skiploading, it is making me jealous already though the 40 grams of oat carbs I had have me happy.
This will be interesting to see how the Glyco reacts to simple carbs. 'Fin the Samoas are my achilles heel too!!

Hey I went junk shopping for the first cut at skiploading... my goal was to get the best high carb to low fat ratio I could find. I did very well I would say about an average of 4-5% fat over all which is very good. This gives me some room so now I can go and get some low fat pizza or something as long as it's below 20% fat calories i should be golden and easily remain beneath 10% overall.
I got Oatmeal Criso triple berry 2 grams fat to 44 grams carbs if memory serves...
Chocolate lucky charms is like 1.5 grams fat to 35 cabs
Nestle quick cereal is 1 to 24
I got fat free muffin mix
Pancake mix 1 to 44 or something like that..
Sidekicks pasta if you get the tomato basil it's pretty low
Cheese rice crackers good ratio as well
Twizzlers licorice
Low fat ice cream and have some Stawberry sauce I can add that has 0 fat
Maple syrup
There are six meals so I have to average 333 grams of carbs per meal, if I can get about 500 in on Friday nigt that only leaves 300 grams per meal on Saturday. I just pray that 24 hours does it....
Be very carefull of the twizzlers it will constipate you. I used to have a weakness for them. Constipation is not good on peak week.![]()

Not the best workout this morning, you know I've lost a lot of weight in the last 2 weeks and this is day 6 of 10 reps, one positive things was I did get a PR on front squats 255 X 10 and 9 on the second set.
Db incline press was the worst part where I got 8 and 5 with 90 lb dumbbells, I just can't increase on this but I am doing a steeper incline on this run maybe that's just too much for my shoulders, will decrease the angle for 5's.
Back work was very good as always..
Push press I got 135 X 9 and 8 so I was pretty satisfied cuz the reps were good ones.
Decline tri's was 115 X 9 and 7 total failure on the second set but it wasn't that bad some good reps..
Straight bar curl 130 X 10 X 2 some real body English to finish these off though, that's ok, I held my contractions and got a good pump.
Calves are never a issue one way or the other, god blessed me with good calves...
Carb up starts tonight, I'll keep a detailed log and post it all when I am done, food, quantity and carb count for each item.

I feel that 30 degrees works the chest much better when that is the goal. It does not take as steep of an incline as most people think to hit upper chest and for most people 45 degrees almost hits both chest and shoulders equally. My upper pecs developed much more when I moved to 30 degrees for DB Inclines.
I never go over 30 degrees, even that seems to be a bit much for my bum shoulder so I will try 20 degrees..
In my honest opinion, as long as you are elevated 4-5 inches higher at the top your upper pecs will get hit sufficiently regardless. I went a whole year doing 1 hole above flat on an adjustable bench and not doing any incline and my chest grew evenly across the top and bottom.
Exactly I even go 5% and it's very effective..
If not moreso beingthat heavier weights can be used at that lower angle due to more chest involvement and less shoulder involvement.
Did you use any nutrient partitioners for the load DW?
Were they all used before each feeding?
Well I topped off at about 2000 grams of carbs but I think I could have gotten away with less as I was looking pretty smooth around 1700. I am going to try maybe 1500-1800 next time and space the meals a bit more, like 4 hours...

Workout today when very well though I had new power despite not feeling that well got all my lifts first day of 5's on HST..
I am way bigger for sure and I weighed in at 215!! that's 7 lbs up! Now I know why I was so loose looking I was really deflated. Now to flush, I will lose most of the water weight which should leave me around 210 but fuller and cut.

How do you plan to flush the water weight?
Awesome stuff DW, keep flushing through extra water for one or two days more than when you think your done and see if how dry the natural flushing will take you. What are your carbs going to be at the next few days? You cycle carbs right? So if so are you going to cycle anyway or pick one level and see how it works?
The boiled eggs will be going down today. I have never been a candy person. But put anything baked in front of me and it's on. I was raised in a house with 6 sisters. There was a lot of baking going on in that house.
