Ok not sure where this belongs but this is where Im putting it.
Anyone else have a gf who is apeshit over this? what herbal life is basically a meal replacement drink (MRP) that contains "aloe" and some other goofy shit
She rants and raves over it all the time on how good it is and how well it works. It seems just like another diet fad IMO.
If somone eats 2k cals a day
replace 3 500 calorie meals with 200 calorie shakes 1500 --->600
+ the remaining calories consumed in the day which would be ~500.
My gf is a runner so shes tiny anyways and almost has a 6 pack so to put her bf into perspective. about 5'6'' 120lbs.
Is there any science beind this because from what I gather its just calorie reduction + exercise = weightloss
